Our air conditioner was not performing correctly and Air and Energy was recommended. With it being a Saturday morning we had to leave a message before they opened. They called us not long after opening and scheduled us for a technician to come out that day. Yuri came out and was able to diagnose and solved our problem within a few hours. He was professional and had our system back up and operating efficiently and explained everything needed to us. Highly recommend this company.

I had two bathroom drain pop ups installed. It was difficult to find a plumber in our area. I had used Air & Energy for air conditioning before and had been very satisfied so I thought I would give their plumbing technician a try. I am very happy that I did. We had scheduled a maintenance job for cleaning and check-up but two nights before our scheduled maintenance, our A/C stopped cooling. Florida heat is no joke! We called the next morning and they rescheduled us right away for a 2:00pm appointment same day. We couldnt be happier with the technician Casey Solway. He was so professional, on time and was extremely thorough/helpful. He checked EVERYTHING and cleaned out our system until it was as perfect as possible. I recently moved to Longboat Key. I hired Air & Energy to perform routine maintenance on my AC units. The technician was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I signed up for a service contract which is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company.

As usual, Air & Energy did an excellent job. Had a problem with a circuit breaker and Jimmy traced the problem very quickly and replaced the faulty breaker. Very quick and done with such a pleasant attitude. I have been using Air & Energy for almost 30 years now and have never had a disappointment with them for any kind of work I have needed whether it be HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.

We had a new A/C unit installed earlier this year. We were impressed with the service we received from everyone connected with Air & Energy. Installers, Paul & Terrence, worked hard until the job was done and they clearly took pride in their work. They answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied. We had a slight glitch with the new system the following day and Steve arrived within 20 minutes of our placing the call. I had a an air conditioner replaced last week and I couldnt be happier . Two young men (Anthony and Dalton) were at my door on time. Zack showed up early and quickly went into diagnosing our problem. He could not get the unit to do what it had, so after checking all the possibilities,Flushed and drained the drain pipe. After an hour, our unit us working perfectly.Zack made the call as easy and quick as possible.Would refer him to anyone needing help.

Our A/C went out around 330pm on a Friday. They came out with in 30 min. The part to fix it had to be ordered so they brought out a portable unit for us to use until they could fix our unit. Service was, professional, and fast. Thank you for saving us from the Florida heat.

We have been VIP customers of Air & Energy since we purchased our Trane AC system from them nine years ago. As a result, we have benefitted from and appreciated their routine maintenance service of our AC consistently every six months. Wes Brier, who most recently serviced our system and also did so six months ago, did another thorough job. Air & Energys courteous, knowledgeable, excellent technicians are one of their strongest assets. Wes answered all our questions, checked our entire system carefully, and suggested ways to both monitor and maintain our system going forward.

Wes was on time, went through everything, explained all he was doing.He took his time to make sure all was fine plus maintained the AC unit with care.Very pleased with Wes.

Our AC went out at 9:30pm. Sergio answered my call within 10 minutes; he arrived at my door 10 minutes later. Sergio diagnosed the problem in no time; he was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. We were back to normal very quickly; yet. Sergio still took the time to check the entire system and perform some minor maintenance. 5 stars for Sergio!

In January of 2021, we had Air and Energy install a Heating and AC split unit on our lanai. First they sent their electrician, since they had to tie into our electrical panel. The work as completed in about 5 hours and the workmanship was excellent. We recommended Air and Energy to our neighbor and they are as happy with their unit as we are with ours. This week we called on Air and Energy to perform their preventive maintenance our whole house AC unit. Sergio came on time was extremely helpful. We then asked if he could schedule us to have a new thermostat installed for us. He had one on the truck and installed it in about 40 minutes. He then took the time to explain to us how to link into the unit so we can control the temperature and humidity on our cell phone. We were as impressed with our second experience with Air and Energy and we were our first. We would highly recommend them.

