Rushed through the threading and completely messed up the shape of the brows and didnt want to take any responsibility to fix it. Dont recommend it. Also, it had too many people packed in and didnt feel safe.

Great and natural eyebrows. I asked the employee to make changes many times and still made them. At the end, I left really disappointed but I was simply not use to that extremely natural shape. Now that I’m comfortable with it, I can’t wait to go back there!

Its not the cutest or nicest place... But service is good. I got my eyebrows done (threading) and I was happy with the result. It took like 5 minutes! Also prices are comparable with other places.

They are quick and professional. The whole process takes less than a minute for eyebrow threading. They dont use tweezer at all. The price is reasonable.

The only place I go to get my eyebrows threaded. They do an amazing job every single time. Highly recommend!

I was randomly in Medford when I visited and had a wonderful experience at the Medford Square location. The woman who took care of me recommended the Newbury St location because it closer to my house. Since I have been to the Newbury St three time, giving them a chance based on my experience in Medford. Unfortunately their service did not compare and they were just ok with their skills. I am glad to know they are around for an emergency cleanup. Back to my search again.***update 11/11/20: I experienced two ladies that I really like. For me to like a threadist 🤷🏾‍♀️, that no to little pain (it is possible and what Im use to). The issue is the staff schedule is not consistent. They have so many locations and the staff is always moving around. All threadist is not equal. However they are the best Ive found in the area.Boy do I miss my RI spot.

Horrible. Don’t take their time. Asked for a simple clean up and ended up with messed up shape. I don’t recommend it.

My eyebrows are trash, I told the lady not too thin and she barely did anything, she took away the arch in my brow and made them extremely straight and bushy looking . Terrible experience .
