I too purchased the Groupon treatments for Four Seasons Laser Center in Boston. I had been very self conscious about unwanted facial hair for years. I checked out their website (but not the public reviews) and did some research on the subject. Everything seemed on the up and up. I purchased a 8 series package for face and neck laser hair removal and made my appointment. I had never gone to a medical spa and didnt know quite what to expect. The receptionist was ok, a little off putting, the waiting room decor was pleasant and the technician was pleasant. When I went into the treatment room, I was surprised to see a tip jar! I felt terrible because, 1. I wasnt expecting to tip the technician and 2. I didnt have any cash on me. I had to embarrassingly say to the technician I couldnt provide a tip because I didnt know that was expected (after that I did tip the technician) but who would have known?As many have said the procedure included a LOT of cooling gel on the area, which was fine because I didnt have any pain or discomfort. The hairs started falling out after each appointment - which is what I expected. After the end of the eight appointments, there were still patches of hair growing back. I was slightly disappointed. The manager (a Russian man) kept pushing more and more treatment on me. I was young, naive, and a sucker. I purchased another series for my lower legs, which again kinda worked. I was extremely uncomfortable with the entire process.It wasnt until recently that I went to a different medical spa to redo all of my facial areas - because I had 100% regrowth of hair that I learned basically everything they did was wrong. 1. Lets face it, a reputable place doesnt slash their costs in half! Bite the bullet and pay more for a quality product, 2. They should not have put cooling gel on the treatment areas - sure it will hurt way worse but the results are much better and more permanent, 3. Tips are not a common practice in reputable places (hence a higher fee), 4. Feeling comfortable with the technician and given the time to ask questions is a must!Please do not go to this med spa. They are just out for your money and the results are paltry to non-existent.

I found so peaceful atmosphere at four seasons laser center. I just loved the relaxing waiting room. Front staffs were totally polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job asking about my comfort level, introducing products, what to expect...very informative! I recommend this place to everyone who asks how I have such clear skin!

The Manager at Four Seasons does not maintain appropriate records of when the customers pay for the service. Every month or two, he humiliates the customer over the payment, which clearly he has no clue about since the records were not maintained and bills are not handed out every time a payment is made.Even though the specialists providing the service are kind to customers, it is an absolute menace to deal every month with the manager. I definitely do not recommend using this service, because (1) they feel they are the only ones to give value for money, which is certainly untrue (2) they never leave a chance to ask the customer for more money by falsely accusing them of not paying for the service a couple of months ago (3) if the customer gives their credit card information, it is highly possible, that the fees is deducted incorrectly to make more money!A very big shameful attempt by a company running in the very heart of the city!! Disappointing

The staff is very polite and very friendly, they respect their customers needs and respect their time. Its not a problem to ask for some help or changes to the appointment.The result is also very impressive right after the first treatment. Definitely will recommend it to my friends.

Four Seasons Laser Center is just amazing! Ive been coming here for all my laser hair removal needs for the last two years. The atmosphere is relaxing, the services are top of the line and the technicians are very professional and nice. I highly recommend it to all my friends.

I purchased a small area on Groupon and I am on my 6/8 session. Mei, the technician is amazing and really listens to your concerns. She is a strong reason as to why I would come back here as I feel comfortable and happy with my results! The building itself is very small but they are moving a street down. They always offer you deals and what not so that is another great thing. If you live in the Boston area, I say go for it!

Very poor customer service. I was charged a $100 fee without being told I would after having to cancel and re-arrange my appointment 24 hours prior. I then called numerous times and ended up speaking with someone in Florida who said I needed to talk to the people in the Boston location. I tried this and no answer - call went to voicemail. I then went in person to request the refund and they said I would need to discuss with management. Management never contacted me and I have requested to talk to them for five months now. I do not recommend.

Ive done 3/8 sessions so far and the results are good. They even supported me with a scheduling issue and I was able to speak to the owner and we reached an understanding, which I greatly appreciate. The stuff there are very friendly during the treatments.

I suffered from folliculitis since I started growing facial hair, and its not that I have a beard, I have little facial hair, but its a nightmare.Thankfully there are places like Four Seasons Laser where people are utterly professional and give their best to accomplish the goal.Now, eight months later my face looks amazing and I couldnt be any happier.Thanks Four Seasons Laser!!

Would not recommend this place due to poor customer service. Great technicians, nice painless laser, but the number they have listed on google sent me to voicemail multiple times preventing me from letting the owner know I couldnt make an appointment.Hours after I had missed my appointment I got a call from a random number from Florida, it was the owner telling me I would have to pay a $100 fee to be rescheduled. I said I made several attempts. He informed me that he did not believe I actually called the required 2 days ahead of time and said he would check and see if my number could be traced as an incoming call and get back to me.I have no intention of returning ever again and will be taking future business elsewhere.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. It is not professional and the office doesnt look clean and sterile. I had paid for an 8 session groupon deal, which was a great deal, but after 7 sessions, I barely saw any results, if any. They do not listen when you tell them exactly what you want and they leave half a bottle of some goo on you. I have been to other locations where there was no gel and I saw immediate results. Here, the appointment takes much longer than it should with the minimal results. Plus, they tell you to come in for your next appointment with some hair growth so they can see the growth. That is in exact opposition to any other professional who tells you to shave the night before for the best laser results.

