I appreciated the transparency in both the work they did and the pricing for it. Follow up scheduling was the day after and Austin’s work was phenomenal both days. We will definitely use Hero again.

Sean was great to work with. He was prompt and gave me good information about my equipment and how it worked with the other systems in my home. We had to replace our water heater but he gave me a breakdown of each fee or charge and its value. The price is high but knowing it is down well and quickly, for my family, was worth the cost.

First of all, Hero was spectacular in all aspects of the process. I called for an estimate for new AC/furnace and they came out same day. Ben Slaughter was very helpful, on time and professional. Other companies couldnt come out in some cases for several weeks.Second, pricing was competitive - actually the best of 4 bids I received.Third, they were ready to install our new products as soon as I called to hire them. Tony Strauss and his team were great. Said they would be there at 7am. The doorbell rang at exactly 7am. They patiently answered all my questions, were very professional and finished the job early.I would recommend Hero to anyone looking for plumbing, heating and cooling work. Last thing, they actually stay in contact with you from the moment you reach out to them. Some may call it overkill, but rather have this experience than feeling lost, unimportant and unable to talk to someone easily, like one often experiences with the large mega sized companies. Very refreshing. They make you feel like you are important to them. What a concept!

I called Hero Services on a Monday morning to request a service call due to a malfunctioning water heater. They responded almost immediately and a service man arrived within two hours. I was told the service call charge was going to be $89. which I agreed to. The service man inspected the water heater and advised that it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. They had the exact unit available and could deliver it right away and have it installed within hours. That sounded good to me and I asked what the total cost would be. He gave me several options but the least expensive was replacement with a similar unit at a total cost of $3900. and change. Knowing something about water heaters and appliances, that seemed very high to me. My options at that time were to have it installed that day or pay him the $89. and find another company and get on their list, probably waiting several days to have hot water in a household of five people. I reluctantly agreed to have him do the replacement. The total job took him about three hours. The cost of the water heater was about $1200. retail which leaves about $2600. for labor, materials and taxes. That indicates that the labor cost was about $550. per hour for a one-man installation. A request several days later to the company for a itemized invoice was denied, saying they charge by the job.If you are in need of an immediate repair and are willing to pay whatever they want to charge, I recommend them. The installer did a great job.

I am always impressed with this company! Their customer service, dedication to providing the best quality work, and the education they provide on each visit is what makes them unmatched. Jon and James worked to inspect my furnace and AC systems and broke down everything in easy to understand ways. Brandon worked to plan out how to best install a new AC and furnace, all while answering all my questions and leaving nothing out. They worked as a team to be thorough and professional. I had an excellent experience with service from Brian at Hero. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a good job walking us through the issue and what our options were. Great service and a great attitude.Edit: Chase was just as great during the follow-up visit to inspect the sewer line. He walked me through the different issues he saw in the camera, showing me each specific issue on screen. He also walked me through the different options I had and didnt try to force anything on me, only educate me on the details.

I had Heros technicians install a new furnace and repair broken water fixtures and drain lines. They are always available, very knowledgable, careful, thorough and communicate everything they will do. Worth the price thy earn.

I didnt know anything about Hero other than the name. My water heater exploded and was leaking water. Brandon was at my house quickly to see what needed to be repaired. Unfortunately I had to have my water heater replaced but Brandon was excellent to work with! He was so knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done. He also tested my old gas pipes and was able to tell they were leaking. He was able to repair the gas pipes and install a new water heater. He did some other repairs in my bathroom which also needed to be done. Brandon was very professional and is very talented! He handled all that needed to be done and more! I would definitely recommend them! Their Happy Homeowners Club is great for those of us that want to make sure the water heater, furnace and AC are being taken care of but know nothing about any of these appliances.

Gordon was GREAT! He was extremely professional and informative on all aspects of my AC unit. If/when I need to use Heros services again, I will request Gordon if at all possible. Gordon was training Alex in as a technician and both were awesome! Alex was knowledgeable and professional. Alex is ready to be on his own.

Hero just relined my sewer to the citys main line and did a nice job. The original tile had cracks in a few places and lots of roots that were hard to remove. I liked that they were able to do the work from inside the house as opposed to their competition who would have tore up the front yard. The system is guaranteed for the next 50 years.

