Our AC stopped working and we could not get service from our regular ac maintenance company until the next day. Contacted Nice Air for emergency service. They responded within one hour and Carlos the technician arrived, evaluated our system and got our ac running shortly after arrival. He additionally continued to check and ensure overall system operation was good. Carlos was knowledgeable, patiently explained our issues, and a very polite gentleman. Drain line clogged causes unit to shut down all together late in the afternoonCalled and left message. owner called within minutes scheduled visit. Did not need ac overnight as house is well insulated ( amazing as I live in SW Florida and it is August).Tech arrived early AM 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. Performed all routine Maintenance as well as unclogging the drain line and treating to help prevent the clogging. All done in about an hour and charged only for routine maintenanceI give Nice Air 5 stars —Excellent work and serviceThe tech even gave me tips on preventing the drain line issue.

Quickly inspected the AC unit following standard debugging protocols. Explained what he was doing and why through the complete process. Called Nice Air to look at my Bryant HVAC system as the fan was not stopping even after the temperature setting was reached. Chris came out and found the issue within 10 minutes. Although he did not have the part with him he came back according to my schedule and fixed it quickly. Chris was very professional and polite. We bought our new system with Nice Air over 3 years ago. Yesterday (Saturday, on a holiday weekend) it stopped working and our inside temp quickly rose to 85 degrees. Nice air is great. the best thing we ever did was buy the insurance maintenance. they were here in an hour Sunday evening n has our air fixed in 15 minutes n the insurance saved us after hour weekend evening cost so it has just about paid for irself in just 2 months.

Chris did an awesome job finding the problem with our a/c unit. We kept having a fuse blow and couldn’t figure out why. He came out and had the answer in a matter of mins! We thought we would have to replace a fairly expensive part to get things fixed but he managed to find a solution that didn’t break the bank! I feel their price was not the cheapest but I feel well worth the difference between their price and the lowest quote . The follow up maintenance has also been excellent . The bottom line is, Nice Air delivers . They do what they say they will do. They call, show up on time and everyone in the company that I have met are nice, knowledgeable and professional . This company was the worst. The tech came out serviced my unit and then 2 weeks later it went back to doing the same. He accused someone of stealing the gas out of it. Then when I called to try to get them back out he said a week. Meanwhile I am on day 4 of no A.C. I finally contacted another company that I dealt with in the past. BRISK AIR WHOS AMAZING.

Customer for years. Superior service. Courteous & Knowledgeable. Very detail oriented. Years ago I purchased the Reme Guardian for A/C sanitization. The effects were instantly noticed. The bedroom air was clean & crisp. After 3 years we decided to upgrade to the Reme HALO sanitization unit. Now the entire house feels & smells better. Because of the Reme HALO unit I sleep and wake without the old nasal stuffiness. I was a skeptic but when I decided to finally try an A/C air sanitization unit I was amazed and now with the HALO unit the air in the entire house feels better. AN additional feature is the A/C air handler no longer contains any mold that used to collect without the unit. All the wiring is clean. The HALO UV light performs as advertised. I HIGHLY recommend not only the Reme HALO unit but also NICE AIR to maintain our A/C system.

Unreliable, unorganised and just after your money. After every pAid visit the a/c performance became worse. When it came down to rectify the actual problem. They cancelled their appointment with some Bs excuse.
