My aunt and I got our nails done here! We love the results! Ken was awesome he did my nails (with the clouds and sparkles) he was quick and each design came out perfect just like i wanted 100% free handed!! Definitely recommend him!

Ive been coming here for years. Prices have always been fair. Now prices have gone up. It is what it is. However, the service should not be compromised especially if youre increasing your fees. My particular pedicurist this time wasnt friendly. Shes always been non friendly but I dont usually see her. Shes sloppy and rough.

Absolutely dreadful. I went there to get my whole face waxed and came back home without skin. The woman ripped the wax off so hard it peeled and burned my face everywhere and left scars. Usually they are decent with waxing my face, but their nail service has ALWAYS been horrible. The workers all have disgusting attitudes, poor customer service, and don’t do a good job. Do not go here, unless you want to come home without a face.

The place is nasty, I took my wife for a Pedicure, the lady was very rude, she did a horrible on my wife pedicure, the equipment was nasty, they charged my wife $6 extra for a pedicure kit because my wife didnt want them use their pedicure kit. They did so fast and horrible job, she wont go back again, for $30 you can go somewhere else, a more professional place

Worst place ever they want $50 for a full set with gel I can go to Newark Downtown and get a better job done for $30 with gel lets not talk about the eyelashes horrible also while I was there I witnessed another customer with a big incident also was charged $38 for a pedicure still had that skin on his feet the customer was not rude very polite with the nail technician all she did was ignore him if you guys are trying to get a good job done on your nails and your eyelashes definitely dont go here.. you lucky I got to give you a star because I dont even want to you guys would have worse no one there a lot of people walk out on you guys without paying shut down or hire people theyre actually going to do a job correctly

I love it my first time was on Saturday and when I say I’m never going to any other nail shop ever again. That’s the only nail shop that will get any of my money for as long as I live in Jersey lol

I went here a few days ago. I got my acrylics refilled and got gel nail polish. The lady who did my nails was the lady at the first station on the left. She’s closest to the notebook where everyone signs in. At first, the lady seemed nice and then as she was painting my nails I noticed that my left ring finger she was painting didn’t look right. It was bubbly and the paint was thick. I had her redo it, not once, but twice. She had an attitude then started talking about me with her coworker at the station to the left of her. Now my gel paint is peeling off my nails because of how thick and bubbly they were. I’d suggest and highly recommend not to go here for gel polish.

My initial thoughts were ooooo local and got ok reviews, I’ll give it a shot, when I walked in it was a Thursday afternoon . I was seen immediately, I asked for a pedicure and was told to pick your color, as in any nail salon . I was directed to back, and told to sit in the pedicure chair . Then it began, she seem like she didn’t know what she was doing, the pedicure was ok, nothing phenomenal, mediocre, a sad massage, not to mention I got couple cuts while the cuticles were cut . But she was very attentive with how much pain I could endure . Finally, I would recommend anyone who wants a decent pedicure, just will say you get what you pay for !!!

I did my nails here for the first time and the staff is rude. My nails came out kind of uneven by some guy, he also did a poor job painting them and had me pay BEFORE he was done with my nails. As soon as I paid and he went back to doing my nails he had an attitude, his demeanor changed really quickly. I do not recommend. Also DO NOT pay until after they are done.

I loved it pedicure and manicure 1 and half hour nice friendly staff..

They do excellent work...the only problem I have is the long wait...I was there before the opened and still have to wait...Im going to start coming on Thursdays in the morning..hopefully it wont be crowded...

The place is dirty there’s dust everywhere and their equipment is nasty they are all rude, they don’t know how to communicate with people. My mom got gel French manicure and it hasn’t been 8hrs and two of her nails came off! We coming back in the morning so they can fix them. I don’t recommend it at all.

I got my toes done yesterday, gel pedicure and by today the nail polish was coming off, went back today to fix it and its already coming off again.

I have been coming to them since I was in high school when they were located on Bloomfield ave . Kim or the owner genrally were the ones to do my nails. Since being at their current location Kim is the only one that did my nails. EVERY TIME I went in there I was either talked about or made fun of in their language. I continued to patronize this establishment until my sister went in two months ago and said how rude they were to her. They treat you like its a privilege to use their services, theres NEVER a welcoming experience and an undertone of racism. They will NEVER get another dollar out of me

Horrible! This is long but I’d want to know if it was me. - I went to get a full set and my daughter was getting a full set as well as a pedi. After waiting for quite some time they took my daughter for her pedi. After more waiting I asked for a timeframe on when I was going to be seen. The lady ignored me at first (looked at me, in my face, then turned around...😑), to which I asked again. She seemed very annoyed (RUDE!) then asked where my name was on the list, then said, “Soon, you’re next.” I said, “I know that, I’m asking how much longer is the wait.” She turned her back to me again, seemingly annoyed that I wouldn’t stop asking, to which I asked YET AGAIN! She then started speaking in another language and the group of them were having a good ol’ laugh and pointing and laughing and still not answering me. Now, I’m not a little child or a teenager and I’m definitely not used to this kind of disrespect. I got up from my seat to ask one more time before I left and they still couldn’t contain themselves, laughing like toddlers, it seemed because the one lady refused to answer me and had dismissed me in her mind and another lady told me to just wait. At this point I was ready to leave but a male finally came out to work on me. He started the little grinder thingy on my left hand but I stopped him because I was livid at this point. I went & let my daughter know I was leaving and what happened and asked what I owed the man. He wanted to know what happened and I told him to which he said it was a simple mistake. He seemed sweet but no sir, they all knew and were fully aware of what they were doing. I’m sure they’re very used to disrespecting black people but NOT TODAY! This full set money (and I was planning on THE WORKS!) will go elsewhere. They’re lucky my daughter’s lady is sweet as pie because she was ready to leave with me. I, for one, will NEVER be back. Im not putting up with this kind of madness from ANYONE especially when I was being very patient and not acting on my frustration at all. I’m 100% sure they’d NEVER treat a Caucasian person in this manner. They get an F from me. HATED IT AND ILL NEVER RETURN!!! 0 STARS and shameful.