Great experience with the install today with Jake and Edgar. They were able to replace both the city side and house mains as well install a new water heater, and fix a small gas leak in 4-4.5 hrs. They made sure I was the first on the list for the day so no waiting around all day for them to come out. I feel like I got a better value and product than some other places I had received quotes . Lance was also great as he was the original plumber that came out to give me the estimate.

Tye and Ian were very personable and professional techs. Hero has had some of the best customer service that I have dealt with in years, from the estimate, scheduling follow up with communication, experienced techs who are very respectful and professional. My experiences with Hero have always been positive. As a customer I truly enjoy the impeccable communication and the fact that they send a picture and a bio of the techs that are coming to your house. Hero is not the cheapest, yet they arent the most expensive, truly a class act!

Brian was clean, efficient, and fast. Drain was cleared. Camera inspection appointment was set up. Brian answered all my questions and explained future options regarding my main drain line.

Austin and Josh were super nice and very professional. Austin gave me all the available options to either fix or install a new water heater. Once I decided to just get a new one they had the old one out and the new one delivered and installed in a little over 4 hours despite the clogged old one that they had to pump the water out of and the tight space they had to work in. My AC was leaking and Hero was very responsive - they were able to get someone out within 2 days to check it out. When it turned out I needed a new AC and Furnace, they were able to get a product engineer out same day to give me a quote. Brandon was very knowledgeable and receptive to questions. He was very helpful. The prices I was quoted were much better than other companies, and they didnt charge me extra to get installation done ASAP. Installation went smoothly, and everyone I talked to was very helpful and nice. As a first time homeowner, Im very happy with how nice and helpful everyone at Hero was.

Austin was so thorough and professional. He obviously knows his business. He carefully assessed the pipes and how they ran in figuring out a couple different ways to give me a shutoff to the outdoor spigot. He also needed to replace or repair the spigot to stop the dripping. He very thoroughly assessed the situation, keeping me informed along the way, and then gave me a couple different options and the corresponding pricing. Once I decided which way I wanted him to proceed he did so carefully and meticulously and kept me abreast of developments :). I am very happy with the end result and would recommend Hero to anyone with a plumbing problem!

The repair technician, Dustin, was terrific. Polite, friendly, efficient, competent, he did a fine job of removing the old leaky faucet and corrosion from the old sink and installing the new faucet. We are very pleased with the job he did. He was our Hero today.

I have their Happy Home membership which is a great value. I have had Hero do AC and heating systems checks for a total of 4 times. Their technicians are courteous, professional and efficient. Great experience with the Josh today! Be aware the scheduling is somewhat klutzy as they do not give a time window, but schedule just the day. They will call when they have a tech that can come to your house in 20 minutes or so. The customer can tell them then if the time works or does not.

Overall, excellent service. Technician was on point with full explanation of services rendered. Technical details were explained clearly, in understandable language. No corners seemed cut. All services rendered were as requested. Fair estimates given for repair and real time communication with the business about replacement parts and future work.

Austin did a fabulous job replacing our soft water system as well as our hot water heater. Only issue came when main drain was backing up. Had to bring in another company to correct the back up issue as Hero only does clears drains for single family homes. Both companies worked well together and everything is up and running beautifully.

My Tech was experienced, systematic and knowledgeable. He successfullydiagnosed my problem and is ordering the parts to make the repairs.Im very pleased.

I had Donovan at Hero clear a clog in my internal main a couple weeks ago, which discovered severe calcification restricting the flow of the main. They recommended a internal mainline renovation which was performed it a couple weeks later. Donovan was extremely professional and diligent in his work. He took the time to call others for consult and went out of his way to ensure he didn’t damage the cast iron. The pipe looks amazing! Only complaint was that it took longer than I’d expect to hear back from the sales team after I approved the estimate. I would definitely recommend Donovan at Hero. 5/5

AC quit blowing cold. Called several places promising 5-star make you smile service. None would come out same day or wanted extra $200. for after-hours charge. Hero was out within a couple hours. Gordons knowledge and experience was really extraordinary. Instilled confidence and trust. We talked about the best way to get value out of the service choices before me with my older unit. Dalshun did a great job clearing our basement drain. He worked hard and fast while making me laugh. He shared a lot of knowledge and made me feel like he genuinely wanted to help. I will definitely use Hero again and ask for him by name.

