I called to reschedule my appointment and their manager Lina was very rude. She yelled and interrupted me throughout the entire conversation. She picked up the phone saying - “Hey, what do you want?! We are closed today and I am doing you a favor by answering the phone”. I am going to cancel my appointment simply because of that experience.

I have such a hectic job with limited free time and I waited 6 weeks for an appointment only to have it canceled 1.5 hours before I got there, they refused to work me into the schedule to make it up to me, rude on the phone. Unprofessional.