I went there 2 times and both times i left in pain in my hands....the techs takes too much skin off the cuticles....when i tried to tell the tech...she didnt understand me and kept going...so i will not go back...also they file your real nail down too far...almost like a layer of skin left for your nail...thats hurts too.know the difference in cuticles and skin please..thats how people get nail infections.

They damaged my nails horribly. I went there for a cheaper alternative to my nail shop Ive been going to for years. Well you get what you pay for! They used the filing machine because theyre too damn lazy to file and my nails are paper thin. Service is terrible the girl that helped me was very rude. Never said hello, talked to her neighbor the whole time, never said please, wanted me to hold my own foot up.to scrub, never said thank you. Im back at my regular salon Nails En Vogue in West Orange and have to grow out my paper thin nails so I can resume getting gel manicures.

Overpriced, rude, and they act like your doing them a favor by coming to get your nails done. They are very unfriendly people, they like to make fun of people in their language. I have been going there for over four years because one girl (Hannah or Anna idk) does my nails fast and great. The owner is slow but she does and good job too. The rest of them are mediocre and pedicures are rushed to get other people in the seat. Their prices are ridiculous and they charge you $5 or 10$ for every little thing. After all these years I finally decide its not worth spending my money here anymore, it has to be better out there.

This place is the worst! I came here once for a polish change and i figured it was okay enough for a second chance. boy was i wrong! The second time they rush through the entire job and when i told the lady she was using the wrong powder for the fill in she said i was wrong and brushed me off. by the next day my nails were already chipping and the gems that i paid extra for where falling off even though they used UV gel. I went back the next day to see if they could fix them and they said not for free despite the fact that a gem fell off as them were inspecting my nails. Overpriced, rude and not good work. never go here!!!!!!!

So Ive been going to this salon regularly for maybe about a year. Its cheap, conveniently located near where I food shop and close to my gym. I never really had a stellar experience, however todays experience took the cake as the worst nail salon experience I ever had. I know its a sunday, and most salons are either packed on sundays or closed. So I arrive at one on the dot. I sign in the book, theres about three names ahead of mine no biggie. I chose my color for my pedicure and I wait. At no time did anyone greet me or ask me what I wanted. They were all preoccuppied, again no biggie. 20 minutes go past and an older gentleman comes in and signs in the book. I assume he wants a pedicure like me because hes wearing flip flops (its january). another 10 minutes go past and two young ladies go in and march up the stairs for eyebrows. Now I too want my eyebrows done, so i move my seat the the pedicure and eyebrow area. Just so the workers know exactly what I am there for. Again no worker has even acknowledged me at this point. No less that 5 minutes later the older male also moves his seat to the pedicure area. about 10 minutes after that the pedicure girl who is also doing eyebrows, finishes up a pedicure and another worker begins another customers pedi. Now she was there before me so I had no problem. The male then gets into the chair that of the worker who just finished and I attribute it to his preference in pedicurists. Oh no. The man finishes his and is on his way to get a manicure. His manicure is done and he comes back up to dry. Meanwhile no worker has even given me the courtesy to say well be right with you. A few minutes go by and a brand new customer comes up with a worker who is about to do her manicure. Ive been sitting for over an hour and I stop the worker and say when is anyone going to address me and begin my eyebrows or pedicure. Ive been sitting here? She says, did you sign in? I reply with a yes. She gets the book and brings it back to me and sees my name uncrossed but there are at least 6 names under mine that have been crossed off. Now Im livid. The new customer witnesses this and offers to wait. The worker now has an attitude with me. She began my pedicure at 2:24pm and rushed to do it. While doing it she asks if I wanted my eyebrows done, which I had written in the sign in book. At this point Ive already made up my mind that this salon will never receive my patronage again so I say no. She develops even more of an attitude, shoving my feet into the water as shes done with each foot. I walked into a nail salon at 1pm, left at 3pm and my pedicure lasted 16 minutes. My feet are rougher than when I walked in. The customer service was just terrible and the only reason they got $15 out of me, was because I already spent too much time there. Seriously never going back. Not to mention when they do tip applications, they dont oil the cuticles.

Got a pedicure..waited about 2 hours..and the she barely massaged my legs.. wth? Never again.

Loved my gel manicure !! I was uncomfortable at the latter part of my gel predi, the nail Technician turned the massage chair of and positioned the chair so straight I hid to length sideways in the chair.

They really know how to do pedicure and manicure eyebrows too. I like 😎
