Loved this place!!!!! And the ladies are soooo nice! Always making sure you are ok. My skin is very sensitive and she’s always making sure I’m ok. Love them. Ever since I got my eyebrows with them I been having the shape of eyebrows I always wanted. Can’t go back to waxing!!

Friendly staff and quick service!I’m always skeptical of cosmetic services downtown but I was pleased with my experience here. Price is the same as what I pay I normally pay and the location, Downtown Boston is convenient.I will say it is a little difficult to find; google maps directs you to the back of the building for some reason, stay on Washington street and it is across from Marshalls.Most likely, this will be my new threading spot.

I was in and out quickly. The lady who fixed my eyebrows did a wonderful job. She was friendly, attentive, and completely transformed my brows! (I purposely grew them out for a month. It was totally worth it to have bushy brows for four weeks to now have perfectly arched ones!) Ill be coming back for sure!

Best place to get ur eyebrows threaded! They take their time and they listen to you when you want your brows to look a certain way!!

These women are absolutely wonderful- took my eyebrows from wildebeest status, to goddess status in 5 minutes. Head into 333 washington st, up the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor. Make two rights and youre there. Shop is super tiny but gets really busy, go early!

I went there for eyebrows threading, they did their job well. Not very pricey. Staff does their work silently and dont talk much. But little conversations are always nice to have and staff could probably work on that.

In and out in 5 minutes. Clean, efficient and friendly. A little hard to find - you have to go into the 333 Boston Jewelers Exchange Building and go to the 2nd floor, but just follow the directory/signs. A bargain and such a great location. Will go again!

I have been using the same eyebrow specialist for 3 years, so I was extremely hesitant to try someone new. After reading reviews thoroughly, I chose this salon. Although, they attended to me very quickly, I wasn’t thrilled with the outcome. I later noticed that a line or so from my arch had been taken away - not ideal. A warm welcome or kind hospitality would’ve earned them my 4 stars but unfortunately I didn’t get neither - was just told to sit on the seat. If you are not fussy about your eyebrows, it’s decent. Personally, I think it’s a little overpriced considering the service and result.

Ive been going here since last year and at first it was okay but since the summer theyve kept just leaving my eyebrows the complete opposite of how I want them: shapeless and short. I havent stopped going because I somehow thought it would change but this was the last time I asked for something specifically (nicely) since they have been messing them up, they are horrible: short and thin. I completely hate thin eyebrows and Ive just been so unhappy which is not good cause eyebrows shape your Face. I just think theyre bad with direction and theres only one person that knows how to do eyebrows.