Our outdoor PVC water pipe that supplies water to the pool was leaking. We have the Air & Energy contract for A/C, Electric and Plumbing. At first they said they could not have someone come out for 12 days. Apparently there is a shortage of plumbers. But then they had someone come out the same day after we sent them pictures showing it was a fairly simple fix. Doug did a great job as well as the receptionist who made it happen.

A roofing company accidentally punctured the refrigerant line while making repairs. All the Freon leaked out, so no AC, on a Thursday evening of Fourth of July weekend. Air and Energy was filled that night and showed on time Friday for emergency repair. Leak was found quickly in a difficult to access place by outside wall. A & E sent another tech Francisco, Saturday on time for the extensive repair. 4.5 hours later job done great following all needed steps. He’s the perfect combination of quality tech while answering a customer’s questions in an “I Care Attitude”. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient doing what they said! A neighbor friend recommended A & E and I am very happy with the experience!!

Austin was professional, kind and very competent. We needed our faucet repaired. It turned out that it was not repairable. Austin was considerate enough to call Moen and order a new one for us. In fact, when Moen first offered to replace it with a much smaller version of our original faucet; He talked to the Moen representative and got us an upgraded faucet that better suited our kitchen. Austin thank you for looking out for us.

I applied for a marketing position and had an interview with the VP, Stewart Moon. After the interview, he asked if I could send over samples of newspaper ads for the company, which I happily agreed. After sending my work over and not hearing any response, I sent a follow up email - it’s now been a month with no response. I put a lot of time into my samples and I’m shocked at the unprofessionalism of the interview process, especially as a family owned business. I live out of town, so for all I know, he’s using my work. Common courtesy seems to be running thin nowadays.

He did the complete inspection and added some refergerent.He had state of the art equipment and efficently went through the routine visual, electrical, pressure and temperature inspection and using computer analysis determined the exact amount to add to the system.Through it all he did not try to sell me anything. And things I inquired about he gave honest, practical advice.Ive lived in Florida 35 years and this is the 1st company that I have used that has had this level of integrity. When I do finally need another air conditioner they will be the ones to install it.

Surprise surprise. I diagnosed my problem from 8;hours away and A&E put a new thermostat per my instructions. That didn’t fix the problem. This was on Saturday afternoon. When my tenant came in about 8 pm Sunday night the condo was hot. We couldn’t get the AC to come on. I called the emergency number and the lady said they were already booked up till late and they would come Monday about 11 am.. my tenants refused to go to a motel and suffered through the night. The tech on Monday said he needed a long latter to get on the roof.and couldn’t get that till Tuesday. I talked with Bonnie and all she could do was get two men and a latter for tuesday. I was about to start shopping for a different AC company and then Serena called me unexpectanly and said she will get a crew there today- Monday afternoon. My tenant said three men showed up and eventually fixed the problem so they didn’t have to go to a motel.. That evening I was expecting the internet invoice to be up in the hundreds but it came as O.. What a surprise. I called Serena the next morning to confirm and she said they ate all the extra expenses to get me repaired. I was afraid that they were going to try to hit me up with a $7000 new compressor on the roof. They didn’t do that to me. I have 60 tenants altogether and most AC companies are not honest about the parts they charge you for. It appears Air and Energy is the rare honest company. I will continue using them again foe my three condos in Bradenton.

Terrible experience way over price for a 2 minute work replacing a capacitor and I told the technician I’m short 4$ from the total the technician took out the new capacitor and installed the old one. Disgusting my recommendation is to stay away but if insist on working with them make sure to ask the price first they are 200-300% more expensive then many other companies.

It was time to replace our Trane heat pump after 16 years of service and we elected to replace our ducts and install several new returns and supplies. The work was completed on time, on budget, with no problems. The three technicians were efficient, courteous, and respectful of our desie to use social distancing and masks for pandemic protection during the installation. The sales representative stopped by twice to insure all was proceeding well. The quality of service from Air and Energy has been a outstanding each time I require electrical or A/C support.