Jake Egan did a masterful job replacing our lead pipes in a very challenging and tight space. He was efficient, smart, and saved me a substantial sum of money by finding a way to avoid tearing up my floor. Mike Holmes did a great job making initial contact and walking through all our options, and Josh Houston made sure all the fixtures installs went smooth. He also went the extra mile, moving furniture and various items to keep them from harm. Seriously, these guys worked their tails off and they did it with good humor and a lot of pride. Highly, highly recommend!!

Our first time using Hero and I a very happy with the experience. Tony did a great job with the work and we are very pleased. There was a concern about the internal condition of a pipe so Chase came out and inspected the pipe condition with a camera and I got to watch, awesome! I highly recommend Hero.

Hero was extremely responsive, from the initial AC Repair, to quoting different level of options, to installation. It took me a month to reach back out to Hero to make our new AC and Furnace purchase because their original repair worked until the fan motor crapped out, both units were 17 years old. When I reached back out to the sales person he was in constant communication with me util we picked out the right system to replace our old one, and we were able to get our install scheduled for the next day.When you have a tech come out you get a text and an email with that techs photo name and sometimes a mini bio about them, which I like because you know who to expect. You also get a text message and an email letting you know when they are on their way.The day of install our main tech was Cole, he arrived early, and was ready to go at 7am. Our job was big and he stated hed be working on everything till about 5pm. Cole and the others worked non stop for the entire day, and when they had a little hick up with the AC getting up and running @ 7:30pm their master tech came right out and helped trouble shoot and get everything up and running perfectly. They were dedicated to making sure they were going to get the job done right.Ive been so happy with how Hero has handled every part, there was no lack of communication ever, all the techs were extremely polite. I will absolutely be using them again.

Great service! So thankful to have been able to call their number and schedule the appointment without any hassles! So often you leave messages and never hear back from companies. I’m very satisfied with their service, attention to detail and thoroughness! I will use Hero again!

Simply the worst experience and recommend you never let them cross the threshold of your home. Scheduled to have a water softener moved and replaced on a single family home that I have rented. They required that I be present, and agreed and confirmed to arrive in the morning. All subsequent text messages stated that they would communicate after the technician arrived and I could go about my day. Technician arrived mid afternoon then left shortly after. Was able to contact the technician and he gave me an estimate. He told me to confirm with the office and request him to return to do the work.90 minutes later got an incredibly rude call from Hero office stating, “we don’t work in rental properties”. When asking why that is contrary to scheduling, their technician, She responded “we don’t work on rental properties”. RUDE, INSENSITIVE!!! Lastly, I found another plumber and here is the icing on the cake. Hero was 34% higher to do exactly the same job!! Poor communication, Rude, Dismissive, Exorbitant pricing. DON’T USE HERO! Certainly no hero’s at their shop

Hero is a very professional organization. Making an appointment is easy. However, you do not know an exact time a plumber is coming nor a window other than a full day. They do text you along the way so you know what is going on. My technician was knowledgeable and did excellent work. I signed up for the ongoing maintenance plan as that for me is cost effective for the services I did and will receive. I look forward to working with Hero on all my needs that they can support.

Having sewer issues is no fun, especially a few days after closing on your first house. I was glad I came across Hero, and the wonderful staff and team that resolved such a headache of a situation. I had two back ups within 10 days of each other- I had called the company that had done my sewer scope during the inspection of my house before purchasing; lets just say Im annoyed they didnt catch this then, and didnt do a good job of fixing or realizing the bigger issue sooner. I reached out to Hero the morning of the second backup and they were able to send someone out that day to do a consult and estimate (they want to make sure they know exactly what the issue is and how to go about fixing it before anything is booked, and then a more concrete estimate is made- very happy with their approach to this).Chase came out that day, he was thorough, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the entire process to me in a way that I understood, and didnt make me feel bad about all of my questions. They were able to get me on their schedule pretty quick given the high demand for work right now. The entire crew working on my house was wonderful (Matt, Dave, Cam, AJ, Alex, Brandon, and John). They pretty much finished the entire job day of (even after running into another issue that morning). After all the repairs were done, Chase still came back out to double check and make sure the further issues were addressed and repaired, for his and my own peace of mind. Above and beyond satisfied with this company. I knock on wood that I wont need their services any time soon, but if I do, theyre who I will be using from now on.