They are professional. They are honest. Clean environment. Am getting laser hair removal. And it great. There service work. I rate 5.

Unauthorized transaction on my card1) I called to reschedule the appointment and was informed that there is a $100 charge for rescheduling! I refused to pay and said firmly to cancel my appointment all together! It is my last appointment anyway. I was not informed of the $100 cancellation fees. Who thought of having to pay $100 for service that was not rendered and I already paid for the entire package of 8 visits?2) To my surprise I saw a $100 showed up in my credit card, which is not even the card that I paid for the 8 treatments package! This is my new credit card. In my last visit, I was thinking of doing another area as well I gave them my card to charge that transaction. I changed my mind 2 mins after and the owner agreed to cancel the transaction, which they did! OMG I did not know they took down my credit card number and made this $100 charge without my awareness, without my authorization! Business, this is illegal! I have called my bank to file a claim! I will go to the end with this! Clients beware!!! They keep your credit card info. Any payment that goes through a credit card machine should only show up the last 4 digits! To have the entire card number, expiration date, they must have taken picture of my card or wrote down the number!!!! Very unethical!!!(It was for the cancellation on 12/17/16 - after I wrote my review, I was contacted to remove it to get my full refund. I did delete my review, and still not receive my refund 1.5 years later. Called the office several times and no answer)

I have tried other medspas on Newbury St and I really recommend Four Seasons Laser Center for anyone who is looking into laser hair removal. This medspa really gives you result very fast right from the first treatment. They have 3 different systems that they use. I experienced approximate 50% of my hair gone going into my second treatment!!! Pros: staffs are very friendly and very professional.

Ive been coming to this MedSpa for over a year for my full legs. Im 80% hairless. Very effective technology and great nurses.

Tread lightly, I first started with them after buying a groupon. At first things were unorganized but seemed okay. But after the second or third time, I realized the treatments they were using were weak and not showing results. During that same time I noticed how pushy the owner was being in trying to add on more treatments. The ladies who perform the treatments were very nice and comforting which is necessary for Brazilians and bikini areas. However, when I completed a session and it was time to schedule my next appointment I started noticing a latter, the system was always “down” which meant I had to call back to schedule my next appointment. Conveniently the system was down quite often even when I’d call back until I eventually didn’t schedule for months at a time until I forgot. (It’s been a year)I recently got a call from a woman trying to provide new discounts or deals and I told her I never finished my first treatment areas, so I wasn’t going to book new appointments for new areas. Seems very scammy to me, thus “tread lightly”

The customer service is terrible. It is almost impossible to try and speak with someone when you need to cancel an appointment. The number continues to ring and they never call back. When you do not show up they charge your account on file $100.00. From the first day I walked in there they kept trying to sell me more services. I was also charged for a service that I never agreed on. It took weeks to get that credited back to my account. I have also contacted Groupon on this company.Possibly the worst experience ever.This does not even deserve the one star but I had to click on to post. No star is appropriate. :(

Dont even bother with their laser hair removal. They will upsell you like mad, charge your card without your permission (I am not talking about their $100 late fee, either), and their lasers DO NOT work. I went to them for nearly a year and I have experienced 100% regrowth. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.Oh, and one of their technicians BURNED my tattoo with the laser and they ignored me when I tried to contact them about it. (Theyre supposed to go around tattoos.)

I visited four seasons at Boca Raton location for laser hair removal on my back, chest and shoulders area. I was given clear pre and post treatment instructions. The staffs were very professional and well informed. Im very satisfied with the services I received. I found excellent service at great price. Thank you!

Terrible experience I would never recommend this place to anyone. I honestly wish I read the reviews before going to this place. The customer service skills are horrible and the guy that runs the place is sleazy, untrustworthy, and just looking to take your money. They patronize you and treat you like crap. Customers are far from theyre top priorities. I had 5 of my 8 treatments left and it honestly was not worth going back to that place I would prefer to lose the money I spent on those sessions. I would recommend you read the reviews on Yelp as well before you decide to go to this place. DO NOT use your card at this place. If you do choose to go there ALWAYS pay in cash!!!

