Our experience with Tiger has been absolutely awesome. They are prompt and very thorough. Aric is an awesome technician and is very knowledgeable. He consistently goes above and beyond. We are very grateful to him for all the hard work he has done with a smile on his face. Highly recommend!

They were great but they just (as of time of posting) closed. The owner retired and sold to a different company. Ill be looking elsewhere for service going forward.*** Edited to respond to the owners replyI appreciate your confidence, sir, but that has not been my experience. I just had them come out and they appeared amateurish, at best. Talking to them on the phone was a nightmare (constant echo, to which they replied to well, its ok because I can still hear you), and their in person service, while pleasant, did not appear sufficiently technically proficient to address my concerns. No thanks.

Sam and Kenny have been absolutely amazing. They spent a lot of time assuring our vents were as clean as possible, as well as assisting us in repairing some damages we were unaware of. 10/10 recommend!

Been using them for years. I love the annual plan that has them come out 2x a year to maintain my furnace and AC. They call me to schedule, so its one less thing on my to do list. Love it!!!

After purchasing a new AC and Furnace from Lartz, Ive had nothing but horrible service. The AC went out for the first 3 years and each support person would point the finger at the previous technician. Furnace cleaning with AC repair was less than a 15 minute service call with a decent size bill and then the next technician who came out for a repair, said it was dirty. Put in a water filter on the humidifier and it will no longer control the water flow into the unit correctly. Service people sit in the driveway longer than they service your equipment. Tried over 6 times to talk to the owner about the service and he would never return my call. Would recommend finding another heating and cooling provider.

I called at 10:40am with a AC/Furnace issue and Alicia got someone at my house by 1pm! Alysia was probably one of the best customer service representatives Ive had the pleasure of working with. Kenny was my technician and he was professional and very knowledgeable. Rates are more than reasonable, for less than a days notice! You get a text with a picture and bio of your technician. That made me feel so confident when opening my door. If were EVER in need again we will call Lartz!

Thanks so much to Gene!! This is my first ever home, and the heat stopped working after running fine for a few weeks! Gene came in, troubleshot the whole thing, and fixed the main issues as well some minor repair items to help everything last me a few more years. Everyone that I interacted with was awesome, and had wonderful customer service. That is a must for me working in a customer service based industry myself!

Owner very personable, thoughtful, and considerate. Installers very knowledgeable and personable, as well. Courteous service and attention to detail. Although the job took two days, it was done wonderfully, work sites were cleaned up, and disruption to the home while my wife and four children were present was minimal. Will highly recommend.

Gene was wonderful and informative! He explained what he found with my air conditioner (it was the compressor), diagnosed it right away and then discovered it was under warranty and ordered me a new one. He even drove out of town to pick it up for me so I would have it sooner due to the excessive heatwave in Illinois!!! I cannot say enough good about what he did, how professional he was, and how he saved me thousands of dollars as I didnt have to replaced the entire unit!!! Great job!!! Im so very happy with Lartz!!!

I really wish the old Furnace had lasted longer, but I guess 21 years is just too old. Called Lartz up and Eric my technician was very professional and did a great job with installing my new furnace. Gave me a good deal, and installed it 2 days later. Thanks again Eric.

Talk about a great experience! I noticed that my air conditioning fan kept running but the air wasnt really cold. I figured out that the electric breaker for the air conditioning compressors kept tripping. I called Lartz and they said they could come out that day. Gene was great and worked until fixed. I am very happy with the service!

Our air conditioning quit on of course, a hot day. Called, Gene came out withing 2 hours to help. It was a controller that had quit. Had that done and used a web offer to have a tune up done at the same time. Jake the tech did an outstanding job! The work was excellent, timely, and reasonable for the circumstances. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely choose Lartz Heating and Air Conditioning!! I was screwed over by Mike Williams; they overcharged me by a lot. I called Lartz to see what the prices would have been if they would have came out and done the same work, they are estimating I would have saved something over $300. Mike Williams pulled one over on me. After one week of Mike Williams work installed, my circuit breaker now popped and there is smoke rolling out of my vents and a horrible electrical fire kind of smell throughout my house. Lartz says they can be at my house in less than an hour but Mike Williams says they will put me on the schedule and they dont know when they can be here. Lartz came out and looked at the issue. First, Mike Williams installed my capacitor and circuit board with zip ties, which is not to code. Second, since the capacitor wasnt installed properly, it was touching metal which in turn caused the smoke in my home, and luckily the circuit breaker tripped and there was no actual fire. I then needed a whole new motor because it seized up due to the capacitor almost catching fire. There was also a water leak in the furnace and Lartz said he could use a caulk that would be safe to put on it because right now it isnt safe leaking on the wires. But when I asked Mike Williams if they would do that, they said that they needed to replace the whole thing and they dont suggest just using caulk. Also I was told by Lartz depending on my budget I can get a furnace as low as $1600 but Mike Williams insists that the lowest furnace I can buy is $3500. NEVER CHOOSE MIKE WILLIAMS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!! GO TO LARTZ!!!!

Technician was supposed to be over between 9:30 and 10. By 10:30 I had called them. The receptionist was friendly, but couldnt give me a new time. She did call later to announce that the technician would be over at 4:30, which he was. My main complaint is that the cost was high and I had the same work done less than a year earlier and it wasnt guaranteed.

I called this company out to repair my hot water heater they sent a young gentleman out to look at my hot water here it appeared to me that he was not knowledgeable to the unit that I had he was taking pictures of every part on my hot water heater he stated to me that this is part of what the company does he said I have to send these pictures to my boss he sent the pictures to his boss and his boss replied that I needed to replace my heart water heater valve my hot water heater coupling and also my unit was too old to repair so they wanted me to replace my whole unit I told him no thats not the problem that my hot water heater is not that old and it does not need to be repaired so they say do you want us to repair it I said no the gentleman left and said have a good day he said I dont think you owe anything he came back in and say oh my boss said I have to charge you I said fine I paid them I contacted my manufacturer of my hot water heater explain it in the situation and what happened when the tech came out I told him that the tech told me that my valve was bad and that my coupling was bad and that I need to replace my whole hot water heater my company told me no you do not need to replace those items what has happened your flammable system has triggered and it caused your power light to go out for the safety of you in your home I locate the part put the part on myself in my hot water heater is working as normal I would not recommend this company
