While I was working out of town in Boone today the brakes went out on my Company Issued truck. After calling around to several shops in the area they all told me they couldn’t fit me in until the end of day. I called Stevens Auto repair and explained my situation and they fit me in right away. I was able to get back to work without missing any of my appointments. Great People, Great business

I highly recommend Stevens auto repair. I was on vacation in Boone I noticed a noise in the front end of my truck not being from the area I was very concerned about a random repair shop doing work on my vehicle. Todd was very honest and up front with me. He was very busy and truth be know didnt have the time to work my repair in last minute but, he did and I was very thankful. So. If you are from out of town or if you are a local you should definitely use stevens auto repair you will be glad you took your vehicle to a good and dependable repair shop. Todd was great to work with and very accommodating. He knows what he is doing and will take the time to talk with you. The shop is in good order and he seems to have good folks working with him. The rate he charged me was better than his competitors. I will definitely be back and am going to recommend him to others.

We were here for a wedding and my vehicle sounded like the brakes were grinding. We were on top of a mountain outside of Boone and pretty desperate to get it fixed by Sunday. I called Stevens and they said if I could get it there they would check it out. Hamptons Towing got it off the mountain and Stevens checked it out and found it may have been a pebble stuck between the dust shield and rotor. They did not charge me anything to check it out...! It was so nice to get awesome service from awesome folks!!!!!
