Great experience and they have a lot of clients as expected so go early. One of the men took care of me. He was able to replicate the design I asked him to do and good price as well!

I went to this nail salon a few times and the manners that they have are terrible . They look at you and don’t speak. They are rude when you ask a question and when I said something about it. The manager told me oh well I can leave and don’t come back. This was disgusting as a salon that is supposed to service you. She said I criticize her and her salon because I spoke on how she was rude to me for no reason. I’m new to the area but since I’m not a regular I guess this is how they treat people. If I’m spending my money some where what wrong with greeting someone and talking to them with a little respect.As a manger you shouldn’t never kick someone out if they ask you why do you have to be so rude. It’s disrespectful and disgusting to treat a customer this way. I would not advise anyone to go here to spend there hard earned money.

If there is 0 star i would put it. Poor customer service, rude and non professional people. Went once because it is close to my house, she charges extra for everything. Showed Lynn, the nail tech a picture of my nails,Didnt know how to do it. Had to show her on my own. Went for an appointment after 3 months she made me wait and then told me that Lynn won’t he able to do my nails unless after 2hrs. Wanted to wait at the store but she did not accept and asked me to leave and that she will call me back in 2. After 2hrs of waiting and wasting my time i called back to remind her and she said that she doesnt want to do my nails because she did not like me. RUDE PEOPLE AND OVERPRICED SERVICE

This is my second visit at the salon and I’mSooooo glad I tried it out !!!! This is my new spot, they’re clean, the salon is nice and updated, and they have bomb designs! It’s not a sloppy rushed process ! I recommend!Only con is there don’t take cards, but they have an atm and the fee is only $1

They really take their time and make sure your feet feel like a thousand bucks.... talk about massage when I leave Krystal Nails i am beyond satisfied. They are clean way before the pandemic I am glad I am back and they are back open for business

The woman who sits at the front, I believe she’s the owner is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. If an establishment is appointment only it should clearly be stated. I’ve been here previous times as a walk-in with no issue but, yesterday the manager rudely stated “ you should have called because our list is long.” After, she did not even give the option of possibly coming back in a few hours or another day. Needless to say, I will never go back.

Visit my Sister this weekend from Massachusetts, wanted my nails done. Looked up nail places near her, found Krystal Nail Salon w/great reviews. They did not disappoint. I had Joann, she was AWESOME, she friendly, educated me what is best for my weak nails, how I can let my nails breathe to regain strength. She took her time, as well as other techs...If I have to come to NJ once a month to get my nails done, so be it! Nail techs in MA do not know how to do nails, I have been to a few. Wish I could move Joann and her staff to show Massachusetts how to do nails. Love...love.. love their work....Just FYI, they are cash only...

Cash only. No parking. Meter street parking and you will get a ticket if you don’t put money in meter. You have to ring the doorbell to be let in. This place has more rules than a public swimming pool. Very small. Not the cheapest but you receive a quality service. Busy place so most likely you will have to wait. You may want to make an appointment and check the rules regarding that. If you can’t see yourself waiting for too long go up the street to Hot Nails. The owners are a married couple and super sweet and give quality service for a tad cheaper. Thank me later

I happened to be driving down the street, after not have my nails done in over 2 months since covid-19, I was in dire need for a nail salon!I saw this salon and pulled over and went inside! They told me what to do, and a couple of days later I was there with my name on the list and getting my nails done, my pedicure, and waxing!They did an excellent job!I only get liquid gel, LCN pink and white, which is time consuming; but I was so excited to learn they had liquid gel, and my nails came out great! Truly pleased with this place! They have gained a regular!!

Stopped into this nail salon because I could not get an appointment at my regular salon. The salon was okay, however, you have to get buzzed into the salon and its a cash only business. For the most part the salon was clean, the technician that did my nails, Nina, she did a good job and the prices are good. The salon definitely has a certain clientele and the salon became pretty crowded (on a Monday) in the late afternoon. Would I return, maybe.