The AC maintenance cost is very reasonable. Scheduling is convenient and they communicate well. I thought my technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I did get the vibe they are there to diagnose bigger issues and recommend more of their services (at escalated pricing). It felt very sales-y and I’m not sure how much maintenance was actually done. I don’t blame the tech, he’s just doing his job but I didn’t entirely trust everything I was being “sold” on. Will definitely be getting second opinions.

I highly recommend Hero Plumbing. We had a shower drain that was clogged. Hero had great customer service and sent several text messages keeping me informed of my appointment. My technician, Dalshun, was great! He not only fixed my clogged drain, but he explained everything he did! And he cleaned up before he left.

The Hero team was excellent from the consultation all the way through the install! Very professional and relatable - not pushy at all. I asked a ton of questions, and they didnt seem bothered by any of them - they were all answered well. They really wanted me to know about my new system. The work they did on my new furnace and AC install was a big job, but they handled it in less than a day and I am excited to not have the worry that my heating or cooling will not work when I turn it on. Highly recommend!

Waited all day for service only to have them call and reschedule. They arrived this morning and wanted to charge $2300 to replace a single circuit board. I called around and ended up having it replaced by Gordons Heating and Electric for $550. Heros diagnostic technician was good but their prices are simply outrageous compared to other companies. Cannot recommend.

Brandon went far and above to help us out and AJ and John were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Hero again and recommend to others.

Jon arrived on time, did a diagnosis and provided options based on my needs. He was thorough with his explanation and understood what my preference was for selected fixes. He didn’t seem like trying to make a sale or suggest more repairs than was necessary, which is what I look for the most with home service repairs. Jon fixed my approved work and the final bill was reasonable. Very good experience!!! Highly recommend HERO.

Have called out Hero to our house twice recently for two separate issues: Main Sewer line clogged and an A/C tune up. In each instance, the techs were courteous, knowledgeable and timely. However, after having each minor service done, the techs “found” significant issues and quoted astronomical costs for diagnostics and repairs. In both instances we decided to get second opinions as we’d rather pay another trip charge to another company before shelling out thousands of dollars. For both the sewer line and the A/C, we did not tell the techs from the new company what Hero claimed to find. The tech for the sewer line found no cause for concern based on his inspection and was dumbfounded when I told him what Hero found. The tech for the A/C identified no leaks in the system and recharged the system as it was a new unit and likely not installed correctly. As previously stated, the techs from Hero were very courteous, professional and I genuinely believe they weren’t trying to pull the wool over our eyes. That being said, it’s a large company that carries far more overhead than the vast majority of their local competitors. One of the techs from Hero even told me that they are pushed hard to upsell and that’s the whole ideology behind their $93 main sewer line clean out - get in the door to find bigger, costlier issues. Again, I’m not making accusations towards Hero; the scheduling is top notch and so is their customer service. And they’re probably more likely to get you in sooner than most of their competitors, especially compared to the cheaper and smaller companies. But our choice to spend a few hundred bucks on second opinions saved us thousands.

His explanation was at a level I could easily understand without ever feeling talked down to. His inspection was thorough and efficient.We decided to purchase a system and were thrilled it could be installed the next.Branden is certainly our HERO.

With the temperatures rising, our a/c unit has been having a harder time keeping up. We were able to get on the schedule pretty quickly and our tech was prompt, courteous, got right to the issue and offered us multiple options to choose from. Im glad we called, as well likely be able to get a few more years out of our older unit thanks to the solutions. Two years ago, we also used Hero to install a new water heater and boiler and had a great experience. Highly recommend.

We were able to get someone out same day when our AC went out during the hottest weekend of the year. He was ready and willing to do what he could to get us some relief, but unfortunately the only solution was a new unit. A salesperson came out later in the day and was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not pressure us in any way. On the day of install, the crew was on time, courteous, friendly, willing to explain and answer questions, and were just all around TOP NOTCH. Ali came and did a yearly checkup on furnace, water heater and vents. He was courteous and thorough. We go into fall and winter ready.

We live in a very old house that required updating lead water-waste pipes to pvc. This was a large project and Sean was amazing. He kept us in the loop on project progress and worked hard to complete all the updates in one truly full day. We are so happy we used hero and that Sean was our guy. He was so considerate and made sure to take care to not let our dogs out during the many trips in/out of the house. He also took care to clean up the various messes from the project- can’t even tell large demo work was completed ! Plumbing works great and we are so happy. Thanks again !