You can tell that the owner only cares about one thing..and thats your money. Emailed them to ask for a refund after full regrowth and was told I could come back for more treatments at $95 as long as I want to finish off a back teatment. This is all after I just finished 8 treatments in January and have basically all my hair back. No to mention I already bought a Groupon for over $300 and paid 2 additional payments of $230. I expected regrowth but not this much and to spend that much money. This was my first laser experience and trust me, Ill definitely be more careful from now on.Side note- technician I had last two visits was great. If she was there the whole time Id probably not have as much regrowth

The technician Kate was wonderful. She made me feel completely comfortable, especially since it was a bikini line procedure. Very professional and I will definitely go back to see her again.However, the manager was rude and condescending to his staff and tried to upsell my friend and I after we had already bought our Groupon. We told him multiple times weren’t trying to buy anything additional and was condescending in response.Tldr: I was pretty turned off initially, but Kate completely saved our experience. This was my first laser hair removal experience. This place is a complete rip off and has the worst customer service. The manager is unfriendly, has NO patience and is easily flustered. He scolded the technician my first appointment, it was unprofessional and made it awkward. She was a nice lady though. They charge $100 to your card if you reschedule your appointment. I once called when I was 5 minutes away and he told me to hurry up or Ill be charged $100 to reschedule. Its a scam, its an uncomfortable experience and I only completed like 4 out of the 8 treatments I already paid for because he keeps charging me $100 and when I called to reschedule those times no one picked up the phone! Definitely not happy with this place!

Don’t go to this salon. All they care about is making money, don’t care about the results. They don’t even have a consultation before starting treatments. When I came in for my first appointment to get underams done I was offered to pay a little more and get more intensive treatments so that by the end I’d be all set and “not need anything but deodorant.” (actual quote). When I was done with the underams’ treatments and still going through bikini ones, I let the main guy know that my underams’ hair is still growing. It was a new guy by the time I was done with the treatments, he said that it’s not possible that the previous guy could tell me that I’d be all set in the end because everyone’s hair is different etc. When I disagreed and let him know that I had been told that my underams would be 100% done and that there’s a receipt on file that I paid extra for that, he still didn’t want to honor it and only offered me to buy more treatments. All the areas I got done at this salon still have hair on them. 😒

They are always friendly and welcoming and the staffs are super mature, knowledgeable and friendly. Clean atmosphere, good location without any difficulties parking, and helped me get rid of some embarrassing unwanted hair.Thanks!

Very funny, the last positive review was from 4seasonslaser? They actually reviewed themselves! Anyways, They owe me a TON Of MONEY of unpaid invoices! My marketing agency agreed under contract to advertise this business and the owners Sergio Avraham and Edilane Piedra paid for less than half of the work my agency provided! I am pursing legal action against this company! Apparently they have many negative reviews and are well known for their horrible custom service. Eventually justice will prevail!

After a little over a year going to 4 seasons laser & wasting my money my hair was still growing! Please do full research before getting into anything. Ive tried 2 different hair laser removal locations & none work. U have to make sure that the laser theyre using will not damage your skin & that it actually removes hair. I recently invested my Money at ideal image in Braintree, MA & I swear I cannot believe it. I started to think that hair removal is a lie and its not. At this place they have real registered nurses. They explain everything to you!!! They spent a couple of hours showing and explaining everything. It is a little pricy but very worth it. Be careful with what you get yourself into. After reading the reviews and considering my own experience for about a year now at Four Seasons they do try to up-sale you right before your first treatment. Also my recent appointment I had (the brother or some other guy was there) I had to pay $211 on this day and I seen him write my debit card information on a piece of paper which I never authorized and if this is a policy like he claimed he never told me at the start that this was required and that since my card wasnt on file/on paper that he was going to copy my information down when I handed him my debit card to charge me the $211. I actually had a feeling something like this would happen and thats why every time I had to pay I made sure I gave cash instead. I also dont like waiting especially if my appointment is booked almost a month in advance.

Terrible appointment cancellation policy. If you are ever late or need to cancel an appointment at the same day they will charge $100 dollars, for me it is honestly a way to take advantage of customers. Extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend this place.

I am having some lazer hair removal done on my chin. I am very happy with the treatments thus far. The staff is kind, friendly and informative. Be careful not to miss your appointments because you will get charged, but they explain this to you very thoroughly. They use the most up to date lazers. They hurt less than lazers I used at a different location a few years back. I also think they do a better job. The technology for hair removal gets better every year. I would highly recommend them for hair removal procedures. Also, check them out on Groupon! They have great deals!

Where to begin with this scam of a business? they make you sign a 48 hour cancelation policy but no one ever answers the phone when you do call. or if they do they answer quickly and say they will call right back and hang up never to call back. then if you are 5min late to an appointment they charge you a $100 fee yet have no issue regularly canceling your appointment and not telling you, so you drive to back bay for no reason. Avoid this terrible place at all costs. honestly you get better service from united on an overbooked flight. They are as reliable as an ice-cream machine at a McDonalds. Id rather deal with Comcast than ever do business with this place again.

Worst place in the world!! They should be sued or shut down. I did 12 sessions with them and I saw zero results. I did 3 sessions at another place and the hair is gone.
