One of my favorite workouts! These classes will whip you into shape in no time. I could barely move for a few days after my first class. The instructors are enthusiastic and encouraging.
Mystryde is overall a great gym - the instructors are amazing and each class is challenging. Theses classes allow for every type of runner from beginner to advanced. I love these classes and look forward to many more!
Mystryde is a GREAT workout! I love the power stryde 60 classes. Class always go by so quickly because of how much they switch up the tread activities. I feel like they care more about making their customers feel welcome than other studios.

Have really enjoyed classes at MyStryde in South Boston. Instructors have been super great and the workouts go by fast. Classes are tough but you can scale to your ability level. I especially love the lunchtime classes. Will definitely be continuing to go!
Super fun speed cave, fresh workouts, Coach Julie is so skilled at dialing up at intervals that sneak in speeds and inclines you did not think you could hit. You leave feeling very strong. 20/10 would recommend to those training in unpredictable Boston weather.
I have had a great experience with MYSTRYDE. Each instructor I have met has been so friendly and helpful. The different variety of classes is great when wanting to switch up your normal routine. Whether youre a runner or not, these classes are great for everyone.

This is hands down the best workout/fitness studio I have ever been to. I’m typically not a fan of structured workout classes and tend to be very motivated on my own - but these have changed my mind completely. I always feel challenged, energized, and empowered and attending is such an act of self care. I also love how engaged they are with the local community
Fantastic workout. Great instructors. The vibe of the blue room and music actually makes running feel fun. I’ve enjoyed every instructor and love that you can take the whole class at your own pace - there’s plenty of time to both push yourself and to recover. I feel so accomplished and strong after every class!

MYSTRYDE has up to date cleaning procedures and social distancing guidelines that make me feel at ease entering the facility. The workout itself is AMAZING- great intervals on the tread tailored to all different types of athletes whether you are new to running or training for a race. The floor portion of the workout involving dumbells is perfectly paced to allow effective muscle work, while also allowing time to recover and modify if needed.
I have been coming to MyStryde for a few weeks now and love it! I feel that the instructors push you out of your comfort zone but you are also able to go at your own pace. Everything is spaced out and very clean - I feel safe coming to class. I will continue coming here as it is a great workout and the class seems to fly by! Highly recommend.

I just recently started going to MYSTRYDE North Station Classes and Im HOOKED! Its fabulous to get your cardio and strength training in one fast-paced and fun work-out! I love how the instructors make it fun and exciting, and because its effort based you are in control of your work-out. I highly recommend for folks looking for an awesome one stop shop work-out!

Mystryde is amazing!!! Best workout I’ve done in awhile and they have a variety of classes depending on what you like! The best staff and teachers. Everyone is motivating and knowledgeable and so supportive of everyone! My personal favorite class is the 60 minute endurance class. It’s a great way to get into running whether you’re looking to train or just improve your endurance. If you’re thinking about trying Mystryde just do it!!! You won’t regret it.
I just completed my 5th class and am loving mystryde! The instructors are super motivating and the atmosphere of the classes are so fun yet challenging! Ive already noticed results in my endurance and strength. Id definitely recommend mystryde to anyone looking for an intense and awesome workout!
Excellent workout for every fitness type because you can adjust the speed of the treadmill to match your fitness level. The non treadmill HIIT workouts hit all the muscle groups and are also great cardio. The audio classes are a great way to fit in a workout during random times that regular classes aren’t offered and are just as motivating. The gym is clean, the staff and instructors are friendly and motivating.

MYSTRYDE is the best thing to happen to Southie. Especially in the cold winter months when we can’t run outdoors MYSTRYDE is the place to be. The instructors are motivating and their equipment is great! They are doing they best they can with what the COVID restrictions are throwing their way.

I was terrified of this place, but now I’m a regular. Classes are a wide range of hills, sprints, endurance sessions & sometimes even extra like core or weight work (depending on the class you sign up for). The staff is well educated & they will cheer you on as you set goals, regardless of your fitness level. They even have a recovery zone that you can use before or after class to stretch & roll out your body. First class is free so try it out. You’ve got nothing to lose!

Ive been to the Mystryde a few times in the north end and was so glad when they recently opened a location in southie! The staff is super friendly, facility is clean and follows all covid protocols and the workouts are awesome! The running classes are super manageable even for non runners like myself--they find a way to make it work for everyone!

Such a great workout in a super cool pop-up space! I love the method they have that recommends treadmill speed by level as opposed to a set number. It allows everyone to break a sweat at their own pace, and the classes fly by. I will definitely be returning and would strongly recommend for beginner and expert runners alike!

Absolutely love getting a sweat with MyStryde! On my own, I cannot stand running on the treadmill for more than ten minutes but their classes are fun, always changing, and challenging. I also enjoy the track workouts held in Charlestown.Their COVID policies allow me to feel safe and comfortable.
Mystryde classes are my new obsession. The instructors are very motivating and push me harder then I could push by myself. Classes are high energy with good music, challenging and dynamic running workouts. The way the studio is set up with the mirrors and lighting makes you feel like its just you and the road. The treadmills are really high quality too! Much better then generic gym treadmills Ive used in the past. I was shy to try these classes out at first but I wish I had started going a long time ago. Theyre not as intimidating as they seem and I can see improvements in speed after a few short weeks. Great for runners of all levels or for people who just want a good workout.
I love mystryde because it is a guaranteed good workout! The Endurance class is a great way to put some mileage down, without realizing how much work youre doing. The power stride classes remind me of Orange Theory but without the rowing (which for me, is ideal). This pop-up location is roomier than their North End location, but its only downside is not having an internal bathroom.

