Our A/C went out on the hottest day of this summer. The entire system was 25 years old. Eric replaced the entire HVAC system very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend Airic’s Heating.

I give Airics the highest recommendation! Last year, they installed a ductless AC/heating unit and condenser in one room of my house. Recently,I noticed the condensation draining system (that could have been due to the way the contractor installed the pipes in the ceiling, who knows) but, unlike any other company these days, they didnt leave me high and dry but immediately came out and fixed the problem by installing an extra pump. 5 stars for Airics!

Airics did a fantastic job for us. We had to add a furnace for the basement because there was no heat at all. They works very well with us, planning and installing duct work and going the extra mile to get it done right. Airics replaced our 30-year old furnace and AC this spring and did excellent work. They were professional, communicated everything clearly, and prices were very competitive. Even the city inspector was impressed with their work! I enjoyed working with Robert in Sales - he answered all my questions during the quote process and installation, was quick to reply to emails, and provided great advice for using our new thermostat.

Were finishing our basement. Airics was responsive to our initial request, and came in at a great price. We were given suggestions of more affordable options, and aesthetic options than our original plan called for. They were flexible and on time for their scheduled appointments. Our duct work is working just great. If only for this, I would give them a 5. However, part of our plan called for a bathroom fan exhaust to be ran. I was quite surprised to see the shoddy job done on the exterior of my new home. It is a total eye sore. It was made with cheap, thin sheet metal, in line for the lawnmower to bump into and dent, and it was attached with the messiest caulk job Ive ever seen in my life. The rest of my home has plastic exhausts with trim that are appealing. This eye sore was never discussed with us, and after a dozen attempts at contacting Airics with no response - even the owner, himself - were going to have to take this into our own hands and fix it ourselves. I only wish this review allowed images to attach of this embarrassment.

I couldnt be more pleased with the level of service and responsiveness I received from Airics Heating today. First, my initial phone call was more than welcomed by Pete and he went above and beyond to get my appointment arranged as soon as possible. Secondly, Dan (technician) arrived at our home on time and was nothing but polite and helpful. Dan asked me a few questions and off to work he went, 40 minutes later my air conditioner was up and running and I had an invoice mailed out to me the same day. Finally, I couldnt imagine anyone providing better service, the pricing was more than reasonable and the service was top notched! Im done working with my CenterPoint Energy Services Plus Program, not only did they fail to meet a reasonable response time, they thought waiting eight business days for my service call was a reasonable expectation. Folks, give Airics Heating a chance, you wont be disappointed. Im a customer for life!

I called them & told them the a/C wasnt keeping up on hotter days, they came out numerous times with different parts and told me it was up to specs, but didnt look at the electronics or fix the original problem...So now I have wasted a summer with two A/C companies that didnt address the problem...hopefully I find one that is willing to do so...

As new homeowners, we were pleased with the service we received from Airics Heating (the company that installed the existing furnace). When our gas was shut off due to a leak one evening, Airics had someone at our door at 7am the next morning to fix it. I recently had a Radon Test with Radon Gone. The test was simple and only took 48 hours to complete. The team at Radon Gone was extremely helpful explaining how to complete the test & what my Radon Levels meant. Our results assured us that our levels were within the acceptable range and no further action is needed at this time.I would recommend Radon is Gone to friends and family.

Had center point come out and tell me that my boiler was not going to make it through the winter. so i looked around and got a hold of Airics Heating. they came out right away to inspect my boiler and gave me quotes and were able to replace with a new boiler right away!! best company out there in the south metro! Joel Their technician did a great job and was very informative.

