Barber didnt follow my instructions and left hair uneven. I could forgive these at a cheaper barber.

Went to final cut for the first time today and was greeted by Joel decided to have him cut my hair. Really nice guy, takes his time with his haircuts and did a great job on my fade would definitely recommend and for sure going with him again next time I have to get a haircut. The atmosphere there was good everybody seemed chill and they have a lot of TVs for entertainment and the wait time was short. Overall great experience.

Was told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. I was told that they would call my phone when it was my turn. No phone call. I waited an hour and a half. The hair cut didn’t even turn out how I wanted it, and I paid $31 + tip. Would not recommend.

Why are all the the benches under the TVs? That is the spot people wanna watch it most.

Great conversation as well as excellent barbers, Id recommend Final Cut Sports Barbershop to anyone. The establishment is clean, the barbers and stylist are conscious of restrictions, and adhere to the States rules. The greatest part is that Final Cut is in the Mall of America (MOA), so when your walking around Americas premier mall doing whatever it is you do, theres no excuse not to get you messy hair cleaned up.

You want an excellent haircut cut, go to Paris. My son and I came from out of town and my son needed his hair cut. See the shop and went in and right away we were greeted at the door. My son has autism and Paris was able to handle him with care and complete his task talking my son through all the steps making him feel calm and comfortable. The haircut is phenomenal! I really appreciate him and you will too. JUST ask for PARIS.

Do not use the mall of America location! Very very slow, couldnt get a cut after a 4 hour wait! Also heard customers complain of bad haircuts due to inexperienced barbers!, stick to the Rosedale mall location! They are experienced stylists!

Whats the point of waiting outside of the door before they open, signing up to being the first in line and still having them accept others before you?On the weekends there are no reservations. So why do others come in after you and still go before you? This is everytime.

Mario is the man!!! Amazing haircut and straight razor shave. The shop all together is great. Plenty of tv’s friendly workers. Very clean and organized. I had 11 people in front of me and by the time I grabbed some food and ate. They were already calling me to come in.

Hair cut was nice but Mitch charged me $25 for a bald fade on my 9 year old. The website said $23 for kids. I know it’s only two dollars but it should be consistent with the website. He only took cash which I wasn’t aware of beforehand. There is a sign right on the front of the desk CLEARY showing the cards they accept. There wasn’t any signage saying cash only. He acted like I was supposed to automatically know that. How? I guess I was supposed to assume the Visa, MasterCard sign on the desk was for decoration purposes only?!!. I’m from out of town and never stepped foot in this shop before. Where I live barbers accept both! I had to use the ATM which charged me $3 to withdraw money. So that’s basically $30 for a basic haircut on a 9 year old!! NEVER AGAIN!Giving 5 stars for the professional owner that took care of the issue!

If you don’t know how to cut a particular type of hair, please don’t do it. Let someone who has experience with it do it. If I wanted someone to practice with my hair, I would have done it at home. It was so bad, I went to another shop immediately to fix it. Waste of time and money.

Pretty sure we got ripped off. $70 for a kids cut with a web design on 1 side. Never will return here again. Adding they never told us a price until the cut was done! Was not quoted anything before and wish now that we asked before hand. Definitely was not expecting $70 for a hair cut for a 7 year old!

Seems like your usual mall barber shop, but I have to say that Alex was very friendly and professional; he did a great job. My girlfriend showed him photos of what she liked and he went to work. She was all smiles the whole time, and he made it a fun experience. Worth every penny. Don’t let the goofy theme turn you away, this is a great place for a cut.

My husband went in here for a comb over hair cut and came out with the worst hair cut ever. We had to go to a another barber shop in Woodbury MN the next day and the lady who cuts his hair said it was one of the worst hair cuts she has ever seen because it was so awful. The guy who cut my husbands hair did not even care about cutting his hair. He was done with the hair cut in five mins. He did this on purpose because he didnt respect us. Uneven hair cut. Front was shorter than the back by the an inch and a half. He didnt even Trim the sizes and clean everything up. I am in shock that the boss didnt say anything.The guy should be fired. Unfortunately I have to give one star for this experience. If it was possible i would give it a zero star. I have never been this frustrated with a hair cut place in my life.... never ever!

Affordable, trendy cuts. The staff is on point and knows what theyre doing. They give you exactly what you want if you know and can tell them what you want; even if you dont they ask necessary questions to help you find out what works for you. Most of the time youd expect a super expensive price for such services. But theyre so reasonable and professional that I would get on the light rail and ride all the way to MOA just to get my hair cut by them. Its worth it! 👍

We came here and got my son’s first haircut several years ago. The best first experience for us so Although it is a travel for us...I will make the drive hrs away to come have these guys cut my son’s hair. They know what they are doing and so nice too! My son loves visiting them even when he can’t get in since we can only come up on weekends (the shop is very busy and we come up randomly without appt). We love Joseph and Bobby ❤️

My husband has visited this shop a few times. Every time I notice that there isnt much interaction. Usually no acknowledgment but they get him back quickly and do a good job with the cut. We went again yesterday and he wanted to ask how long the wait is instead of just sign in. There were 2 gentlemen sitting at the desk chatting and I watched from afar as they continued to ignore my husband who was standing right in front of them. I was getting ready to approach them myself when they finally decided to pay attention. We decided not to continue with an appointment and took our business elsewhere. Found another place with higher reviews, better customer service and better prices and still quality work.