While there can be issues with meeting appointments on time, I firmly believe it is due to the fact that people in every industry, in every facet of society is currently up against a lot of challenges to meet deadlines. This is no different for Hero as my first appointment was unable to be met. HOWEVER, they were in constant contact with me regarding the status of their crew and when and if I would be dispatched a technician or not. When they could not send one, they were courteous enough to call and offer to reschedule. The second time was the charm, and again, they kept in constant contact to keep me informed on when I would be serviced. I wasn’t able to be present for the work at my house but the information passed on to me from those I had there was nothing but great. The work was done in quick order and the technician even cleaned up a little before he left. 100% satisfied with Hero’s procedure despite the challenges brought upon by lots of lots of work and not enough hands to make it to every call.

Austin was great! He took time to answer all of my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time. He also had good suggestions for items that need to be replaced. He was very professional and did a wonderful job!!

Just had a really frustrating experience with Hero plumbing, heating and electric. We decided to go with them to install some light fixtures. Had an appointment today but unfortunately it is an open schedule, meaning theyd be with us some time between 7 and 4. So, my husband took the day off work (unpaid) and waited & waited & waited. Theyre supposed to call an hour before coming so at 3:15 we called and they said theyll have to reschedule. Theyre running behind. Apparently, it never occurred to them to call us! They will not keep their techs late and have no interest in accommodating us in any other way. But, theyre happy to give it another try some other time. No thanks!Also, just to mention, their receptionist was lovely and I was careful not to take it out on her. But I dont recommend Hero!

I had Hero come out to unclog a floor drain. The price quoted was $94. When the tech arrived he quoted me $344 because a power snake was needed. I agreed but it took two minutes to unclog the drain. I am pretty sure I could have just used a hand snake to unclog it. They also signed me up for a $10 a month club which resulted in a heating/ac check up and a quote to replace my entire AC unit. The techs were professional and knowledgeable, but I called about a simple drain clog. My $94 quote became $344 and now they are talking about $4,000 for a new AC unit. Not a great experience.

I got home Sunday 6/20/21 evening around 5pm and heard water dripping in my utility room. I saw that my water softener was filled with water. I immediately googled a few things and looked at the Hero website. I had the option to schedule online and was pleased to see that there was an appointment available for the next day. I quickly entered my info and got a text reply to confirm the appointment. They were very responsive and Austin showed up promptly at 7am. He said I’d need to replace my water softener and he gave me several options. Although it was definitely more than I expected to spend, I think it was worth it for the prompt service and same-day install. Austin was very clean and courteous and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend Hero and Austin. 😀

Weve been customers of Hero for a while and always have a good experience. We needed a quote to run a gas line to our kitchen. Sean was super helpful and made sure to check the path the entire way through instead of assuming it would go through. I appreciated his thoroughness and look forward to working with them when the time comes.

Moving in to a new place only to realize I had no hot water sucked. Hero had someone out first thing at my first availability. The crew they sent out (headed by Brandon Sawina) did an excellent job. They were capable, professional, and fast. The permitting and installation were all completed the day of the assessment.

So far we’re not impressed....we’ve been trying to schedule an air duct cleaning this whole week. 4 days later and still no one has showed up. We were originally told someone could come out yesterday between 7 am to 4 pm....but then no one ever did. Now we’re told someone can come out Friday between 7 to 4 again, but we don’t want to wait around all day again just for no one to show up! And who gives a potential customer a time frame that spans 9 hours?!The customer rep we’ve been talking to said they only work in the afternoon, which clearly isn’t working out. Why can’t they have someone else earlier in the day contact us?

Ali did an awesome job on are boiler maintence and helping us install a new wifi Thermostat.

We have been impressed with each employee of Hero and their professionalism. Their quote was efficient and I appreciated that they werent trying to sell me on any of the options, just give me the facts. They gave us all the options for air conditioning and heating in our old house. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. They simply do splendid work for a great value!

Austin was awesome! He educated me every step of the way. I was able to see on the camera what was going on with my pipes, which helped with my decision making. My first experience with Hero plumbing was another guy named Austin, who was also wonderful to work with. The office staff is also friendly and courteous. Hero Plumbing sent me a text prior to both appointments with a picture of the person who would be coming to my house, along with a short Bio of their experience with the company. Worst service ever for air-condition inspection - had an appointment for today and was expected to wait all day without a window or even a general time frame and had to cancel because no one came. I paid $120 upfront for what I thought would be good home service which included an air-conditioner inspection in the spring and furnace in the fall. When I mentioned that I shouldnt be expected to wait all day with out some sort of time frame window the response I got was maybe we are not the company for you. No on should use this company. terrible customer service - might be good work, but there is just as good out there that care about their customers time.