Multiple issues with install, electrical, thermostat. Had AiricsOut so much we had them on speed dial. Waited over a week for call about a simple question and ended up calling the distributor who had the answer in 2Minutes. Had To have our electric company fix another issue that Airics couldn’t figureOut. Kept hearing that “we don’t sell many of these”Really feel for the money we spent we wereSold something that nobody knew anything about.Wanted to be paid before the job was finished.Outside work looked terrible and could see light coming into the basement from the over sized hole.I am one to give praise when a job is done well. This was one problem after another

I had Airics come to my house to put in a gas line to my stove, which I was changing to gas from electric. They came out and did that, but needed to come back to finish the job after the inspection. Teresa from Airics called the day the inspector was coming telling me I had to pay the balance of my bill. I explained to her several times that the job wasnt finished. Finally I just said Id ask the inspector. The very next day after the job was finished, Teresa was on the phone again demanding payment. I have never had a company demand payment when the job was not complete, and then demand payment again the very next morning. Not good customer service in my opinion.

I had a very complicated heating situation converting all electric base board heat to forced air.Airics did an amazing job on sizing the furnace/AC unit as well as creatively installing hundreds of feet of duct work. I had Airics Heating replace my homes central AC in Minneapolis, MN. They were very friendly and flexible in scheduling an inspection. Their estimate was fair and accurate, and the work was performed with high quality. They even cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. I would totally recommend Airics for anyone who needs heating or AC work.

Mixed review. Called because we needed an a/c unit replaced. They showed up soon after, were well informed, quoted a good price, and got the job. Installed quickly. Excellent!Next I called about a new space heater for the garage. For as quick and easy as they were with the A/C, its been totally the opposite with the heater. Took a long time to return the call, couldnt remember what we wanted, took a long time to arrive to measure, never received a quote. I called a couple of times to see what was up. Promised each time that theyd get back to me. Never have.

Our furnace went out on an extremely cold day. We called Airics Heating and they were out to diagnose and fix it the same day. We were extremely satisfied with the service and pricing. Ive recommended them to friends and family who have also used them and been very satisfied.

These guys are extremely responsibly priced and know what they are doing. I had them come out on a weekend to help turn back on our furnace and they had it running within 10 minutes. I have had Airics Heating install furnace and air in 2 separate homes I have owned. In both cases they did a great job and completed work as agreed upon. What I really liked after that was their prices were far lower than any of the other estimates I obtained. In addition I had a blower fan go out on one of the units and they took care of the issue quickly and at no cost to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with this company, Adam and Jason came out to my house to look at a furnace that I had acquired and spent about an hour diagnosing why it wouldnt work correctly. They came to the conclusion that it was no good but they got it going and could have charged me and told me to keep it but they were very honest and informed me that it would be nothing but problems in the future. We decided to go another route in this matter and I sure am glad that there is still some honest people out there !! Thanks Adam and Jason !!

December 2015: I got a new furnace installed and it was a very smooth process. I worked with Adam and Erik for sales and installation, respectively. The result was a quality furnace at a fair price. Pleasantly surprised by how efficient the installer was and how well he addressed all of my questions.

We had our boilers inspected and one of them was cracked and red tagged, the other we were told was on its way out. Finding this out so close to October was very stressful, because we had a very short time to get them replaced before winter. We had our boiler and our tenants boiler replaced by the Airics team and they did a great job! Our old boilers were over 100 years old, so of course we ran into some issues, but nothing the Airics team couldnt handle. We were really appreciative of them squeezing us into their busy schedule last minute and working around our schedules and our tenants schedules. Thank you again!

OMG! I called on a Friday at 7pm and a real live person answered the phone...and was helpful and pleasant...and sent someone to my home who fixed my air conditioning. It was wonderful. No hassle, just amazing service.

They were the contractor for a double ac install through centerpoint energy. Not only did they incorrectly wire both ac units but just as today 7 months later i had to have centerpoint out to repair the boiler wiring because they miswired that as well. I wish i could say i was done with these people but im still trying to get service for water damage caused by their works when installing a faulty ac overflow hose from a few months back. The work has been awful but their lack of communication is even worse. numerous times ive been told they will contact me to schedule service but the call never comes.

We had the team from Airics Heating out this spring to install a new furnace, humidifier, thermostat and AC unit. They were efficient from the moment we got a quote until we had our final AC inspection a few weeks ago. They answered every question we had, made sure the clean up every spot of mess that was made and even followed up with us regarding out city inspections. I cant recommend them enough!!

