Nathan was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. They made scheduling quick and easy as well which I appreciate. It did not take a long time and did not have a 4 hour window to wait for them. They were here on time and easy to do. I will call them again when needed.

I have been using Masters Brothers for annual maintenance for my furnace & heater for several years. Always very easy to work with. This year, it was time time replace both. They gave me a fair price & were easy to work with. Installers were professional and cleaned up well. Cris was friendly and made handing over that big check less painful! :-) Pleasure doing business with them.

A co-worker is relocating back to Blo/No and decided to build their home this time. I recommended the builder and as a result the HVAC company that would be doing the job for them. I have spend a decade in the HVAC trade in the Blo/No area and aside from the occasional financial bind this company has always honored their contracts. Accept for this time, they violated the terms of the contract and instead of the Trane Equipment that was specified in the contract they installed Goodman contractor grade junk. I spent the majority of my HVAC carrier replacing Goodman equipment that failed in less than 10 yrs. The Company has the knick name of the seven year itch due to it failing at about 7 yrs. However; this Co refuses to honor the agreement to the point that now Lawyers are being brought in and my reputation for knowing everyone in the business is now tarnished. Since this drama has started I have notified the supply house that I used to work for and together we will no longer be recommending Masters Brothers to anyone for HVAC service, replacement, or new construction. We are also going to be warning people away from the Builder as well. Any company willing to cut corners to this extent is NOT A Reputable company. May the Public be aware.

Update to my review. Furnace issues this time :) We had our furnace go out today. Kristopher was able to come our within a couple of hours of our call. He got in and figured out what the problem was, went and got the part and had our furnace up and running very quickly. Very great service at extremely reasonable pricing. Absolutely recommend!!!Air-conditioning recently went out The evening before Father’s Day. We call master brothers and Jeff was able to come out within 45 minutes and fix our air conditioner as well as detect a gas leak that we had. This was very fortunate as we do not know what it happened if we didn’t realize we had a gas leak. Jeff was able to get our air conditioner up and running in no time. Great service very professional as well as not extremely expensive even for an emergency, even though it was an emergency Call. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend Master Brothers to anyone who needs great service As well as not being taken to the cleaners on price.

These guys have always been great to work with! Our kids were having problems with bloody noses at night from the dry winter air. We call Masters Brothers about a whole house humidifier. They came out explained our options and price differences and had it installed the same day. Now several weeks later no bloody noses! Good people and helpful service at a fair price.

We recently moved into this area of Bloomington Normal, and were looking for a reliable company to maintain our heating and A/C units. It appears that we made a good choice. I was so pleased by the professionalism and responses, that I immediately asked if he would do another electrical project for us and it will take place soon.

Got a new furnace from these guys last year (2019) and a new A/C installed today (2020-May-15). Hopefully will not need anything new from them for a while, but would absolutely call them if I did. Professional, clean, you could hardly tell they came. Dustin did a great job with our installation!

I highly recommend Masters Brothers. They were very reasonable and accommodating to our needs. They had to make 2 trips and several hrs to diagnose what was going on with our central air unit and only charged us a flat rate of $69. They had it diagnosed and fixed for a third the cost another local company wanted just to diagnose the problem. We will definitely be using them in the future for any other issues we may have.

We have had numerous issues with our wiring. Our house is 3 years old and we have tried to be cordial and nice. The wiring does not make any sense. Our breaker trips non stop, some outlets don’t even work, they use the cheapest light bulbs and outlets. We switched out all light bulbs right off the bat becomes they were going out within the first week and I can’t even plug in my vacuum cleaner without it falling out of the cheep outlets. It has been a horrible experience. The worst of it is that we can’t get anyone to come out and fix the wiring.

Installed a new construction residential 3 zone HVAC for thousands less than local competitor quotes a few years ago. Install much faster then the many of the other contracted labor businesses ( exterior siding, floor tiling, etc.) Replaced a faulty computer board in furnace two years later no questions. Good follow-up. Would definitely recommend.

