BEWARE! These people only care about getting their cut and they try to trap you on these Deals at any cost. My fist time going there for a cool sculpting consultation in May 2019 and though i do not have a lot of body fat, i am insecure (This is how they catch you). They prey on your insecurities and they push you to think and accept that you need to do not one procedure or 2, but 5 which are very expensive for the middle income individual. As they are trying to convince you to go through with this, they also assure you that there are many good options for you to pay for the treatment and though i was ready to use my own credit card, they went ahead and prepared all the documents for me to take a loan with this shady company called Green Sky without even explaining the risks or the super high interest rates. Anyway i was gullible enough to sign my treatment documents but i backed out of the treatment before it even started. Turns out they had signed me up for this loan and i could not reverse it back and AFFECTED MY CREDIT because i obviously wasnt aware and i didnt pay it and i didnt even get the treatment! These people shouldnt even be allowed to operate at all! They are rude, condescending and pretentious, empty individuals who do not care about you, they just want your money not your well being.

I have been going to Laser MD for over a year and have had several different treatments including cool sculpting, lip laser, botox and fillers. I am extremely satisfied with the results and the guidance from the nursing staff in laying out a reasonably affordable treatment path. Im excited to continue to work with the team.

Extremely unprofessional. I’ve been going to laser md Boston for almost 2 years and there is never an available appointment. I get that they’re busy and have several clients, but why take new clients if you can’t accommodate clients in current treatment, which in the contract says, if I don’t come in certain time frames, I lose my treatments. I showed up to one of my appointments and no answer, there was even another person waiting who had an appointment 1hour before mine. I called, rang the bell, and even called other locations. NO ANSWER, not one laser md picked up. I left a message saying I’m here and to call me back. No callback, I had to callback myself and the girl said “yea you didn’t show up.” What a joke. If you listened to your messages you would know I showed up... other locations aren’t any better.

This place is super sketchy. I called to ask about the $999 laser hair removal bundle, and they told me I needed to come in for a consultation in order for them to tell me whether Im eligible or not. I figured that they needed someone to look at me and assess. No, instead, they had me come in just to tell me the cost of the package. I didnt even take my coat off. During that consultation, I was told that the package included 8 sessions. So, a few days later I came in to pay for the package. While there, I confirmed again that the package was 8 sessions. I checked my receipt and it only said 6 sessions, so I called back on 12/21 to ask for an updated receipt. I spoke to the receptionist, who told me that I would need to speak to a manager, and that her manager would call me in an hour. I didnt hear anything after a few hours, so I called and no one answered. Today 12/22 I called, and spoke to one of the managers who informed me that the package is UP TO 8 sessions, and the administering of the last two sessions is at their discretion. They also told me that they would not be able to put this information in writing for me, which was a huge red flag. This was information that I was NOT given when I came in for the consultation nor when I came in to pay. 999 is a good deal, however, the way they conduct their business is shady and duplicitous, and I would much rather pay more to work with an honest and transparent MedSpa. Spend your money elsewhere.

My issue is of professionalism not of service. After two out of ten treatments purchased my issue is in the process of being resolved. I am grateful for that but having spent a lot of money I just want to be treated better.I called 5 days ago explaining an issue, I had an appointment 2 days after I called at the appointment no one followed up on my issue. But I was told they’ll call me the next business day with an answer. Well that day came no call so I called and left an In depth message.Finally the Manager called back asking how could she help and what was going on. I told her I’ve spoke with a new hire Dorothy and the assistant manager Nicole explaining everything and left a message with details and I was just looking for a follow up and She repeated HOW CAN I HELP YOU cause I have no idea what’s going on. Super rude super nasty super unprofessional for the area and for the money spent. There was a better way she could have delivered that her staff lack communication than directing that at the consumer.It gets better I took a deep breath explaining to her again that I spoke with the assistant manager her assistant manager and asked had no messages been relayed she replied I’m trying to help you so be dont give me attitude. Managers do have to have the tougher conversations sometimes but this didn’t need to be one of them if she just could understand my confusion on how she even ended up calling me without knowing anything. And if she saw the problem with that amongst her staff cause truly they should have relayed the message to her so she could call been the star she is and fix the issue not make it worse. I won’t be back just because of the professionalism.