Joey was great. He offered suggestions and told us what we could do about the wall where the old fluorescent lights were that he was removing. He took extra time to help us with a glitch he ran into instead of having to come back. We appreciated his help and felt he accommodated our schedule. Weve had good experiences with Air and Energy.

This is about their plumbing service. Air and Energy does a great job with my AC. Theyre expensive, but I have no complaint about that. And that is why I called them about a clogged drain. They also advertise plumbing service. Well, the long and short of it is that I paid them nearly $500 and they told me for another $1300 they would clear my drain.

Had Home Generator installed. Joey and Francisco were very engaging, while being professional and efficient. They were very knowledgeable and easily explained what they were doing and what steps the homeowner needed to maintain unit. Would highly recommend these two guys for anyone wanting a Home Generator installed.

Joey was awesome. My 96 year old mother lives alone and lost power. These guys were on it immediately and kept me updated the whole time. They were able to change out her meter box and panel in one day. They knew it was an emergency and they treated us like family. Highly recommended.

A&E is the place to go for your homes AC/Heating problems/services! We recently had them replace our old, inefficient system with a new Trane heat pump and it is great! This service call was as painless and efficient as possible. I had no power in one section of my condo and they systematically isolated the problem by both listening to me, panel inspection and a series of detailed power isolations to determine which circuit breakers fed which loads. The problem was corrected(faulty circuit breaker), the panel relabeled and they were cleaned up and gone in fine fashion. I am very happy with Air & Energy!

I choose Air & Energy over their competition to install a generator at our house approximately 2 years ago. They are terrific to work with, very responsive and their technicians are very knowledgeable. Id recommend them in a heartbeat. The only issue I have is their rates to service the equipment. I recently had them come out to trouble shoot a problem with the generator / phone app software and the bill I got shocked me. Im not sure if they are on par with their competition or not, that I would have to research. Just make sure you understand what they charge to maintain or service the equipment. As stated, the bill I got for just the first 30 minutes and then an additional 30 minutes left me speechless.

Jimmy installed a new light fixture outside by the front door. He did a good job and created a good workaround when the normal procedure was not adequate. Very happy.

I had some electrical and plumbing issues all in a 2-week period. And I Googled companies and contacted Air & Energy and within hours they had someone at my home to do the work that needed to be done. First work was a pendant light & ceiling fan before my guests came in a few days completed by Jimmy & Andre.Then second work was a new hot water heater completed by Jonathan & Dan. Then third a switch that when I called the office I already knew that they were booked for the week but, Serena listened to my concerns & scheduled an electrician that day between 5-7pm. to be completed by Jimmy a familiar face. I would caution any customer in using this company as a plumbing source. Please unsure that before you call for ANY service that the work needed to be done isnt anything minor or else you will be left with at least $130 fee. In my case, I was charged this for replacing a rubber grommet that took 5 min to replace. The company did not seek to re-adjust this in spite of little work needed. I cant speak to any major work done by this company as they didnt stay here long enough to evaluate. I spoke to the owner, nothing was resolved so if you can fix any minor plumbing issues, my recommendation is that you fix it yourself or find another company that will not lock you into a minimum fee for any minor repair.

Just had my semiannual AC maintenance with Stephen. He did a great job as always. Been requesting him for over 10 years. Just the best.

We have a Kohler 20 Generator that indicated no exercise schedule. We called an Joey and associate came as scheduled, checked out the system and determined that the battery was dead. Replaced the battery and loaded controller advanced speed control update, then load tested and ran exercise cycle. Under warranty. Generator working properly. We are very pleased with service provided and the followed COVID-19 guidelines.

We had a tech out to the house on schedule same day response. Located the problem right-a-way with the compressor fixed on the spot. Upon examination of the air handler, small amount of bio-growth was detected, solution was discussed and installed immediately. Excellent service!!
