Ive been going to the Laser Skin Center for years for laser hair removal, but I recently did a Lase MD treatment there and am obsessed with the results! In only four sessions it was able to get rid of my upper lip melasma, drastically decrease pore size around my nose, and my skin is so soft and smooth. Friends and family have noticed the difference as well. I highly recommend checking out their skin care treatments in addition to laser hair removal services (which Ive had consistently great experiences with as well)!

The Laser Skin Center is the best! Ive been going there for years, and I just started doing their new Body Sculpting treatments. Admittedly, I was skeptical about how successful Body Sculpting would actually be, but I felt like it was worth taking a chance on it. I am so glad I tried it! After just two treatments, Ive lost over an inch off my waist and can tell the difference in both how I look and feel. I would highly recommend it. Ive been so pleased with the results, Im already considering buying additional treatments for other areas.

I have been going to Laser Skin Center for a few months and I love them! I saw Bri for my chin laser and was so satisfied that I upgraded to the full face laser. Brittney does my full face and she is great too! I was unsure why they swithced technicians, but I love them both! They are knowledgeable and kind. I was apprehensive about going here as a Black woman (skin care is so dominated by White people in Boston), but they have worked with my skin tone no problem. Would highly recommend!!

You will be in very good hands at The Laser Skin Center & Med Spa! A friend who was already a patient there for laser hair removal recommended that I give it a try and Ive kept going back for almost 2 years. Cindy, the owner, is so warm and accommodating with appointment times, and the center frequently offers specials to help with the cost of treatments. Bri did the majority of my treatments and she is amazing - friendly, quick and very knowledgeable about the laser she uses. Jess did a few of my treatments and she was great too. I am in the medical aesthetics industry myself, and they have top-notch equipment and used a tool to confirm the correct settings for my skin type before each and every treatment. They are great at what they do and visiting them every 6-8 weeks for my appointments is a pleasure. The space is modern, clean and inviting, and I am in and out quickly. Right now with COVID-19, they have very safe protocols in place and have thought of every detail, down to single-use pens when you sign in and covering your shoes with booties upon entering. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have so many great things to say about this place! I have been getting laser hair removal for the past 5ish months by Bri. She has been so patient, kind and made sure to explain everything! The facility is super clean and they’ve been nothing but incredible with making sure to go above and beyond with all of the COVID guidelines and safety measures. I went in for a micro needling wanted to see how the first treatment worked before I purchased a package. I’m Hispanic with olive skin tone, after the first month my discoloration on my face and scars improved Significantly. The staff are amazing, I felt like I was a long term customer from day one. I also appreciated that everyone was knowledgeable and followed the covid 19 procedures to enjoy a safe and clean environment for me. I just did my second treatment and excited to build a great relationship in the process of healing my skin.

Had total 6 brilliant and clear sessions with DR K. The result is amazing. I moved from New York to Boston for two years and he is definitely my go-to doctor for skin issues. I had a well-known doctor in New York, but the result is nearly as good as what doctor K provides.

Did 6 laser procedures (deep bikini and armpits), spent more than $ 1000 and the result is zero, just zero. The laser I don’t know what year, I realized later that their laser is very outdated, which does not give any result. A waste of money and time..

My mom was worried about her more noticeable aging and sun spots that seemed to become more visible recently so I looked around and found good reviews of the Laser Skin Center. Shes had about 5-6 appointments and will now be doing her yearly visits to upkeep her current appearance. Shes satisfied and quite happy with the results. Its not an immediate change but more slow, subtle and gradual changes but there is definitely a difference.

Long review alert, because I have so many great things to say about the services I received here!Prior to physically starting treatment in January, Cindy was awesome with explaining everything to me, from finances to what I should expect with starting treatment. Being someone who never received laser hair treatment, and having darker skin and hair, I was pretty nervous.At my first appointment (full Brazilian), I felt extremely welcomed and the set of up everything made me feel so comfortable and at ease with such a clean environment. Even in the bathroom, there were items to freshen up prior to starting treatment, if you felt like you needed it. (Side note: at the last minute I decided to add the ab strip to my treatment, and the staff was so accommodating with allowing me to start everything in the same session)My assigned technician, Bri took care of me and I absolutely adore her! She was so patient, and made sure to explain everything. She even checked with me during the entire procedure to make sure I was doing okay, I didnt feel like she rushed with me at all. She kept the same kind and caring energy even with my following appointment I had in Mach (pre-COVID). The technology that is being used here is phenomenal, because I noticed drastic changes after the first appointment!Fast forwarding to pandemic times, with things changing so drastically, Cindy ensured to keep me informed every step of the way about the status of their company. I didnt have to reach out to them once to figure out what was going on, they communicated with me every step of the way and I appreciated that so much! It showed me that even through the chaos, they still remained professional.Once it became safe to resume my appointments, they were able to see me this month and it was a very safe visit. Although I wasnt able to see my previous technician, Brittney took care of me and she exhibited the same level of care and professionalism that I experienced from both Cindy and Bri and i was so grateful for that!Everything was sanitized, contained, and clean clean clean!! They have always been clean, but I could tell extra steps were taken to ensure my safety and theirs. Im so happy I decided to become a client here, they havent let me down yet!