We called Airics on Monday and they came out that same day to give us a free estimate. We were able to get a great deal on a Carrier unit that was installed 2 days later. Then we mentioned that we would want a new furnace but would wait until winter to replace. They called us the next day and said they have a Carrier furnace out of the box that was used for a photo shoot and could put in for another great deal the next day. I appreciate their honesty as I would have never known that it was taken out of the original box. My husband and I are very satisfied with their service and are thankful for them as we will finally have a cool house this summer. We will be recommending them to friends and family (we already have!).

Last week my furnace was replaced by John from Airics. He was an excellent installer- a perfectionist. He worked alone and did it all. Great sheetmetal skills and pipe fitter. Obviously took pride in what he was doing and the area was cleaner than when he started!

I have used Aircss several times since purchasing my home in 2015. Most recently, I used them the summer of 2016 for several projects during a remodel. They installed a toe kick heater in my kitchen, the vent for my kitchen hood, two bathroom fans (that didnt exist before), a gas line for my new gas cooktop and moved my furnace vent stack over a couple of feet after a surprise discovery taking down a wall to have an open concept kitchen. Every time they did an excellent job. Seriously. When I got my bathroom inspected and the inspector asked who installed the vent I told him Airics and he said they do great work. Needless to say, this was good news to hear. All of their technicians have been courteous and well-trained. There was an instance where a tech didnt show, I called and found out he had been delayed at another job. After apologizing they said they would send someone out first thing the next day (a Saturday) and they did. Everything they have done in my home has been on point and I will certainly continue to give them my business. Their prices are fair and their work is quality. It is unfortunate to read some of the other comments, but all of my interactions with Airics have been positive

I had a furnace replaced by Airics in Spring 2018. I had 3 quotes and they come in the lowest bidder by about 25%, so it was a pretty significant savings. The install was quick and professional. The only issues were administrative, they scheduled the technician to do install on the wrong day but we were able to accommodate them. They forgot to follow=up and schedule a 2nd visit from an electrician to finish up a junction box they installed with the furnace. Also, they filled the natural gas rebate form out incorrectly, but once the issue was found they corrected it quickly and we got all of our rebates. I would still highly recommend them, but had to knock off a star for the administrative hassles.

Had Airics swap out my Furnace and Air conditioner units from a 80% to a 98% in October. Was very impressed with their punctuality, clean work ethic (they took the time to lay protective pads when they bought the equipment in and when they hauled the old ones out so as not to drag dirt or damage my flooring).Overall, have been pleasantly surprised with the results (both the savings and the installation) that without hesitation, I called them to replace my water heater as well. It has been an absolute positive experience right from the start to the finish.I did shop around and did get estimates from the other top players in this field and these guys knew what they were doing without the added schmoozing or the BS. There was absolutely NO BS when Adam W came to do the estimates until the post install service. I would hire these guys again to do my other properties without any hesitation.

I was originally told that installation would take one day. Without letting me know of plan changes, it ended up taking an extra half-day because the electrician did not show. Additionally, the installation failed inspection, so we had to have the tech come out a 3rd day to fix the work. I definitely couldnt recommend Airics.

We called Airics Heating to hook up a gas line to a garage heater and they were out the next day. Airic was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend their work!

Last August my neighbor had this company service their A/C unit. While doing so, this company damaged my A/C unit and will not take responsibility for their mess-up.I came home to find these people standing over my unit claiming the heard noise coming from it. What I believe happen was they drop something in my unit(maybe a tool), they offered to fix it for free, and broke the coil in the unit. After so-called welding the coil back together and filling it Freon, I find out they burnt the outer covering to my unit and the coil leaked all the Freon out again where he broke it. Upon calling the company to find out what could they do to help me, I was sent out an incompetent person who did not do anything but told me he could take a $1,000.00 off of a new unit. I do not know how some people can live with themselves. Being dishonest and vandalizing other peoples property and think they can get away with these kind of things. Do these people honestly think I would let them provide a service for me after what they have done. My unit was not even that old and now I have to purchase another one because they are incompetent. I would also like to say the owner knew exactly who I was when I called, I guess they dont break a/c everyday, and after his fake serviceman came, he stop taking my calls.I will be filing a civil suit against these people. Not so much for the money, just the principal. These people have no integrity. I wish I had called the police when this first happened. These people are vandals.