Took my fiance here to get his hair and facial hair groomed before our wedding. We were able to walk right in and get an appointment. They had a handful of barbers working, so the wait wasnt very long. They did a great job and even taught him how to maintain his hair and which products to use.

Joshua was great. I was super tired and he didn’t mind me dozing off during the cut. They are a little bit more pricey than the Maplewood mall location but 10x more professional

I have been going to this barbershop for a couple of years now. I have also been to a few of the other locations. My son loves it! Our barber Dominic always makes him feel comfortable and always takes his time on my sons hair. He also comes up with some crazy designs my son loves them! I definitely recommend this place and Dominic, he never lets us down!

I went to Evan. At first I was skeptical because he is so young. Omg I was so shocked on how he gave me a girly fade. The enviroment was dope and its an amazing place. They have walk-ins and appointments. You just have to call and let them know you are coming or they have a check-in computer system that keeps track of whos who and order too. They can cut array of folks hair.

I showed up 45 minutes before closing and was told were all booked for the rest of the night. Understand it is a single big, open room - theres nowhere to hide. Their were exactly zero customers and four employees . . . but they were booked.

I often pass this place making my rounds at Mall of America. I decided to get my haircut here and met Dominic. He took his time to make sure my hair was precise. I never have liked any of my previous haircuts before. This was the best decision Ive ever made. I would recommend Dominic to anyone. He cuts my hair better every time. I dont want anyone else cutting my hair

So this is in.the mall of America on the 3rd level. I go to this place when I cant make it. Downtown to .get a cut from my regular barber ...I know dont you judge me for having a side piece barber. I usually go to Bobby very good barber I recommend him. But on this day he was on vacation so I had a black guy named dominic. I asked him how long he been there and he joked but wouldnt say. He then proceeded to ask me could he stop for a second to help out some new barbers that were having some issues. I said sure go ahead ...he did this several times. At the end of the haircut he said look man thanks for letting me help those guys I appreciate it.. He then told the lady at the front I only had to pay 15 bucks for what normally cost me about 42. I later found out he was the owner. This was what customer service should look like. I was very pleased with the cut and service ...great job all around guys.

I am a female with a short cut, like a faux hawk and looking for someone that can do a fade but also work with scissors on the top. I cant say I know if anyone here can do that. I read reviews and this place had a high overall rating. I called ahead of time to see if there would be room for a walk-in and was assured yes. I sat for 20 minutes, was not greeted by anyone and just left because it didnt look like anyone was going to be available.Lack of customer service is common among barber shops from what Im finding. Barbers have their usual clients and arent taught customer service, when someone walks in they look and if they dont know you they keep working. A simple smile, hello, check in here, etc. goes a long way. My suggestion: treat your potential customers time like it was your own and work like you have no clients. If youre reading this trying to find a place to go and you want your time to be respected and a business that greets you when you walk in, keep searching.

As a first time visitor, I was very pleased with the check in process. I waited about 30 mins before being called. Haircut was done by Jay. She was very meticulous, I felt catered to. She asked for my approval before she did anything with me and she was very gentle. She has a very chill, down-to-earth vibe, makes an excellent conversation partner (I could talk with her all day) and..she smells heavenly!

I went in for a simple taper. After 15 minutes I was charged $22. I asked the barber to hold the mirror, and didn’t get the opportunity. I got home to find a bald spot in the back of my head. Around my ears there were inch long pieces of hair that weren’t cut. I don’t know how a “professional” would charge for such shotty work. I could’ve cut my own hair faster for less money and a better result.

I’ve gone here twice. i would give a 5 star rating for my first time. i saw jane and she gave me the best cut i’ve ever had. i was very pleased. the second time i went i had alex. i wanted a simple fade with a little off the top. it is very uneven and i even have a patch on the top you can see where he messed up. it is MUCH shorter then i asked for. i would 100% go here, just ask for jane:)

I was visiting the mall of America and decided to go to this place based on a quick look at the reviews. When I checked in I was told that there are 10 people in front of me, looking around I saw 8 barbers working so I thought I should be sitting with one of them in half an hour or so. Soon I realized I was wrong and finally after complaining twice one of the guys accepted to take me in...this was after 65-70 minutes waiting (sitting on the steel benches and tortured with the loud noise of 4 TVs above my head showing the same thing). I also noticed that some of those barbers take people who have never checked in which was the obvious reason it took more than an hour for me to get a spot. Some of these guys spent so much time on someones head but when my turn came, I was done in less than 10 mins and the result was one of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. I could have had a much better haircut at one of the franchise places with almost half the money I spent there.Overall I felt tired, frustrated, ripped off and somehow insulted coming out of this place. One of my worst experiences I have had.
