I just had a facial and microdermabrasion with Taylor and it was fantastic. She used the micro machine first went over my face twice then used the steam to open my pores went over me with a fine tooth comb. She knows what she’s doing. Much attention to detail. I will definitely return😃

I came twice for a prenatal massage with Lori and both time she was really careful and taking good care of me during an hour. The massage was wonderful, she puts the pressure I like (medium I d say) and focus on some area I asked. The place is small but cute and very clean. I definitely recommend going and will come back before my delivery date. Thanks again to the team!

I had an amazing experience at étant and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get an excellent massage in Boston!First off, getting there was a breeze. There is a parking garage steps away, which makes driving in very easy. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly front office staff and led to my room (after being offered the bathroom to freshen up after explaining how utterly hot and sweaty I was).I received a paraffin wax treatment, Swedish massage, and hydration wrap treatment. I had the same masseuse the whole time. By being attentive to my needs, listening to what I asked for, and adjusting accordingly, he was - without a doubt - the best masseuse I’ve ever had.I’ve gotten many massages at home, in parlors, and at spas but this one was the best. What the individual rooms lack in fancy decor and design, they make for in high quality customer service. Will definitely be back!

Years ago I somehow found étant, and it has been my #1 go-to whenever I need a true, professional, relaxing spa massage. I have never had a bad massage here, and I would in fact say Ive never had a better one anywhere else! Dont worry about who to choose... Every person on staff is professional, friendly, and so so good at what they do! (That said, my most recent massage was with John, who was expertly able to find every last knot in my back... Amazing!) From the moment you walk in to the moment you (probably float) out of there, you will feel welcomed, relaxed and taken care of. My absolute favorite spa ever 💜

This is absolutely the best prenatal massage in Boston! They are the only place I could find that offers a 90-minute prenatal massage. Plus, it was one of, if not the best massage I’ve ever had. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and my back has been killing me. John worked out so many knots and my whole body feels so much better. Can’t recommend this place enough! I already booked another one for next week!! Other bonuses: delicious lemon water, super clean facility, soothing music, perfectly located in the South End.

In had an incredible experience at étant! They were able to fit me in for a last minute massage, and the front desk staff was among the friendliest Ive ever encountered. I was greeted with kindness and offered fruit water while I filled out forms. My massage with Keelon was incredible. He was extremely attentive and responsive and he understood how to get at the root of my chronic pain, which is a rarity. I will definitely be back!

Now this is a real massage! I had Fatima, who went deep into my knots and tension throughout my body that had been building up for so long. I feel much more relieved after.

I had been hesitant to go due to COVID, however it felt extremely clean and entirely safe.The ownership and staff on site are friendly and welcoming and I cannot wait to go back. A+ experience!

Had a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Brian. I can say it was definitely one of, if not the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. He was able to apply the appropriate amount of pressure and work out numerous knots that I had. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning again soon. I was also happy to see that Covid precautions are in place with temperature checks, hand sanitizer usage and contact tracing. I would highly recommend etant.

I had a wonderful experience getting a microdermabrasion with Taylor yesterday. I felt so relaxed and already notice a difference in my skin today. I also really appreciated all of the tips she gave me and will definitely be back! :)

Taylor was great and made my first facial the best. Pumpkin masque was so luxurious! She was informative, gentle and by some magic, left my skin with no red marks at all after removing blackheads. 10/10 will come back to see her! Plus I now have more knowledge on how to take care of my skin at home.

Wow. Amazing service!!! I went during covid . So was not sure what to expect. I waited out for a few seconds before going in. You have to wear your masks.The facility was clean . The host at the desk was friendly and welcoming. I received a massage from Fatima and it was by far one of the best massage I’ve had . Definitely will be back!!