HATED IT. I hated my experience with Laser MD MedSpa on Newbury Street. I did facial hair laser in their center, i was doing the facial hair laser in my home country and came here this month and did the laser a month after the last session ( as i always do ), the hair grew back 5 days after their laser and never fall down and I called them to explain what happened i never had this issue before, they just told me get a new session with us! We can’t help u or offer you anything else!I was doing it in my home country monthly and never had the same issue.I literally told them that I was unsatisfied and they didnt do anything, they said purchase additional treatments.Very bad experience.

Laser MD MedSpa was recommended to me when I signed up for cool sculpting (CS) down the street (Newbury, Boston). I have areas that are too small for the CS paddles to treat and they recommended VeloShape.Ive just completed my second treatment. S0 far so good.Treatment from the staff (nurses and medical esthetician) has been friendly, calm and professional. COVID-19 protocols are apparent and being followed from my experience.They recently (last 7 days) had a new Medical Director start and they have moved to a new patient intake platform which is more comprehensive then prior. It take about 15 - 20 minutes and I am pleased to see this installed. The staff is getting use to the system so there might be hiccups but overall they appear to be adjusting well to the change.My medical esthetician has been wonderful. Shes very communicative and easy going. Constantly asked how I am.Reason for a 4 and not a 5?- Parking is an issue but... its Newbury street, comes with the territory. Plan 30 minutes prior to find a street spot or buck up and go for a garage. Warning, resident parking starts @ 6 PM on the side streets going towards Comm. Ave. You will get towed if youre not there at 6 to get your car.- I was told my treatment would take 30 minutes. It has taken and hour to 1.5 hours so far. For planning purposes I would have appreciated more up front notification. Ive been told it will go down as my treatments continue. So plan for long sessions at the start of VeloShape treatments.- Ive been propositioned for other services while getting this one. Im not a fan of hard selling. I appreciate the information but not while I am on the table. Please inform beforehand, have signage up or email blast customers. The sell takes away from the SPA experience.

I was tired of shaving my neck beard, so I looked into laser hair removal. After doing some research I decided to give Laser MD MedSpa a try.Every visit they have been very kind, professional, and efficient. Anne Moran is an all-star. Perfect customer service. Id give her 10/5 stars if I could. Most importantly, when I followed their guidelines, the treatment worked out even better than I was anticipating. No more neck beard!

I have been going for laser hair removal for about a year. The treatments have been very effective and each technician has been knowledgeable, professional and nice. They strictly follow COVID procedures and Ive always felt comfortable.

I spent 600 on kybella. I hope i see results. My appointment was originally in Burlington but something came up so they sent me to Boston. Customer service was horrible. She asked me if i paid already and that she couldn’t find my information at all. I told her i have a printed copy of my receipt and boom she found my info. The nurse practitioner was touching the door then my face and everything else with the same gloves. She was convincing me i didn’t need kybella. She told me she can only do a tiny section, but when i went for my consultation i was told different. She started then finished in 15 seconds. I’m convinced she didn’t even inject me. I felt no burning like i was supposed to they said. She then later told me i might need a second vial. But in the beginning she told me i didn’t need it at all. I wish i did everything in Burlington. They made me feel comfortable explained everything great. I just hope i get results I’m proud of because 600 wasn’t easy for me to give. I regret not waiting for the Burlington office to be available.