Came out the very same day I requested a bid and got working on the project the next day. Within three days they were done with a whole new heating and cooling system installed in my newly purchased home. I cant recommend them enough.

My experience was terrible! It took forever to get scheduled to fix my air conditioner and then when they finally came, they said nothing was wrong with it. It still didnt work so when I asked for another opinion, again it took forever for them to come and then they claimed a rodent was in it which was bull! I had another technician from another company come out and he fixed it without question and actually knew what he was doing. Oh- and both techs from Airics were crabby too! I will NEVER use this company again.

I have had Airics dig me out of trouble a few times. Last winter my furnace went out during a polar vortex and Airics diagnosed and installed a new blower for me, very fast and efficient.Last weekend I was in New Orleans and got a notification from my wifi thermostat (which Airics helped me install) that my house dipped below 55. It was 0 out, I called Ryan from Airics who had been to my house before. He was there on a Saturday within 45 minutes and had a new igniter installed. I was able to relax and enjoy vacation without coming home to frozen pipes. They have taken care of me and many of my neighbors, I would highly recommend.

After calling all morning to different locations, to get my furnace fix and nobody was able to do it the same day... and finally came across Airic’s, the problem was fix whiting an hour... one more happy customer. Great service at a decent price...

Went thru Center Point Energy to replace my furnace. because I have their Home Service Plus Insurance, and have been with them for 30 years. They sent out a subcontractor Airics Heating. The guy who installed the furnace was a great guy, and very knowledgeable. After installing the furnace and having me sign off on the paperwork, he said that I would be getting information to call for an inspection. He said make sure you follow-up on that, or Center Point and Airic will both be hounding you about it. Well I had the furnace installed on November 2nd of this year, and a month later still no information. I called Airics and spoke to some girl there and she said she would send me out the paperwork. Well over a week and a half later still nothing. I finally called Center Point Energy and complained to them about the lousy follow-up by Airics. Center Point was able to get the information I needed to call the inspectors. No follow-up with Airics all they want is to installed the product, and move on. Im very surprised that Center Point doesnt do better background checks to find out who they are hiring to do the subcontracting . Im now really under impressed with Center Point, and will write to the CEO and let him know about what type of subcontractors theyre using

Fast and Honest! Excellent diagnostics on our commercial HVAC.

We contacted Airics Heating last summer when our AC unit stopped cooling. We contacted several other companies that we well reviewed by Google and Home Advisor at the same time. Airics was the only company that would come out the same day after hours for no extra charge (it was 95 degrees out, so other companies knew that we were desperate). He informed us that there was a substantial crack and that he would add Freon if we wanted him to, but that it may not hold due to the age and condition of the unit (Lennox AC and furnace system - both 18 years old). He was right, two days later the house was hot again. Adam explained to us that in order for a new AC unit to perform correctly, a new furnace was also needed. The old furnaces are too large to allow for a big enough coil system to be installed above it - to move the air efficiently thru our home. Different parts on our furnace had been replaced over the past 5 years, with everyone telling us it was on its last leg. So we made the decision to move forward with replacing both, but only after getting the exact same feedback from two other local companies - one of which was the Costco preferred provider - whose bid was 20% higher than Airics.Adam and team completed the work efficiently and effectively for less than their bid. They were extremely professional and everyone on the team was respectful to our home and family. Two weeks after this install, my mothers AC stopped cooling. Adam came to her home on Saturday, even though I think he was not working that day, and took care of her for no additional weekend rate. She also had a crack in her AC unit, which is about 20 years old. He gave her the same info that I got - that it may or may not hold due to the age and condition of the unit. Her Freon held. I am sure it will give out down the road, and when it does, we will be calling Airics back.Adam has assisted us with an additional repair in our home since this occurred that was not really within their realm. I am so confident in this company, that I left the door open for him to come and go as needed. I have never done that for any other repair company. These guys are great!! I will refer any friend to them with no hesitation!!

