We LOVE the guys at Refined! They know us by name when we walk in the door and always give KILLER cuts for my 3 and 5 year old! Beautiful and clean shop, always a great experience. Highly recommend!

Austin is the best! He does such a great job on all of my boys (hubby and 2 children), is always kind & courteous and my boys always look forward to getting their hair cuts! In the beginning when he was first learning my older son’s hair, we tried a few different things since he has a strong cowlick, but ultimately he worked with us to get a cut that everyone loved and was happy with! My boys always leave feeling so confident and happy with how they look! They also love talking to Austin; he always listens to them (even when they ramble on) and has encouragement for them and positive things to say!! The downside? He’s so good you have to schedule out months and months in advance!! We have been with him since his early days at his current location and plan to be with him for the foreseeable future! Highly recommend him!

I love that he sees himself as an artist, and that he gets excited to do something new and innovative each time. Austins just a good dude, first and foremost, and is really intent on getting to know the people who come in the shop. The place is sharp - very relaxing to be in. As a barber hes got the best attention to detail Ive ever had in a cut. He listens to your personal likes/dislikes but can also give really helpful pointers to make sure youre always looking your best. Quality of cut and aesthetic of the shop are both top-notch.