Super friendly and welcoming! The classes are challenging but the instructors provide ways for each person to stay at their own level and feel comfortable throughout. Power X is my favorite, all weights barely any running!

I love mystryde! They’re constantly thinking of innovative ways to better themselves. the power stryde classes are my favorite, challenging but modifiable if need be. The ONLY down side is the bathroom situation (it’s located on the other side of the building) but if you get there early enough this isn’t an issue. Strongly recommend for runners or “non runners”!

Love coming here! I am not a big runner, but these classes are fun and a an amazing work out. The instructors are motivating and make it so any type of runner (even non-runners) can participate and enjoy the classes.
Before my first class at mystryde my only experience with treadmills was reluctantly gripping on to it for dear life while I power walk up an incline for 5 mins before lifting weights because I thought I hated running. I was wrong. I dont hate running any more.By the end of my first class I was sprinting faster and longer than I ever would have thought. Its not just showing up and running on a treadmill. They guide you through a warm up and then challenge you with intervals of sprints, hills, jogs, etc.My favorite thing they have is the guide on each tread. It has a column for beginner, intermediate and advanced. Each column has 5 zones with a suggested range of speeds for each zone with zone 1 being a walk/jog and zone 5 being a sprint. So youre not being told to run a speed, youre told a zone and whatever that means for you on that day is what you do. My first class zone 2 speed was slower than my fourth class zone speed because of the way the instructors really push you in a positive way to do your best and challenge yourself.Ive been too 4 classes since and have truly loved every experience. Theres this common misconception that during a group fitness class, everyone else is watching you. Nope, they arent. They are doing the same thing you are, trying to do what the instructors are saying and trying to catch their breathe. The lights are dim and the music is loud so you can hear the instructor and really focus on yourself and getting the best workout you can.I cant wait for my next class!
My favorite place to work out in Boston! I started going in May and by November I went 3 full minutes faster in my half marathon. And the instructors make the classes so enjoyable - no treadmill minutes here!
MyStryde is my favorite workout studio in Boston. I’ve tried so many different places on classpass and MyStryde has remained #1 because of the challenging classes, motivating instructors and doesn’t hurt that they have great lulu lemon gear and other merch you can buy right in studio!
I was super nervous about trying my first running class but the instructors and guided workout make it amazing. I was hooked after day one and cannot stop raving about it to anyone who lives in or is passing through the Boston area. MyStryde does running better than any other fitness studio I have been to, hands down!

I stumbled across MyStryde as an avid spinner and lifelong never-runner, and now I’m completely addicted to MyStryde’s tread classes. The instructors are great and the classes are really conveniently timed (eg, shortened lunch time workouts) so I can always find something that fits my schedule. The studio fosters a true community feel where the staff know your name and what you’re working toward. In addition to tread classes, MyStryde offers all sorts of opportunities to work out and meet new people outside of the studio; for example, they set up a huge team for a 5K in December, they host weekly runs at a nearby track, etc. PLUS it’s a female-owned local business so in addition to working out and making friends you’re also supporting badass women in business :)
I fell in love with MYSTRYDE after my first workout there! The studio offers a variety of classes for all levels: running classes that focus on endurance, sprints, and hills. Each workout is different which keeps it interesting! I like that the studio is judgement free. The instructors never force you to go a certain pace but rather focus on effort levels. The boot camp style Power Stryde classes are a great way for me to get in miles and exercises. And the Power X circuits class has saved me!! Becca and Erin incorporate moves that make me stronger, and allow me to run injury free! I can feel myself getting faster and am excited to see what new race records I will continue to beat! The instructors are great, and the studio is great! I have made some life long friends through the MYSTRYDE community!!
The best workout in the city! I was not a runner when I first started going to Mystryde, and I took their Power Stryde classes, off and on the tred mixed with strength! After a few classes I worked up the nerve to try a full running class! This studio is not just for runners and for all types of athletes - you wont regret it!
Great work out. Although I have never been to soulcycle, I imagine it would be something like this, positive energy, great coach, positive group, and good music/vibes. Whether you run a 5 min mile or 15 min mile, set your own pace and get great work out. I started with Mystryde to help with my half marathon training, but was surprised to find that my upper body and core got stronger and more defined (lost some fat as well). If you are afraid to commit, try the 1 day free trial and then the first month is not too expensive with an easy cancelation policy (not 3 months or one year commitment like some gyms try to hook you into). Support a local entrepreneur and get a great work out.
Running can be intimidating but not at MyStryde. There are no instructors screaming at you to go faster. No one will ever make you feel like your best in that moment isn’t good enough. Every class allows you to run (or walk!) at your comfort level. I’m an avid runner but also took dozens of classes here while coming back from injury and often walked in class. No one batted an eye. The staff here is knowledgeable and most importantly they are kind and supportive. If you are an experienced runner, this place will kick your butt if you allow it. And they offer coaching, great gear, training supplies and nutritional products. I honestly can’t say enough good things about MyStryde, Becca and her entire staff!
