Highly recommended, they fixed my ac last year, they sent out a technician who was very familiar with my system even though it is an uncommon one. And just today fixed my ac again for the 2nd time, although it was a different issue from the first job. Solid choice if you need some HVAC work done.

If I could give Paul 15 stars I would. Our A/C broke and our window for repair was 2-6pm. We were the lucky ones to be in line closer to 2pm. Paul called me on his way, gave me an estimated time and made it to my house with no issues. I was working and my neighbor helped me out by being present in the house and Paul had no problem working it with him. Paul fixed my capacitor in record time, worked all the paperwork with warranty and called me to let me know what he did, gave me pointers in how to keep my A/C in good shape, noticed that my service was coming due and all this while being super pleasant. Paul knows what he is doing, loves what he does and knows how to work with customers. Definitely an A+++++++ service all around!

Jason Murphy was the technician for the spring time maintenance of the HVAC system. One Hour and Jason both text me about the arrival time and he arrived as was anticipated by this information. Jason was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection of the system. He was very polite and professional. Jason also informed me of what I can do to check and as an owner, do some small basic things to keep the system working at its peak. All parts to the system were cleaned and wax was applied to appropriate surfaces for added protection and life expectancy. An upgrade to the system was recommended and explained. Jason is the type of technician that represents the company well and aids in maintaining our relationship with One Hour.

Matt and his crew were extremely efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. They were a well-coordinated team and worked tirelessly to install the air conditioner. Paul was very professional. Arrived on time, booties when entering the house and a mask when we provided. Explained everything he would be doing and when completed reviewed what he had done and how the system was operating.

Not impressed with tech. He wouldnt take off his sunglasses to look me in the eyes. I told him that the motor seized up. He continued working then, he moved to our air handler. He took the panel cover off to check it out. Im still not sure why he did that. I told him the handler was good, you see, Im an electrician working in the field. Im around air technicians all the time so, I know a little about what to look for. I was given an oral quote of six to nine hundred dollars ($600-$900) for a motor and capacitor. I know that it was on the high end. He also said that we should think about getting a new air conditioner. By this time, I was totally aggravated. I paid him for his time and he left. He said we would get a final quote on Monday, May 24th, 2021.Mr. Beaver

They were awesome got my ac patched up until Saturday when we are looking to replace the unit.

Chris and his helper did an outstanding job at servicing our A/C. During his inspection, he found that our A/C had a leak and all the coolant had leaked out. This will require another repair visit, so Chris promised he would follow up with his repair schedulers to see that another technician visit was set up as soon as possible. We were very happy with Chris’ and his helper’s services and would be glad to have him return to repair our A/C system.

Although we have never had a bad experience from any of the One Hour service techs who have visited us before, Amy was exceptional. In fact, we hope that she will be assigned to us again. She discussed various plans to maintain and extend the life of our system and has initiated one during her visit . We look forward to seeing her on the next visit to follow up on what she has started. She exhibited a high degree of competence and confidence in our conversation and in her familiarity with our A/C system. She was also very pleasant, friendly, and cooperative. We purchased a five ton A/C unit on 4/22/20 from One Hour A/C & Heating (Bradenton, FL). I believe we have had 10 or 11 service calls for total shutdowns of the unit since that time. All of the repairs seem to be along the same lines. Tonight, it has shut down again.

I am not one to leave reviews but this really bothered me. We called this company because our AC stopped blowing cold air and they had so many 5 star reviews we thought how could we go wrong. The tech came out said our compressor was out and that it was going to cost 2800 dollars. We were surprised because the unit is only 5 years old and we have 2 dogs so we were in a jam. The tech was pushy and wanting us to sign up for this service but I felt something was off (also would take 2 days for the compressor to come in and this was on a Friday). So we called another company to give us a 2nd opinion and it ended up being a compressor plug and the prong was bent. The new company had us up and running in 1 hour and it cost less than $250.00 !!!!! I then found out this companies technicians work off commission so of course they want me to pay the 2800!!! What a horrible system I will not be using this company again! Just be careful when using this company you dont want to have to pay for something so expensive when you dont have to! To tops it off and I quote changing a new compressor is like putting a new motor is a old car you might want to think about replacing the whole ac system which is about 8,000 to 10,000 dollars Are you kidding me?

The service tech Chris micallef did a awesome job. My AC unit was not being nice to Chris it kept throwing him a curve ball and he didnt give up and kept at it untill he found the gremlin. A great tech for a company to have, he also is very good at customer communication

They installed my AC when we built the house 16 years ago and have been the only one to touch it. Great associates with great attitudes, never pressure to be sold something I don’t need. Highly recommend and when I do replace they will do it!!!After 16 years had outside unit go down, called Saturday morning and since a “comfort club member” I got priority and they were there by 11:00 am. Had fixed in an hour 1/2. Fan motor and hard start were bad. Jack showed me how they were bad so no question. I know I need a new system and Jack helped educate me in what to look for. Great company and they will install my new system in a year.

The relative told him that he once used One Hour and had signed up with a warranty contractor when he lived up north. Anthony told the relative that when a warranty firm sends someone to your house, you dont know what experience he had. The relative agreed. Excellent repair job of ac by determining the problems with the unit. Advised the fix which would be required to get the unit working again. Jack ordered new replacement parts and installed them within a 2 day timeframe. Unit is now again in working order .due to Jack’s technical expertise and repair efforts — he made the day.

We have a family condo on Longboat Key FL. When we first arrived 2/28/2020, our AC was working perfectly. Suddenly, on 4/9, we noted the AC had stopped working. This was a disaster. I have had MS for 42 years. When I get overheated, I literally cannot stand up! We called On Hour about 8 AM on 4/10. Our AC repairman, Todd Steiner, showed up before 9 AM. Turns out, a capacitor had blown up and burned up some wiring. Todd had all replaced, rewired and fully functional very quickly using equipment he had on his service truck. I could not possibly ask for more! I am thrilled with the service we just received and can highly recommend One Hour with NO reservations.

I have had a rocky start with both my AC units. I needed to replace both units after moving to Florida in 2016. There were some issues that occurred after the new units were installed that caused me some distress. I have to credit One Hour Air for being responsive to me and honestly listening to my concerns. Brandy returned my call to One Hour promptly and honestly listened to my concerns. Chris and Amy arrived shortly after we spoke and made sure both my systems were working properly and let me know what I needed to watch out for. They addressed my issue, were very professional and provided me with the confidence and trust I needed to move forward. I signed up for their maintenance plan which if you live here in Florida is simply essential to the proper maintenance and will mitigate unforeseen costs should something go wrong. I’m glad I decided to call them back because One Hour Air does care about me as a customer.

One Hour sent us a GREAT technician, Immanuel, but they get a poor rating because the brand new unit they installed only 3 months ago completely broke down!! Needed a new motor!! And the unit they installed was their own brand so they have no one to blame. Trash.
