I short Auto Parts Network are the most UN-trustworthy company I have ever dealt with!In 2013 I bought a part for my Jeep Liberty. I then found the part cheaper from a different company and wanted to return the part. But the company made it so difficult, and were also confrontational. I had to wait for a returns number, pay for shipping and a 20% returns charge (the part was still cheaper at the other company!). I also had to wait 30 days to get reimbursed, and was, or so I thought. However, recently (03/21/2015), I had a phone call from a lady in Hawaii telling me she received a package with a packing slip inside that had my name, address and the part I had ordered in 2013 for the Jeep (I no longer own the Jeep). She contacted me because she had ordered a part for her BMW and thought the parts might have been switched and I had her part? I became concerned and decided to review bank statements to find out dates and company details. It was at this moment I realized that I had never actually received a refund for my original order. Thats over $200 this company stole from me.I contacted Auto Parts Network via phone and email but have yet to get a response! Im sure other customers must have had a good experience but I would never deal with this company and certainly not promote them to anyone!
I ordered a radiator hose from these people. They sent me the wrong one. So I called. They charged me shipping again for the correct hose, plus I have to pay shipping for the return. This was for their error!$30 shipping for a $22 hose!