Don’t waste your money it is not worth the poor services nor the headaches.Very rude, disrespectful and irresponsible staff, and the manager is the worst.I signed a contract for a full body hair removal package in a consulting session.The first session of treatment they told me that my paperwork is lost so they don’t know what area I chose for the treatment. I chose the area I wanted for the second time which was fine.The second session they did the treatments for me and later on asked me to pay for the upper legs because it wasn’t on my package. I told I am not going to repay for what I already signed up for. They didn’t charge me but they behaved as if they did this as a favor for me and as if I lied to them to get additional service for free. That made me vary angry. I asked for my contract sheet. They brought me a contract sheet with someone else’s signature on it and they insisted on me accepting that is my contract sheet. That was very rude.I signed a contract sheet for the third time and I don’t know whose signature was on the other one but they told me that they will shred that right after.Definitely your paperwork and personal info is not safe with them. I don’t think they understand what a contract means and each session they do treatment for a random area.I chose to go to another branch to do the rest of the treatment because this was not a process I wanted to experience each time.There is much more to say but I’ll stop here. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I went in there for a consultation and called back to book a slot.I simply asked if there is a possibility if they can give some discounts and the girl on the phone said this not a MARKETPLACE where I can ask for discounts. I’ve been going to LaserMD Med SpaBoston for about a year. I started thinking a few microdermabrasion before my son’s wedding would be a quick fix. I wasn’t someone who necessarily bought into the whole skin care regimen. I am of a certain age, where baby oil and foil in the sun was “a thing.” I have 1000% bought into it this last year, I started off slowly with microdermabrasion and have expanded to different treatments including the SkinMedica skin care line that has been amazing. The entire team at LaserMD have educated and guided me to a plan that works for me. Never pressure to buy products or do unnecessary procedures. At one time or another I received treatment from all the aestheticians and nurses and the results, professionalism and guidance has been a game changer in my overall appearance. They work as an incredible team that customers benefit from. I went yesterday had another great experience, made me appreciate them more and wanted to share!

If I could give them a zero I would. The people are nice but every laser technician I had was new, I felt more like I was guiding them through the process than the other way around. I got the lser surgery because I am immune suppressed and got sepsis from cutting myself shaving. A doctor literally told me to do it. It was a huge mistake. 1 month out from my final treatment I was covered in coarse dark hair, I called and was told I could purchase a touch up session. 2 years out it is worse than when I began and Im thousands of dollars lost for nothing. Not only did it NOT rid me of hair, it became thicker, fuller, coarser and darker. I have far more ingrown hairs now than I have had in my entire life. I shudder to think how bad it will be next year.

This place is awful I went a month ago and was told I can’t get juvederm my first time so they gave me some other filler that’s usually for older people and it lasted for two weeks then disappeared, literally stole my money. So I ended up goin thru a friend and found and awesome women in the cape and my lips look awesome exactly what I wanted. This place is a fraud do not go there. I’ve emailed them and have gotten no response and the lady that did it was kinda rude just and all around terrible experience

My daughter bought me a cool lift facial with immediate results.That did not happen so, there was no lifting and plumping affect although the girl who did it was telling me can you see the results. I didn’t see anything but,the same thing as when I walked in.I went and met my daughter right after and she asked me if I was still waiting to be seen? I responded with no I already had it done.we both had a laugh all the way home.Ladies don’t waste your money get your hair done or a mani/Pedi.From experience this does not work as much as we would like to believe. The next time I’ll get a cool lift is when I’m out in the cold and my face gets frozen it’s free.

Laser Gentle on Newbury is fantastic!This place was wonderfully clean and well put together. The front desk attendants are very helpful and attentive. Ive been going there for a few months for laser hair removal. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and so far the treatments have been successful. The only drawback is that they do not always run on time so call before you leave if you have a small window for your treatment. (that said, I was once running late for an appointment and they fit me into a small window they had; the flexibility might explain why they dont always run on time). Excellent customer service!

I have had 3 laser removal sessions and it is definitely working. My last session was about 6 months ago because I took a break over summer, and the hair now grows in patches with obvious hairless areas. Just from 3 treatments. They are often running late, but the treatments are very fast (like 20 minutes for full legs) and the staff has always been friendly to me.