Moments after getting a message at Étant I broke up with my girlfriend because I knew she would never make me as happy as my massage did ... Joking but in all seriousness I got a massage from Fatima and it was just the best. Took about 2 minutes to roll over in the middle of it because I was so relaxed. Did a CBD oil massage w/John - was relaxing as hell. CBD oil picked out was great! Also the hot washcloth at the end was super relaxing, would love to have that put on earlier in the session! Would highly recommend this place as I felt great afterwards, there was noticeably less pain in the joints.

Etant is a great place. It is perfectly clean and Josef is a magician as a masseuse. I got my massage yesterday at 330 and have never felt better this morning.

I purchased a couple’s massage for my boyfriend and I, both massagers were wonderfully accommodating. My knotty shoulder was worked carefully but enough so I felt relief. Over a week after our massages, we still feel the relief from this hour. I highly recommend this spa. I plan on returning for a facial treatment in the future!

I went to etant November for a really sore back - my wonderful therapist knew exactly what to do and I almost wept with relief. The spa itself is beautiful and tranquil. They are very specific about what your need are and how they can help you to have the best experience. If they were open now, I would immediately schedule another appointment, they are that good.

Not a big fan of spending a lot of money for an hour massage but I will say that my visit to etant was very much needed. Brenda did a great job and was very thoughtful with the full body integrated massage. I left feeling very relaxed and at ease.Only negative thing I have to say is that the walls are very thin - I could hear the therapist welcoming their patient into the adjacent room about half way through my massage. It took me out of the Zen environment and it was hard to get back into that through the end of my massage.Having said that, I would recommend this place and will likely return again.

One of the best massages I have had in a long time. I had a spa package that induced some skin treatments. My skin felt so silky and smooth when I left. I enjoyed my time at this spa and I cannot wait to book another.

This review is overdue but think its important to post.My faced was burned here after the microdermabrasion machine broke and a peel was used after. I had grill mark scars on my face that took forever to clear. Owner refused to address the situation accordingly. It was a depresssing, sad, and frustrating time in my life having to look at those scars every day when this occurred. Would not recommend.

I was in desperate need of a deep massage after sleeping on my neck wrong two nights ago. When I walked in I had to turn with my entire body. By the time I walked out my body and mind were at complete ease. My neck pain was pretty much gone after my massage w John. He was so kind and calming, and was able to apply so much pressure to needed spots. I will absolutely be back, and highly recommend Etant. And def ask for John (though Im sure everyone there is just as qualified).

I have been coming here for years, and they never fail to deliver, whether a more relaxing Swedish massage or a rigorous, destroy-your-muscles sports massage. The interior is a nice oasis from the hubbub of South End right outside, with professional but personable staff, and great little amenities like fruity water right upon check-in. Keelon is great and gave me some foam roller tips for taking care of my muscles in between visits.

I was on a vacation getaway up in Boston, with every intention of having an amazing Spa experience and that I did! Everything was right on point from the friendly receptionist, to the service operators! The Staff at étant not only were able to accomadate my friend and I with our spa day packages (Massage, Facial, paraffin dips, and full body hydration wraps) which they were able to customize individually for our in specific needs. They were able to get us in the next day with no problem! The Spa was extremely clean and professional. As someone who is in the industry, I thought they succeeded in not only pleasing a quite particular client, but really making me feel at home and as if I have been going to the spa for years! The massage therapist, Keith, not only does he have an amazing energy about him, he gave me one of the best massages I have EVER received. Keith set my standard extremely high for a massage therapist in my home location of New Jersey. I enjoyed the massage so much that the next day, I booked ANOTHER massage with Keith for the following day (which they were able to accommodate again without problem). It was everything and some! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPA!

Ive been going to etant since 2012 and I love it the same way I loved it 6 years ago. No matter what therapist, receptionist, etc., it is always great service.

Wonderful care from the second I called to make the appointment! We were four collegues getting massages at the same time and we felt like the team was truly sincere and authetic in the experience they were offering! My colleges are still talking to me about this and it was fun to go wine and dine after (so many choices of retaurants arround)! Thank you to the whole team at Étant !
