The stylist I worked with seemed capable but the manager Megan made my experience very unpleasant. Unprofessional all the way.

Would not recommend, my haircut turned out awful (I believe the girls name was Melissa)... about 4 inches shorter than the already 3 inches I asked her to cut off . She rushed me out the door, Im certain at this point its because she knew my hair wasnt right and couldnt offer to do anything else without me noticing. I made a horrible last min choice to go here and wont ever make that mistake again.

Walked in due to my normal barber being booked. Immediately was sat down. Dig a bang up job freshing up my boy for his high school debut. Very satisified with my one cut also. Not just a salon gentlemen!

I dont think some of them should be cutting hair I was in today and I dont like the hair cut that I got but now I dont know if I want to go back to them or not

I called and got prices for color and cut.. I was amazed at how much I was quoted.. Im a firm believer in you pay your stylist well and your hair shows it! but I guess natural it is! lol

I love all the women at Fiesta. For anything from an eyebrow wax to a cut or a colour, they are affordable and get the job done. I recommend Alex Tomlinson for edgy cuts. She’s done a pixie and an undercut on me and it’s turned out fabulous. Go here for results of a high end salon at a very affordable price.

They always do a great job on my wife. This time the beautician asked for my input and my wifes input. First time I have ever been involved in her hair styling. I actually enjoyed her letting me make choices and she would make sure I was happy with it before she moved on. Great place. Repeat customers.

I love Fiesta! Desiree does my hair and I feel like she always makes sure I walk out feeling great after seeing her. She takes her time and gets to know her clients. She is always there to guide you if want something new but do not know what you want. I highly recommend Fiesta. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job!

Got my undercut shaved and hair trimed. Whoever did it did a good job and I got what I asked for.

Got my hair cut and I cant say Im happy with it. Lady was super sweet and overbooked but I paid for a inverted Bob and its not even close. Im super disappointed ☹️

This is the only place I will go to get my hair done. Megan is my stylist and she always does a wonderful job on my hair. Even when I dont know exactly what I want. Haha. All the girls are talented and the price is about right for the quality you get. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Typically every time I come here for a haircut I end up liking how it turns out but I do have one complaint. It has nothing to do with their skills on cutting hair it has to do with scheduling I used their website to make an appointment for a haircut however I got a phone call a little later saying they were all booked out and couldnt see me. I just dont understand why they have a way to schedule an appointment online if they are able to just cancel it like that. Youd think they would keep it updated for availability so you dont end up making an appointment they dont have an opening for? Or maybe Im just not understanding how their system works.. either way Im so upset since now all the salons are closed due to the virus so I wasnt able to get my haircut before that happened since they ended up canceling it. But as far as their service in the store and their skill levels Ive always been very pleased.

Came in asked for a hair cut showed pictures of what I would have liked and was told my hair was to thin to make any of them work. I walked out with a haircut that I hate and had to pay way to much. I had to pay 17.50 for a cut when it says cut and wash. I won’t go back. People was nice and friendly but not much of doing what the customer would like to be done.

Stylist was nice, but haircut didn’t make sense with what I asked for. Was not anything close, really. Won’t give you a refund! Will not return.

They give great haircuts and there are only a few times I had to wait long. However, at my age, I wish they gave hair redistribution instead of hair cuts.

I have to say I was very happy with the service I received from Melissa and loved the new style and color she gave me! Although one thing really disappointed me and that Melissa had to answer the phone constantly, literally she took like 15-20 phone calls. I feel the shop needs a person that only answers the phone and let the hair dressers do what they do best and that is work with hair. By them answering the phone takes away the time they are working with their on site customers. I would like to suggest that the shop get a part time receptionist, to relieve the stress on the hair dressers.

I love this place but the four of us cant get in for a haircut any more. They need to put a sign on the door that says By appointment only, no longer a walk- in. I noticed that someone said her hairdresser had to answer the phone constantly. If you do so many appointments, get a receptionist. Sorry, you have lost a family of 4.

I got my hair cut here a while back. This place is alright but if your a bigger person u might try finding a place where the chairs dont squeeze the hell out of your hips. By the time I got out of that seat my legs were numb 😭

Took my son to have his hair cut. He will only let Alex cut his hair. He loves her and if hes happy Im happy.

On 11/4/2017 Diane was my stylist. She was absolutely amazing!!!! 1. She gave me so much knowledge about my hair and how to care for it, but she was so pleasant and I enjoyed her conversation!!!!

A woman with fried bleach blonde hair and red/pinkish highlights took a razor to my hair and butchered my bangs... I literally had no bangs when I left. I just went in for a bang trim!Go anywhere else and do not trust this woman with your hair!Im pretty sure her name is Tammy.

Well, one day you can get a $8 trim, other days its full price. Make my mind up already. Good work, just indecisive.

Came in and requested a grey/silver color and a trim up cut on my pixie. My hair was a red/blonde and I was told that the colour wouldn’t take to that light of grey, but that we would bring it as close as possible. I requested that we do an extended root to let it fade out to the other (close to grey) color.I walked out with brown and blonde highlights. The extended root is an actual straight line where the foils were folded towards the scalp. Extended roots aren’t meant to be a line in the hair.They do have great prices though.

They messed up my hair worse than what great clips south done and way too expensive for bad service

Went in for a shorter haircut the woman chopped up my hair doesnt anyone know how to cut thick hair anymore never will go back there again,was trying to find a wash and go now I spend more time on my hair than I did before