We hired Airics to design and install a radiant heating system for our new home in 2007 at a cost of thousands of dollars. What a nightmare working with this company. They installed the pumps for the garage too far away from the boiler. They failed to keep the air out of the system and the pumps caviated. When it went below zero of course the pex tubing froze. They cut up my concrete floor to try and fix the leaks and when they realized it would all have to be replaced they LEFT the job with holes in the floor! I was unable to close unless I paid them. The rest of the system was also poorly designed and installed. Incompatible metal joints still leak to this day. Airic cites it meets code which is the minimum amount that must be done when installing a system. During the winter the pumps caviated again due to continual leakage and new water needing to be added about every ten days to maintain working pressure in the system. I found out their was no way to purge the system of air! They had to remove a pump and put in a manual purge valve, clear the air and reinstall the pump. Now mind you the system still leaks at numerous joints and there is no way to purge the system short of taking the system apart. To add insult to injury they charged me another $300 for purging my system that I think should have had a purge valve to begin with. STAY AWAY from this company, you dont need the headaches they are likely to bring you.Oh by the way in my last contact with Airic he refused to come out and fix the on going leaks unless I removed my negative posting. Smacks of blackmail to me. True to form though he will not come out and fix the leaks. I tried to post pictures of the poor quality of his work but cannot on this review. Photos posted on Angies list show the leaking and quality of the work they do.

Sadly incompetent company! Before you dismiss this review as just another whiny review, please read it.First, I should say that we never set out to hire Airics. We purchased a furnace through Centerpoint Energy, our natural gas utility, and they contracted the work out to Airics. We purchased the highest-end furnace available, as well as the necessary compatible thermostat and a specialized air cleaner. We already had a whole-house humidifier and an air exchanger on our HVAC system as well.Visit 1: removed old furnace, installed new furnace - 12 hours, as they had to build accommodations because the newer furnace is more compact in size.Visit 2: Repair to the new thermostat because it was installed incorrectly. Technicians informed us that they dont know too much about these fancy ones. 1 hourVisit 3: Removal of new furnace, because they installed a much less expensive model than the one we purchased. 11 hoursVisit 4: Repair to hook the thermostat up to the now correct furnace. Same reason given as visit 2. 1 hour.Visit 5: Furnace doesnt turn on and stay on. Recalibration needed. 1 hour.Visit 6: Air conditioner wont function (existing but only a few years old). More recalibration needed. 2 hours.3 months pass, and we have entered Minnesota winter. Our air is unusually dry, and we discover that our whole-house humidifier isnt working properly. We discover that they never hooked it back up - the wires that allow our humidifier to operate are unattached. Within a week, we receive a letter that we are in violation of the installation process because we never scheduled a city inspection for the furnace installation - which we were never once advised to do during the 6 visits detailed above. We contact our city and learn that Airics took out a permit for installation of an air conditioner, not a furnace. We then contact the natural gas utility, Cenerpoint, and a QA manager comes out to our home at our request to look everything over, because we are not confident that the quality of the work performed would pass a city inspection, even with the correct permit. QA managers response? Not a chance. Several steps were either done badly or skipped altogether. 2 situations are actually hazardous, and the lack of sealing holes in the unit has completely negated the efficiency of the new furnace.

If you like to take multiple days off for semi service that never seems to be on time or get done as explained, like to run around in circles, have the electrician tell you he wishes he had his gun to shoot things, poor customer service, not show up and not call and hear every excuse in the book, this is the team for you. the one star is a gift.
