Purchased top of the line brand from them in 2018. Had to replace a major component less than a year later. Then had to replace the same component two years later. No explanation as to why this part is consistently failing. Called Monday and said theyd be back Wednesday, called Wednesday and said there was a truck issue, called Thursday and our computers are down, finally showed up Friday. Then the component is magically working! Still no explanation why. Good luck working with these clowns and getting them to stand by what they sell. You can tell a company is too big for their britches when they refer to the contract. Sure, good job, you followed the contract, but there is a big difference between whats on a contract and whats right.In the end I was given $100 off. The AC manufacturer gets to refurbish the part, LPAC gets paid, ($90 service call + $380 labor) and I get hotel bills and sleeping in a hot house in the middle of the summer (because I never got a straight answer when they were returning). So glad I paid for the best unit out there and way to stand by what you sell.

LPAC came out and replaced our 24-year-old HVAC system and Tony and Zach did an excellent job ... from helpful guidance to a timely quote to timely installation with options presented in an easy-to-understand format. They also worked with our home warranty company to provide the necessary documentation for our claim. They were very helpful, very neat & clean, and very professional. The install job looked a 1,000 times better than the original install. They cleaned up a a lot of what looked like a mess. Highly recommend.

Very intellectually competent workers! Its a rare find these days. They replaced my old A/C a few years ago and when I have a problem the A/C guy is prompt and able to fix immediately. They do have a great 2 year service plan as well! Free check 2x a year for 2 years. Keeps the A/C in good operation and reduces the costly problems later on. Give my pals a call!

Two years ago, the LPAC team installed an American Standard AC unit. The installation team was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The technician did a great job doing maintenance on my two AC units, and he gave me good advice about what to do with my older, aging AC which is near its end of life. Ive been with LPAC 6 years now and have always been happy with their service.

I did extensive research on air conditioning repair companies. I was particularly interested in Better Business Bureau ratings as well as Angies List and several others. LPAC consistently came out on top from customer comments. The comments in particular that I appreciated, were the comments about their honesty in the eyes of their customers. During the process I received a promotional mailer, but I was still under contract with my present AC company. When the contract ran out, 3 months later, I contacted LPAC to see if they would still honor the promotion. They stated No Problem and so we gave them two home contract deals at the promotional rate. The work was performed the next day, at both homes, the contracts were delivered, and a minor repair on the second home was discounted 20% because we had just gone under contract. Because it was being performed under the semi-annual inspection appointment, there was no service charge for the repair visit. The office person, Carol, was great to deal with and the service manager, Rick did a fantastic job at both homes. Based on past clients and research, I would say their comments about their honesty were spot on. In the last two days I have recommended them to two different people and will continue to do so. Great experience.

We just contracted with LPAC to install a new air conditioner and some new ducts in our mobile home in Bradenton. The company, with the direct involvement of LPAC President Wayne Romanchuk, gave us good pricing plus a quick and conveniently-timed installation.The installer, Anthony, is a polite, hard-working guy who invested several hours in the heat and dirty conditions under the home to ensure we were totally satisfied. He wouldn’t accept a sandwich or a cold drink but we eventually got him to accept some cookies!

It is June and it was 90 degrees at 7:00 pm. The air conditioning went out. I called LPAC and they had someone to come out at that night. That is service. We have used them for years. I highly, highly recommend them.Its now a year later and I really was in a bind as the AC had stopped working in July. The response was so quick. I had to buy a new AC and they got it in within 24 hours. Again, their response time was exceptional!! I cant recommend them enough!

Luis came out promptly at night on call. Blew out plugged condensate line and replaced balky moisture sensor in drain pan with new float switch. But new float switch turned out to be defective. Through patient troubleshooting, Luis correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced the new float switch with yet another new one that thankfully worked. Nice Job!

Great HVAC company. They installed a new heat pump system (SEER 16) in my home a year ago. It has worked flawlessly ever since. Jim—their guy who does the heat load calculations to size AC units to your house—told me I only needed a 3-ton unit instead of the 3½-ton AC I had at the time. He was right. The new heat pump does the job easily. It also saves me a bundle on heating costs over the old resistance heating unit I had. Their service contract is very reasonably priced and their technicians do a good job of checking out your system every year. I highly recommend this business.

LPAC services is a extremely reliable, honest and knowledgeable and courteous HVAC service. We are new to the area and called them a few times to fix issues. They were prompt in scheduling and repairing the issues we had. On one occasion they informed me it was just condensation coming from the unit and never even charged us a service call after coming out at 8 PM!! I would definitely recommend LPAC for any of your HVAC needs.

Had them out to install a new ac/furnace in NOV of 16. Right from the start the sales/con guy said that plenum needs enlarged and sold me on that. I was very impressed with his knowledge. When the time came for the installation nothing was done about the small plenum. I called another American Standard installer ( who I highly recommend ) and he came out and inspected their work. Without being malicious of the work he told me what to do. I called them back and by the second return the work was to my so/so satisfaction. You may ask why it took me so long to write this review. I am a licensed contractor myself who has been slammed by B.S. reviews by some people. I do not like to do this myself however I really do not care for unscrupulous contractors who say one thing and try to do something else. I am experiencing another problem currently is what encouraged this review

We have been using LPAC for the last few years, using their maintenance package. They come out twice a year and check out our HVAC system. The technicians have always been great. They are friendly, personable, and honest. They have never tried to get us to purchase anything. The last time, we were told that our coolant was getting low, but not so much that we need add to it yet. Our system is getting up there in age, and we will probably call LPAC for the replacement.