I went here for Juvéderm lip fillers. The end result was very unsymmetrical. They expected me to buy another $500 syringe to even out the other side.

Spent over $2200 on a TOUCH UP package, and i swear I did not notice any difference. If anything I have more hair.. They put me on such a low setting that it didnt make a difference; I feel like they cheated me out of my money and expected I would simply buy more sessions.. uhm no I am not stupid.I literally told them that I was unsatisfied and they didnt give two shits, they said purchase additional treatments. I have worked in the customer service industry before where we bent our backs for our customers and made sure to go above and beyond.. at this clinic.. they just want your money and when they have it they will do a shitty Job.

After years of going to well renowned laser hair removal clinics and spending tons of money, I had lost hope completely. I no longer felt like laser hair removal ever worked especially for facial hair. In fact, I had an adverse effect and I was ashamed of going out during daylight. I tried everything- waxing, threading, epilator, laser and even the no-no machine. After one year of quitting, I decided to give laser hair removal one last try because one gets sick of removing unwanted hair after every 10 days. So, I randomly chose Laser MD Spa on group on and the results were MIRACULOUS. After just one sitting, my hair had considerably reduced. Whats more astonishing was the fact that I had no burn marks on my skin, no swelling, no redness or itchiness after the session. The treatment is quick and painless. The machines used here are completely new, the staff extremely professional and friendly and most importantly, IT GIVES RESULTS. I have recommended this place to my sister, my friends and I would highly recommend this place especially to someone who has unwanted facial or body hair. I went for face hair removal but now im getting underarms too. It truly has changed my life and I no longer have to worry about spending time and money on waxing/threading. I can go out openly without having to hide my face behind my hair. I sincerely recommend this place because the results are visible right after a few sittings!

I visited the Newbury St location of Laser MD for a microdermabrasion treatment. The staff were friendly and informative, and the clinic was clean with a professional atmosphere. Everything was explained to me during the procedure and I was very happy with the results.

I was really apprehensive about getting the treatment done, but on my first visit the staff was very informative, stating what I should expect. The staff is friendly too and I just got a complimentarry facial from them, which was good. Also, great deals are always available on Groupon and if you want another service, they always give you discounts.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Bought two XL areas on Groupon; spend more than a year doing the treatment and my hair still the SAME as it was before. I missed 1 session because I was 10 min late and they only reserve 15 min for each person and they literally take 3 min to do both areas 🤷‍♀️ Also did an under eye filler which the “professional” did something wrong and my right eye looks worse than before. I called the spa and they said there’s was nothing they could do! Don’t recommend!!!!!

I did 8 sessions of lazer and I am not a hairy person and it didnt go away. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I bought a Groupon for Laser MD MedSpa and it has been one of the best purchases I have ever made.The staff is friendly, the spa is incredibly clean and I have had great results with the laser treatments.

I got a package deal to do hair laser for 3 areas for 6 sessions - it didnt workI know that the results depend on the hair color, skin type, number of sessions...but i have fair skin and dark hair and i was expecting at least half the hair not to grow back....well disappointed!The technicians dont spend as much time as needed to go theough the entire area, so the outcome is less than expected. This way, they can also make you come back for more sessions..

I chose Laser MD for its convenient hors/location cnolegable and courteous staff,cleanliness and profeshinolasimIve had 2 sessions of laser hair removal and couldnt be happier. Each session is only few minutes long (under arms) and I havent had any side effects.I will defiantly sing up for more treatments in the future.

I went for a consultation. The staff member was rude, condescending and very opinionated. The consultation should have been informative. Nevertheless, I wont be using their services.

Great results! Had laser treatments, botox and fillers all of which were painless! Im now hair free and look years younger. Im currently working on body contouring with VelaShape. The results are extremely noticeable, my husband cant believe the difference. I am a customer for life and will go back to Laser MD MedSpa for all future treatments! The staff were exceptionally nice and the spa was beautiful. Abbey did my laser and velashape treatments, she made me feel comfortable and couldnt have been nicer. I highly recommend her. Wendy was the nurse that did my botox and fillers. Pain free everybody! Wendy is a must, my results are dramatic but extremely natural. Im ecstatic I found this little gem on Newbury St, they changed my life.

