Always a pleasant experience here. These men are very skilled in their trade, great people skills, incredibly convenient payment methods using current technologies, clean and well kept place of business......Ive traveled the country dozens of times over and very rarely give out a true 5 star rating unless it is well deserved. This shop is a 5 star, and I will always come back when Im in town, as long as they have an available barber.

Ive been getting my hair cut by Craig for a few years now. Hands down the best barber Ive ever been to. Ive only had my hair cut by him, but Ive seen the work the other guys do and they are all at the top of their game. Sometimes its hard to get an appointment, but that just speaks to the quality of their work. They take their time and have an incredible eye for detail. They could probably crank out more cuts than they do, but instead they chose to focus on quality over quantity. Since Ive started getting my hair cut here, every other barber Ive been to has left me with a lot to be desired. In fact, I just moved to Peoria, and after a couple lackluster experiences with different shops here, Ive decided to make the hour drive every 2 weeks to come to Ollies.

On top of great cuts are great people who welcome you into the Ollies family so you dont have to feel like a middle child anymore. Even if I live 1000 miles away Im going to fly back just for haircuts here because the experience I receive here is unparalleled anywhere else on the Earth.

Got my hair cut at Downtown Ollies today for the first time. Scott was my barber and he was fantastic. I didnt know what kind of style I was looking for and he helped me figure out what would work and he did a great job at it! Quite possibly one of my favorite hair cuts to date!The atmosphere of the shop is great and welcoming. You can tell the barbers here excel at their craft. I will be coming back for sure!

Ive been to Downtown Ollies a few times now. Both Cameron and Craig were awesome. Very chill place where you can just hang out and get a good clean cut from a lot of skilled barbers. Reasonable prices and they carry a lot of good products. Great music selection too; if Craig is your barber, hell be singing! Im not too well read into hairstyles or beard styles but Cameron helped clean me up and recommended some pomade too.

I have an undercut with a long section on top and have been going to cheap hair cut places for the years that Ive had this look. I went to Ollies for the first time today and they were awesome! The atmosphere is chill, the guys are skilled and know exactly what theyre doing and ask questions when necessary, and its not super expensive like some salons in town. We will definitely be going there from now on!

Scott was my barber and he did a fantastic job on my pompadour fade. Not only did he take his time and put in a lot of effort into making it look just right, we had some great conversation during the whole process too! I got my daughter coming in this weekend to get her bangs trimmed. I look forward to coming here every time.

Just moved back to Bloomington. Was away for roughly 4 years so things have changed around here. Needed a good barber shop so I searched around on google. First one to come up was Ollies.Made an appointment and stopped in same day. Awesome little shop. Great staff. Hard to find a good straight razor shave but these guys had it down.Would definitely visit again and I plan to make this a regular when Im in the area.

Will never go anywhere else again. Went there last night for the first time. Couldnt be happier with my cut. Craig did a fantastic job. Recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

When I lived in Bloomington Normal I would go see Craig every two weeks. This barber shop is a great place to get your haircut. Ive taken my son here many times before. Criag is barber that I see. After getting my haircut there for a year straight I knew I couldnt go to anyone else to get my hair done. I live about 35 minutes away and when I need my haircut I still go to Downtown Ollies and see Craig. This barber shop brings the feeling of a good old barber shop with some good music. As long as I live around here Ill keep going back to Craig and sitting in his chair to get the best cut around town. These guys also use straight razors for that very close shave! Picture below is of my most recent haircut just this past weekend.
