I am more than thrilled with R&R Heating &Cooling !! We returned home on a Saturday in 98 degree, high humidity weather from vacation and no air. I called R&R and Dee was just wonderful trying to help me with our system. When we determined that we needed service Richard came right out. The unit was not going to be able to be repaired. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were able to get a very fair price and they installed it on Monday. Early on a rainy Saturday morning, I realized my air conditioning wasnt working. I placed a call to R&R and was told a technician would be at my home within the hour. About a half an hour later he showed up and inspected the unit in my home. Upon completion of inspection, he took the time to show me and explain my compressor was grounded. I wasnt surprised because it was almost 18 years old. Rather than leave my wife and I without air conditioning for the weekend this technician went to his shop and returned with a portable air conditioner and even hooked it up for us. I was truly amazed at this service. Monday morning he returned and installed a brand new 3 ton air conditioning system for an amazing price. Terrible horrible company. Would love to give them zero stars. Paid $3000 for a brand new central air conditioner that never worked. 90 damn degrees in my place 6 hours after they were Done and should be cooling off any minute now. I tried calling their 24/7 emergency help number... oh roughly 17 times and got no answer, no call back, nothing. I had to stay in a damn hotel because of the heat. Thanks for nothing, seriously.

Last evening I went to turn on my air conditioning and it did not work. I called R and R heating and air conditioning at approx. 5:15. To my surprise Richard called me back at approx. 5:45, and said either he or Dillon would be at my house shortly! I said,“ you are coming out tonite “ and he said yes! I could not believe that!!!!! Dillon called me immediately, and said he would be here in a half an hour, which he was! He came in and listened to me explain what happened. He was so polite! He went outside to check things, came back in and told me everything was working fine! The filter was dirty and had been removed by my neighbor around 5 pm. Dillon answered all my questions. He was so patient, polite and kind!!!!!! He told me the house would reach the desired temp. by 9 pm, and he was spot on! I have been using R&R Heating and Cooling Inc. for years. They have replaced 3 units for me. They took such good care of my rental property when my tenant called and had no air, they were so prompt and courteous, not to mention got it taken care of at the busiest of the season. Richard came to my mothers house, and within 5 minutes of being there said her air conditioner needed to be replaced so We decided to get another opinion from another company and the only thing that was wrong was the capacitor. We were quoted more then 4000$ for a replacement a.c and turns out it was just a simple 60$ fix. Beware of company!!With all due respect no one is paying me to review your company.. that is just ridiculous.!!. I’m mostly just upset with the fact that Richard was at my mothers house for less then 5 minutes and told her she needed a completely new A/C.. the other company was there for almost a hour running whatever tests that they do to determine the problem and they told me it is not uncommon for company’s to try and sell a A/C when In fact they do not need one.. this is not the first time a company has tried to take advantage of my mother, she was without air for almost 2 weeks before he came to look at her A/C and for Richard to not even attempt to get it working even only temporarily is just unacceptable.

When in need of a reliable, honest dependable company we always call our friend (Toni Lyons) realtor for Michael Saunders and also manages properties in the area. I placed the call to request help with the air conditioner as it had stopped working. Toni immediately returned my call and recommended R&R Heating & Cooling Bradenton, FL. We contacted Dee at R&R and she notified their technician (Dillion) who arrived within a hour. Dillion was polite, considerate and detailed. Dillion did contact Richard (owner) to discuss the problem he had found. It exceeded our expectations when Richard showed up to assist in troubleshooting.