The technician that was sent out by Hero plumbing named Austin was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain what our available options were and the work needed to fix the issues. He worked efficiently. He followed safe Covid procedure while in our home and cleaned up the areas where he worked. It was an overall outstanding experience.

Jeff was on time from the ETA provided by dispatch. He was professional and personable. He had the job done in literally 5 minutes!! Would have saved us some money if my husband was a little handier, but I guess him not electrocuting himself is a plus too!!

Mike was very professional when he arrived. provided a detailed overview of what will be performed to identify the issue with my HVAC. He then went into detail again providing multiple courses of action to fix the problem. he provided great feedback on each option regardless of the cost whether it was low or high costs. He completed the repair very quickly and even ran me through the maintenance process as a home owner to identify issues before they become a major problem. I would definitely use this company and mike for future maintenance and repairs. I fully recommend this company.

Guy came out and claimed I needed an entirely new boiler for $25,000. Had another company come out and they topped off the water tank and it has worked perfectly ever since. They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.[EDIT - Response to reply] - Not sure why you can’t find it but yeah it was in October of 2020. The technician claimed I had absurd amounts of CO2 emitting from my boiler and that it needed to be replaced entirely. He even red-tagged the boiler. Won’t name the other company but they came out, did all their tests, and found no issues whatsoever.

Steffon from Hero came to my house quickly, was very respectful, and carefully went over my options for unclogging my basement drain. Once we agreed on a plan, he was in and out quickly. Once he was done, he explained what was clogging it and gave recommendations for keeping it clean. He asked if there were any more questions I had, and I told him he answered them already. He was very professional and did a bang up job. I would recommend Hero for sure.

Solved my problem quickly and with a reasonable price.

What a great representative of the company Hero should be proud to have him on board!!! Told me the complete truth and respected my wife and I to the fullest as we did him. If I need hero again definitely mr. Nelson is the choice!!! Thank you again.

Great work from Emmanuel, he promised to correct drywall after plumber cut it out and Hero wouldn’t honor the fact that the plumber would correct this. After 21k spend in one week, though we were satisfied with products, two huge holes remain in drywall. After several attempts to call Hero with no luck on getting this corrected, Emmanuel was able to visit home for final walk through and gave his word this would be rectified.

Hero was awesome to work with!! The guys they sent out were truly very professional but very open to explaining what was going on with my sewer and drains. John was great at explaining how he was going to unclog the sewer and informed me of another problem area, giving me an option to have him unclog that drain as well for an additional fee. He broke down the costs and made sure I was okay with the cost before proceeding. Austin came by the next morning to scope the sewer line; he called ahead to let me know he was on his way and when he got here the appointment took 15 minutes at most! In those 15 minutes, I was able to visualize my sewer line with full explanation of what I was seeing and what problems Austin was looking for. He even went ahead to give me tips for when he would recommend getting any work done and didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need right now. Overall, very professional staff from the first call. I also loved getting text updates with the tech’s profile and picture before they arrived. Their service and responsiveness was so phenomenal!

We had Byron out for HVAC maintenance. He was very professional and I’m happy with the work he did. I had a lot of questions, which he was very helpful in answering. He was thorough, took the time to explain what was recommended and why, and was transparent with pricing.Edit: We had Ron out for some work on our air ducts and he was excellent as well. Professional, friendly, and got the job done well.

If I needed service again I would definitely use them. Was overly satisfied on all levels

Mike Gay did a great job servicing my AC unit. He clearly explained the scope of work to me, provided transparent pricing, and then did the job quite well. He was really professional and easy to communicate with

I had a good experience their tech was knowledgeable and efficient. As well when i called in they asked if i wanted the tech to wear a mask while working. I got a text and phone call letting me know when their tech was approaching. The only down side to my experience was i had called them back because my ac was dropping slowly. Though this was perfectly normal i had thought he missed something. Hero sent the same Tech back out free of charge. I was a little uneasy having the same tech looking for something he might have missed. In my mind if you miss something once you can miss it a hundred time. As well the tech might not be as thorough seeing his work is whats in question. I believe hero would do well to take these things into account when assigning people to recalls.
