Pro Air was 1 of 4 companies we had come out to give us an estimate on adding a whole house air conditioning system to the farm house we had recently moved into that had no central air hook up abilities. The salesman was very pleasant as he came to check out the house and gave us his idea of what would work best. He said he would email us a quote and even said he would call with a follow up when he sent the quote because he knew sometimes they went to the junk folder. It has been over 5 months since then with no emailed estimate or follow up call. Needless to say, we went with one of the other companies but we were just asked to write this review and wanted to share our honest experience since we were asked.

There is not high enough praise for me to adequately describe my feelings towards Pro air and their team! Their products are better, their estimates were fair and far less expensive than another I received and their pricing was far more transparent. From my dealings on the phone, to the interaction with every single member of their staff who came to my home, it was completely excellent! All my questions were answered and I love my new system. If you’re smart, you will engage the services of Pro Air.

Pro Air first visit was from a friend’s recommendation. They installed a new air conditioner. The men were professional but friendly. They were here when they said they would be and did excellent work. When I needed electrical work done I called them again and they were out the same week and solved several problems including installing new smoke detectors and Co2 meters throughout the house. I was very pleased with the service. Good quality and fair price.

Made sure I understood the issue, how it was going to be fixed, and the extra steps that would be taken on my next maintenance appointment to ensure I get the most amount of years I can with my current system. I have an old house, and when the electric started acting up, Travis came out, had the problem diagnosed in minutes and corrected the problem, and even went beyond to male sure the rest of the system was still in working order. Friendly, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. Will be calling them for all my electrical needs.

Chad came out to look at our heating/cooling system and to give us an estimate on a new system. He was prompt and showed us all the pricing and options for financing. We definitely will be doing business with Pro Heating and Air in the near future.

Fantastic service at a fair price. Vinny was not only very knowledgeable and skilled at his job, but also very personable. We recently had a major scare when our furnace was discharging natural gas and carbon monoxide from the outside vents and the local gas company had to shut our furnace off. This was within freezing temps. PRO Air Heating-Cooling was so kind enough to drop off 4 space heaters (free of charge) for us to use for a couple of days until our system could be repaired. They kept us plenty warm! The repair technicians, Ryan and Collin, were absolutely amazing and just the right people to do this big job. Showed up exactly when I was told. The repair took the exact amount of time I was told it would. Most of all the price ended up being exactly what I was told it would be. Everything was on point and exceeded my expectations. This is a company people can trust for superior work at a fair cost. Before Ryan and Collin were about to leave they shared with me PRO Air offers an annual furnace and central air preventative maintenance package for $150 a year. Meaning for $150 they will inspect your furnace in the Spring and then again in the Fall. Do know this preventative maintenance is a 40 point checklist inspection. As if that isn’t sweet enough, you will receive 10% off parts and labor. Can’t go wrong with that kind of deal. Thanks Pro Air team, especially Ryan and Collin!

We recently had need of some outside electrical work following an ice and snow storm. Matt came to the house and did an inspection and told us he could do the work in a few hours and with reasonable materials. The work took less time than he thought even with some issues in removing the old service mast from our old house. Matt was courteous, informative and helpful. Our service man Dustin did a fantastic job. We have a 14 yr old furnace and there were some parts needed to be replaced and he took the time to explain how these parts work and showed us the wear they had. Great service!

Vinnie came out last week to install the new system humidifier on the new furnace. He called at the scheduled time to let us know he would be late and then he called again when he was on his way. He installed the humidifier and performed a system check. He thoroughly explained how to operate the humidifier and how to turn it off for the summer. He wore his facial covering when he was in the house (it was in 2020) and wore shoe coverings when he was in the house. He was professional, neat and seemed knowledgeable. We have used ProAir for years and are very happy with their products, technicians and services.

PRO Air installed our new Carrier geothermal system a few years back. I have been very happy with the service they provide both during the initial install and during subsequent visits for routine maintenance of the system. Matt was the technician who came out to the house today. Hes always very professional and respectful, and seems to do a very thorough job when servicing the geothermal system. He noticed an optional component of the system was not working as expected and he swapped it out under warranty for me without me even having to ask. I would have no qualms about recommending PRO Air to a friend for any job from a full system installation to minor maintenance on an existing HVAC system.

These people are amazing! Our AC unit completely went out. My son has surgery on his knee on Wednesday and I really wanted him to be able to recover in the comfort of his own home and not a hotel. The company was nice enough to move things around and get our new AC installed the day before his surgery so we could bring him home to recover in a nice, cool house. We highly recommend Pro Air. Our air conditioning needed service a few weeks ago. Ultimately, we decided to replace our entire system since its 15 years old.
