We have been attempting to tour one of these units for a while now. The first time we had an appointment set, Shianne messaged me 1 hour before the appointment to cancel because someone else was applying. She said they would have 1 day to complete their application and if they did not, we would be able to tour the next day. The last thing I heard from her at that time was that she would let me know either way. She never did. Later, I expressed interest in another unit that became available. She said she would be looking at the schedule that day and would get back to me. I never heard back from her about that. Finally we were able to schedule an appointment to tour today. We waited in the rain for 30 minutes (15 minutes past the appointment time) and she never showed up or called to cancel. I was unsuccessful in my attempts to contact her. Overall, it was a really unprofessional and rude experience which is unfortunate because we were very interested in the units.

Terrible black mold everywhere

I enjoyed my time here. The staff were always professional and fair. The scenery was beautiful. Loved the fire place in the winter. We only moved out because we bought a house.