Lase MD Med Spa is amazing! I completed 8 session of laser hair remuval on my full legs and under arms and I have to say I am very impressed with the results.I Have no hair left.I have gotten laser haired remuval from few different places before, and when I tell you laser treatments are not the same.This is by far The Best Place In Boston I Have Ever Gotten!I found the aestheticians to be extremely knowledgable about the services they provide.And also very important, they are not intimanating.Dont even bother going anywhere else.The other laser places do not even compare to Laser MDThey are absolutely the BEST!!!

So I am super disappointed with my most recent experience with because I really like the injector and was happy to put up with them being habitually behind schedule and trek 45 minute to get to their Newbury location.First they surprised me with a $50 booking fee and then refused to accept my Groupon stating since I had been there for a service before. To be clear - no where in the terms of the Groupon did it say that it was for new customers only. In the world of Groupon - 1 per customer means I cant buy 3 and redeem them all in one go. This Spa runs this promotion on Groupon and similar sites at various points in the year. I did purchase and use a Groupon with them in 2014 and 2015. The last one I redeemed was in November 2015 though I purchased it months earlier. I had even come once again in 2014 without a Groupon and the injector told the ladies at the front desk again to give me the Groupon rate.Second, i was told that I was informed not use a Groupon again at my last appointment. Not the case actually. How am I sure - because last time I was there (spending an additional $200 over the Groupon cost) I had been inquiring about face peel options. I have notes in my phone about pricing, downtime, deals... if they had told me I could never use a Groupon again - I would have written it down.You false advertised a promotion and then refused to make even the slightest consideration when a existing customer offers to bear the brunt of the situation. The face value of the Groupon at your full rate would have still had me paying out of pocket $300.Anyways - its a shame because as I said, the injector is great. This is not how I wanted to start my morning.FWIW Groupon did give me a refund me in full based on the ordealUPDATE:I mistakenly made a reference to the booking fee being non-refundable. Correction - the booking fee is deducted from your services generally. If like me - you were on a Groupon it wasnt at all clear that it how that would be reimbursed. Also it should be mentioned on their Groupon that you need to pay to book. I understand why they have the fee and not opposed to it - but was caught off guard when asked to pay-up front.

Didnt get the results I expected. But customer service was quick to call me and ask about my issues and offer other means to make up for it.

The staff does not respect the people, they make appointments with an employee and the day of the appointment they change their person. but if it is the client who can not reach the appointment, he has no solution for the client.I felt offended, and discriminated, I think they did because the person who was before me was an American and I was Hispanic

This business is horrible, if you go on Yelp and read the reviews youll think twice before going there.The location is close to impossible to find, there is on a back street, in an outdated professional building, no sign whatsoever outside, the traffic to get to is awful, as are the roads - I can only imagine theyre for cheap rent and make the best of the money.The services poor: no reminder call for your appointments but there is a fat fee of $50.00 for your missed one (got to know 24 hours in advance if youre getting sick, too...).As for the treatments, they recommend microdermabrasion for rosacea :0!The girls are responding to the unfavorable comments by themselves (looks like they run the place, there is no doctor on the site or other higher professional) by insulting unhappy clients in a bad spelled language...Money, money, money - I only hope theyre paid by commission since they try and push people into buying more and more but when no results they go with: the results vary from person to person, maybe you should buy more...Judging on how many people they injured I am guessing they dont take the chance to even use recommended settings on those machines but just want to play safe.Go somewhere else!

I’m an existing customer since long time ago in this clinic but I was surprised with the management and the customer service being so unprofessional and rude recently to me and also to friend of mine whom i referred her to this clinic last year.

Expensive and bad costumer service I have 2 laser sessions that they dont remember that I payed for them