Got a call back for my inquiry online from the receptionist Cindy. She said “is now a good time” I then proceed to say “yes” then she says “hold on I got a call” ... 5 minutes later she’s back on the line and says “hello” I say “hello” then hangs up on me lol .. well I will never call back and taking my money somewhere else. How unprofessional why should you call me to tell me to hold lol

I am so pleased with both I highly recommend you ask for an appointment with her. She makes things so easy for me and I am so relaxed every time I am there. Easily one of the best decisions I have ever made was to finally undergo laser hair removal. My only regret is that I had not decided to do it sooner. It is not cheap but there are often special deals that bring it into the range of what you would spend for waxing at a nice spa.Marlena is wonderful and the space is clean and comfortable. Results from the treatments have been as expected - hair almost completely gone, what grows back is very fine, and I expect that a few follow-up treatments will provide me with near complete removal. I may have needed to shave my underarms twice this summer... better than every day!

I paid 675$ cash upfront for 4 sessions of laser on my legs. Seeing no result!After I mentioned to the manager she checked the record and noticed they used wrong numbers for laser intensity and offered I purchase another set of sessions! Why would I go back to a place they didnt do their job in the first place?!Also three times out of four, my appointment was double booked and the technician had to rush thru my appointment to get to next customer or I had to wait for an hour! Back in April of 2016 when I was in the hospital, I developed cystic acne. I am a female in my 30s and never had this type of acne before. I am also a working professional in the fashion field where image is your business card.Although I was not exactly certain how to begin resolving my issue, I began to research methods of treating cystic acne. Research lead me to calling The Laser Skin Center. Right off the bat, Cindy, the owner, was nothing but understanding. After telling her about what I was experiencing, she did everything in her power to make an appointment for me right away.The process was simple. First I had a consultation with the Dermatologist who recommended for I to try hydra facials. Cindy and the Dermatologist put me at ease and did not make me feel worse than what I was already feeling.For the past month I have been working with the truly compassionate, wonderful and skillful Marlena. Marlena is beyond amazing as well as experienced. Thus far, after only a month, my cysts are disappearing, my skin is less red and I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.The Laser Skin Center is filled with compassion, experience and I highly recommend anyone grappling with cystic acne to pay the Center a visit!Michelle M

Cindy is the beeeeest. Shes professional, kind and very accommodating. She explained the process well and put me in the care of Marlena, who is bomb! Marlena cares about her clients comfort and safety, shell make sure the laser is on the right level and will check in frequently to ask if it should be adjusted. She wants no hair and no bad experiences. Love this place and have had super successful laser! I went on the recommendation of a friend and Im glad i did. Go.

I have been through a few laser treatments at different centers, and I have never seen as much progress as I have at the Laser Skin Center. After only a few months, I saw a drastic reduction in hair around the treated area, and it stayed away when I took a break from laser during the summer months. I never had much faith in laser until coming to the Laser Skin Center. The customer service is really excellent--Cindy goes above and beyond to make sure that the customers are satisfied with their results. The Center also runs interesting promotions throughout the year; Ive also since bought a few more packages of laser and other treatments and have been equally satisfied.

I recently had a maintenance appt. at the Laser Skin Center Boston, and as usual the results were great. Marlena was my technician and she always does a thorough job. Will be booking for another area soon. Office manager, Cindy, is always professional and accommodating. Love this place!

Great place! Cindy is wonderful. she very well- educated, kind and patient. i like the environment. the price is very reasonable ! i am very happy wt my results. marlena does her best accommodate, she is the best and so sweet. the experience has been enjoyable. they are been super flexible with the scheduling and never wait before my appointment. i highly recommend marlena and the laser skin center spa.

The laser technicians are friendly and knowledgeable but I agree with another reviewer that the owner Cindy and the Doctor do not care about their customers. It seems that they are all about taking your money. Cindy was rude to me and I overheard her talking badly about other clients behind their backs. This was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend going here for laser treatments because you have to buy packages in full and upfront before you can even decide if you like the laser results or see how they affect you. I suggest you go to a place where you are respected and treated well.

Ive had two hydrafacials with the dermabuilder serum. This treatment is wonderful. It is very gentle and it does seem to re-hydrate and plump up my skin. My skin looked better immediately after each facial and I didnt need to wear makeup. Marlena did my facials. She was very nice, gentle and took the time to explain what she was doing. Cindy, at the front desk, was also very friendly and accommodating.

Ive been wanting to get laser hair removal for years, but the prices were just way beyond my reach. I recently relocated to the Boston area and was searching for laser hair removal businesses who have the lasers for dark skin. Several places that I called said they only had the machines for pale skin and dark hair. After doing some research online, I discovered that the YAG laser is the only laser that will not burn or discolor dark skin tones. I called the Laser Skin Center in Boston, and they did have the YAG laser. I went in for a free consultation and also got in on a promotional deal for 7 treatments on the bikini with an extra treatment free, AND a free 7 treatments on my underarms. They have great customer service and are always friendly when I come in. They always have different promotional offers going on, and you really cant beat the price. I just finished my 5th treatment today, and I am very pleased with the results. If you are of a darker skin tone and are tired of the ingrown hairs, but skeptical of laser hair removal, this is definitely the place to go!

I would highly recommend this place. The staff is professional and extremely knowledgable, and was honest about expectations regarding my treatment upfront, which I appreciate. The atmosphere is welcoming and impeccably clean. I started the micropen treatments in October to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks and immediately noticed a difference in the appearance of my skin. The results become more evident with each micropen treatment. Im now on my 8th treatment and have noticed a significant reduction in the appearance of the stretch marks. Im very happy with the results and would definitely recommend The Laser Skin Center.

Ive had many underarm treatments before at another center and in another country but I saw no satisfying results and since I came to this center today Ive had 3 underarm and Im really happy with results I have almost no hair grow in there in addition, I have done 2 bikini so far for the first time and it is really nice Im happy from first time and Im sure you would be too.