I have been a customer of Masters Brothers for many years....three homes to be exact. They are professional, thorough, price competitive and quality work. I also leveraged their duct cleaning in my latest home. Amazed at the cleaning result. Tim, Kris, Jeff, Todd, etc.....all do a great job!Yesterday, my humidifier was not working. Kris came over and quickly determined the problem and walked me through it and the solution. He installed the new part and ensured I received my service contract discounts. From the initial phone call to set up an appointment to the moment they completely finished cleaning out our ducts, everything was better than anticipated.Heidi was very helpful when I called, answering questions that I had. Jeff was our technician and he worked his butt off. He was polite, and didn’t seem to mind when we would ask about things, and again, worked extremely hard to get the job done.When all was said and done, the ducts were near spotless, and cleaned up like no one was ever even there. I would highly recommend using Master Brothers! From start to finish, they were outstanding!

Weve had two separate occasions now to work with Masters Bros. One last summer with our A/C and this month working with getting our power box on the outside of our house being replaced. They were very easy to work with and always professional. We will use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Our AC went out over a couple of very hot days. I called Masters Bros and they sent Kris out the next day. He got it to work again and spared me the cost of replacing a motor in case it stayed working. It went out again 3 days later, and Kris was back first thing the next morning to fix it. Today, Sunday PM, and I attempted to switch my geo thermal system from Heat to Cool but in the process my thermostat locked up and needed a PIN to unlock. I had no reference to a PIN entered last Fall when Kris installed a replacement geo furnace but, I had his cell phone as he is my Masters Bros. serviceman. After 1+ hours of texting and phone calls with Kris and, after he contacted two resources for help he got me up and running with a factory default PIN...and, at NO CHARGE! He helped me, a Masters Bros. customer, ON HIS OWN TIME and, AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS! What more could I ask?

Our A/C went out Friday afternoon. We called Masters Brothers and were told a service man would call us. Within 10 minutes Jeff called to say he was on other calls and couldn’t get here for one hour!!!! One hour.....with this heatwave I was thinking it would 24 at least!!! Jeff even called back to tell us he would be about 10 minutes late! Jeff had our A/C back in service within 30 minutes and he carried the parts on his truck. This is the best service I can remember in a long time and maybe some of the best I’ve ever had!! Thank you Masters Brothers and Jeff, you did an outstanding job. Masters Brothers does our annual maintenance on furnace and a/c. I like that they bundle pricing for both of them. In 2017 we had maintenance on our furnace and a couple weeks later the furnace wasn’t working. The repair man said he’d left something connected incorrectly during the maintenance and didn’t charge us for the second visit. A few weeks later we had more problems and they came out on a weekend, right before Christmas and repaired a worn out part before we flew out of town that morning. Repair man even ran to a part shop in order to repair the furnace before our trip. Saved us from frozen pipes.

Ive had them come to my home on two separate occasions. Once to install 3 outdoor outlets and the other to install 2 garage wall lighting that had not been there for decades and to change lighting on an existing wall mount. Both times they were on time. They were friendly. The work was done RIGHT and professionally. And the prices were actually GREAT!!!! These electricians dont rip you off like the others do. Great initial response; great price, beat Lowes significantly. I initally scheduled it about 45 days, but changed my mind. I called on a Wednesday and they set it up to install the next Monday. Here at the appointed time, neat, professional, skilled, cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied. I have been using Masters Bros for A/C and electrical since I moved here about 4 years ago. Great experience with this company. We needed a new switch and instead of charging us for a new one he just let us know that we could switch it with a higher one that wasnt needed elsewhere in the box. He was honest with us. He could have made us purchase new switches and charged us a bigger bill but he didnt. Now we will use this company anytime we need anything because we know they are honest and legit.

We needed to have our A/C and Furnace replaced. After a little shopping around, we landed on Masters Brothers and I’m glad we did. Nathan made sure everything was clearly laid out in our quote and there weren’t any surprises in the end. It only took them a half of a day to complete the whole installation. Landon from Masters Bros was excellent! The ladder he needed was delivered about 90 minutes late, but that didnt affect his attitude. Masters Bros installed a Daikin mini-split system for us in March. They were very accommodating and prompt in planning the system in our glassed-in porch. The work was very professional, very neat, and the resulting product has allowed us to use the room in March, April and May when it otherwise would have been too cold for comfort.

This is the second time we have used Mastersbros and were very pleased with the service both times. We will call them again when we need them.
