The trainers are very good, but the management of the club is poor. You will never get answers at the front desk. They switched to a new system in Oct without telling all the members, and the booking system is broken. In addition, the gym is not clean. When you walk barefoot on the mat in the club, your feet will turn black.

I have been a member at this club for over a year and cant say enough nice things about it. I joined with zero boxing experience and not much overall fitness experience but never felt uncomfortable even during the first class. The instructors here are all so approachable and each have a different style so each class is different which motivates you to be there multiple times a week. They offer a wide range of class times and there are plenty of bags, the members are all super friendly as well. Highly recommend if you are in the area to give these guys a try!

I found Title through ClassPass about 2 years ago. Im not athletic and truthfully dont really enjoy exercising, but wanted to find something I enjoyed to improve my overall health. I went to a class and liked what they were teaching but didnt find myself gelling with the instructor. I decided to give it another chance and went to one of Jareds classes. I am so glad I went back - I enjoyed the class so much that I signed up for a membership that day. The Newbury St location is closer to my work, but I went to this location for almost two years (also in the opposite direction of my home) because everyone from the front desk staff to the trainers were so amazing! The classes were great and the trainers always pushed you to do your best. They are also great about developing skills, which is why I think I really got into boxing. It wasnt just some aerobics class - they focused a lot on technique as well.In addition to the classes, I did PT with Ian. I have had other personal trainers in the past who only seemed to only want to take your money. This was not the case at all with Ian - he was really invested in my progress and tried to teach me how to do workouts independently. I really appreciated that. I sadly am moving out of Boston so had to end my membership, but will definitely be coming back for a class the next time Im in Boston!Highly recommend TBC to anyone looking for a great high intensity workout!

The workouts are challenging, total body, and fast-paced but you are in control and can work within your limits. The instructors are all friendly and encouraging. They change things up so each class is a little different and you dont get burned out with it.

One of the best conditioning sessions Ive seen. Before and after 8 boxing rounds of boxing.Aarons conditioning workouts really puts any HIIT circuits to shame. Jared and Ian are one of the best trainers for Personal training if you want to develop skills and form.

I’m so disappointed. I go to one of the other title franchises regularly through class pass. I work in Boston and some coworkers and I wanted to try this location to see if it would be a good gym to join together. One of my coworkers is halftime in Philadelphia at halftime here in Boston. Upon arrival we were told that she would not be able to participate in the free trial class because she didn’t live in Boston full time. The guy who did our registration forms then proceeded to interrogate her about how often she comes to Boston and if she was “really interested in a membership or just trying to get something for free” and said she could only stay if she paid the drop in rate of $35. Don’t offer a free trial class if you are going to be upset at people for signing up for it. Also are you that desperate of $35. Lastly your rude behavior lost you 3 potential members.

Such a great full body workout led by wonderful instructors. Everyone is super friendly and takes great care of the clients to make sure they know the punches/etc. Jared and Rhett especially are incredible teachers! You won’t regret trying a class at Title.

I feel energized right after my workout. What I like the most is that the boxing/kickboxing hour is for all the parts of your body in just one session, I also like that the instructors go around during the class making sure you are giving it all and doing the right movements.

Lots of hanging bags for the lively classes, a ring (which I havent actually used yet, I assume thats for more 1 on 1 training), and also a small area for cardio and weight training (perfect for when you want a workout but not during a normal class. All the trainers/class leaders so far have been super energetic and very encouraging. I typically go to the evening boxing classes. Also, I have a corporate rate with my company, which definitely makes it more affordable.

It was awesome!! I dont typically box but I got my ass whooped and had an awesome workout. I wish there were smaller packages for people who would box once a week because, though I dont see myself doing it all the time, I would like to come back

Title Gym on Newbury St. is a joke. They shoved way too many bags too close together in a space thats already claustrophobic. You cant move around them like youre supposed to be able to and its totally frustrating because you keep bumping into the sweaty guy next to you. It feels and smells like youre working out on the T. Theres even a miniature boxing ring thats so small it looks like a stage prop. Between the ridiculously small size, smell, and the rude, hard-sell at the front desk I couldnt wait to get out of there.
