We did a sublease and Cedar view made is so easy! Faye was very responsive and the process was absolutely seamless. We had been having a great stay at the City View property. The gym and common areas are always clean and safe. The neighbors are quiet, although it is summer, and maintenance was above and beyond fast to fix a few things. Highly recommend this property group!

When several washers ate four loads worth of quarters and still wouldnt start, my roommate and I were beyond frustrated. Not only was the issue addressed, but John also made sure that we got our quarters back! I lived here for two years of grad school, and really loved my experience. The staff truly cares about you a lot, and take a personal investment. It was hard being away from home for that long, but picking up packages from PJ always made me excited for an office visit!

Tenth and College Apartments have a super cooperative staff willing to help you with any service you may need. Brett was able to help my roommate and I get a new dryer when we needed one and was able to install it in a quick, easy fashion!

I have rented from so many places and they are best I have ever had. The process is so easy and they are straight forward about everything and not shady at all. It is hard to find that. They actually respond very fast if you need anything. They can’t help if you can hear your neighbors or the roof is leaking, but they will listen to all of your concerns in a respectful manner even if they can’t do anything about it. Sometimes all you want is to be heard by management and not be ignored. Cedarview definitely is there for you the whole time you are renting from them. They even helped me when I got into a mess at a new management company when I moved. Find a place through cedarview, you won’t regret it. I forgot how good I had it at Cedarview now that I am having to deal with new management!

There was a super bad odor coming from my sink for a little more than a week that was not caused by food being put down the drain. I put in a maintenance request and Ivan was assigned to help my issue. He responded immediately to my maintenance request which was super nice because I thought I would have to wait awhile to be helped. When the first attempt to fix the problem didnt work I was afraid that I would be dismissed and that it would be difficult for me to get my situation fixed. But Ivan came back with new ideas to fix the problem and was very kind and polite! He ended up replacing my entire garbage disposal to resolve the issue. I definitely rate this a 5 star service because he didnt settle for doing just the bare minimum!

Shannon Young was amazing in helping me navigate releasing my apartment due to Covid-19. She was very responsive to my emails and texts and I appreciate all that she did for me both when originally leasing and then releasing my apartment. She took the stress out of a very difficult situation for me. She was very professional and understanding:)

Ive been living here for 3 years and couldn’t be happier! All of the people in the management office makes this place feel just like home. Everybody is exceptionally nice and warm. PJ was also helpful when reserving times for the Clubhouse.

I lived at their Gateway property for two years. The location is good and the building is very quiet. The maintenance staff was quick and friendly and the rest of the companys staff, especially Maranda, responded to my concerns. It is expensive for a studio with a view of a parking lot, though.

My boyfriend has been living at Tenth and College for the past year and I was added to the lease this year after moving to Bloomington. Shannon is our leasing agent and really does go the extra mile to make sure that all of your needs are met. The building is very nice, the amenities are great too. In our line of work, we far too often see the darker side of property management in a college town. The Maintenance Coordinator, Lorraine Stoops, is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are receiving the high quality of care they deserve. Her detail oriented thoroughness is complemented by a positive attitude and great communication!Whenever asked for recommendations on where to live in the Bloomington area, Cedarview is always our top recommendation.*also* as far as pests are concerned, Cedarview manages the most pest-free properties in Bloomington that we service!

In 6 years living in NYC -- one of the toughest rental markets in the world -- I have never once not received my security deposit back. As a single female living in Morton Mansions, I can pretty much guarantee that I left that apartment in the best condition Cedarview Management has ever seen. Certainly better than the fraternity house they let live in two apartments within Morton Mansions. Between the constant parties, pledging, noise and stolen security deposit, I urge IU students to look elsewhere for housing.

Management is very welcoming and easy to work with. Was having trouble with my internet and cable and they sent someone out that day to fix it. Allison personally followed up with me after making sure everything was working. She had everything working by the time I was out of class. Very accommodating and always friendly! Allison worked with my mom and I from our first initial interest in housing and still checks in regularly. She even introduced me my neighbor to make living in studio 531 a little more homey. PJ has helped me with problems over the phone and emails me immediately to make sure that I am getting everything I need taken care of. Overall, I Highly recommend looking into living in Cedarview Management housing. The location is an easy walk to class, perfect for grabbing a late night dinner and comes with its own gym, pool and parking garage. It has been ideal for me.

Hands down the worst property management team Ive dealt with. Non-stop construction at 7 AM everyday, the apartment was 85 degrees for a majority of the time I was a tenant. The apartment was even built terribly, with the lights above the counter being directly above your head instead of over the counter, there were a handful of concussions due to this. They refused to offer any tenant a parking spot, and the entire team is rude and unhelpful. Overall, the worst experience Ive had with a Property Management Team

This company should be absolutely disgusted with themselves. They refuse to help with any questions you have and are quite offensive when you are actually able to contact them. They will never go out of their way to help. The apartment I had was supposed to be one of the nicer (and more expensive by all means) and newer; however i dont believe i had an appliance that didnt have something go wrong with it. They refuse to talk on the phone when you have an issue and just want email requests sent that take weeks to be full-filled. Even better my washing machine hasnt worked for months and they quit trying to fix it (even though Im paying for it). When the maintenance guy did finally show up, his first comment was that the holder last year had the same issue but they never could fix it. So knowing that this issue has gone between two different lease holders and they still refuse to fix it; unethical. If you own a vehicle, dont even plan on keeping it near this company. Whether or not you pay them to keep in near; at some point its probably going to be towed. If you have a guest ever; just prepare them to pay off the tow trucks.

I was a resident at Cedarviews Morton Grad apartment complex for just over a year. During my time there, Shannon Young was available for help virtually 24/7. I cant imagine a better place to call home in Bloomington; I also cant imagine Cedarview without Shannon. She (and her team) was outstanding from start to finish. If you decide to rent with Cedarview, you wont be disappointed!
