I went in for my daughter who was lagging behind in her math levels who is her first grade. The owner wanted to test her level and was so rude and highly unprofessional with his feee back. He basically told my 6 year old child that she is too bad to be considered for admission. And that the students are requested to be a certain level to be admitted to his Mathenasium! If my child was already at that level, why would I even seek help? And who is he to demotivate my discourage my child! I was furious and wanted to give a piece of my mind but I didn’t want to make it worse for my child and just came back home I have given this feedback about the owner to Mathenasium as well - in my opinion he should not be running this franchise if he does not know how to deal with kids!!

My 12 year daughter has been attending Mathnasium for three years and recently took the SSAT with no preparation. She scored quite well in the math section and I give Howard and his team all the credit. This extra math enrichment has been so wonderful for her and has given her the confidence to tackle any math challenge that comes her way.Also wanted to add that my daughter qualified to skip 6th grade math and I was very conflicted about it. Her 5th grade teacher did not want her to skip 6th grade math and I wasnt sure what to do since she wants to become an engineer and colleges prefer that you take calculus in high school. Howard was able to provide expert advice and guidance on how to proceed because he knows my daughters math ability. She ended up skipping 6th grade math and is doing well in 7th grade math this year. I am so grateful!

Great place for the kids to sharpen their Math skills. The assignments are tailored to the child, are not over the top and staff is friendly. Our experience here has been very positive - highly recommended for additional Math skill development.

My daughter has been attending classes at Mathnasium from past few months and it has helped her a lot. She enjoys attending the classes and wants to go back again everyday even though she has only 2 class/week. She does not feel stressed or frustrated.I highly appreciate Howard for his dedication towards the students and for being available anytime we want any update on our kids. Every month we receive a report card of the child clearly showing the topics covered and how well the child is progressing. Ill definitely enroll my daughter here again even though I have another Mathnasium branch closer to my house.

We so appreciate the time and care Howard has given to our two children at Mathnasium!Howard is use to taking on difficult challenges as he was an engineer for NASA! He is very kind and good-hearted and he genuinely wants them to succeed in Math. Howard has personally gone above and beyond to help my children. I enrolled them for the summer session but its been so positive we are seriously considering enrolling in the 6 month program. Both my son and daughter enjoy their time at Mathnasium, and do not get frustrated like they would if we tried to help them. Instead, they are happy and positive and want to return, and I can tell the experience has increased their confidence and motivation to keep striving to learn! Its nothing short of a miracle for our family! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!