They are very clean, even before COVID they were and the staff is very nice.

I started coming here about three months ago. All of the nail technicians are equally good, which is rare. They dont rush your pedicures, and they have a huge selection of colors. I love that the gel colors are already paired with the regular polish color for pedicures so you dont have to match it yourself. My crystal sets last 4+ weeks, they dont budge. The only con is parking, the only option is metered street parking.

I liked the nail salon. I would actually give them 3.5 stars. They wont over charge and they have so many colors to choose from!(I like options). However, they took forever to do my nails, didnt clean my cuticles, gel nail polish chipped after 2 days on one nail, and they only take cash. It was a $3.50 charge to use their ATM. If I am unable to go to my normal nail salon (My Chick Nails in Newark) this is a good back up.

Trying a new place for SNS. I was not aware that this place is CASH ONLY, didnt see any signs so thats a little inconvenient. Place was clean, and I was seated quickly. When my nails were done, I noticed some of them were not smooth. I was done a little too quickly...didnt have my cuticles cut either. But this is why you give it a try and make a decision.

Love the variety of nail art, 3D, hologram & glow in the dark. Accept only cash, thou there is an atm machine in the salon that charges a $1. Gr8 service & staff.

My husband and I were long overdue for mani and pedi and our usual spot was booked up but I always drive by this place and told him let’s go..It’s a bit cramped inside.. cash only...But they do a great job they’re very thorough with cleaning unlike some places that just rushPrices were very reasonableWe will definitely be returning

The atmosphere is nice this service wasn’t so pleasant. I enjoyed my pedicure but was pressured at the fact that they insisted on doing a gel full set after i asked for a reg set TWICE. In the process of the second coating the nail tech w the blonde hair smudged my nail and tried to continue as if i wasn’t aware. Not to mention i got my nails done today 12/12/18 and it look as if i need a fill-in tomorrow 😩🤦🏾‍♀️ Next time i will stick to who i know. Also they do not inform you that this is cash only.

They do nice nails but brace yourself for the owners bad attitude. I had to correct her on her service and language. My daughter was sitting at the back and she accidentally tapped the peddle on the floor I was getting a pedicure so I heard it and was already speaking to my daughter. When out of now where management appears telling my daughter to move from spot I had a problem with her attemptting to speak to my daughter directly. So I asked to speak with the manager outside to simply explain that I would prefer her speak to me rather than go directly to my 9 year old. This woman did not like me telling her not to speak to my children... she told me “do your job as a parent” needless to say I cursed her out after that. I’m a regular customer but will never let her touch me. But they do great nails and the other techs are sweethearts. So I decided to just curse her out and get it all off my chest to the point where she will think twice before speaking to my children and I will keep coming back. So you take my experience how you may.

This is a phenomenal and inexpensive place to get a good quality pedicure, manicure, or eyebrow waxing. I LOVE this place and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your service. The massage chairs are free to use, they have an extensive selection of nail polish colors, they offer bling for your nails, their pedicure extras such as heated towel wraps and etc. are amazing and always make you feel like a family friend and not just a customer! I would recomend this place to anyone

Thursday morning April 5th I went to this salon for a Gel Manicure. Its not my regular spot but I was pressed for time as I was headed to a conference in Chicago. I visited this salon once before and my Gel Manicure chipped within a few days.Long story short, my Gel Manicure that was done on April 5th chipped on both hands the very next day! I contacted the salon and spoke with JoAnn...I believe that was the name she said, she mentioned that I should come back and they would rectify the situation. Needless to say that was impossible since I was in Chicago until Monday.This was not a fluke....this speaks to the quality of the products used, not to mention my nail beds being overly filed because the technician complained it would take too long to remove the gel properly. Despite this behaviour she was tipped $5.00 for the $25.00 service. I wont be returning to this salon. I dont have money to waste and Im not willing to have the health of my real nails compromised.

So i normally go to south orange to get my pedi and mani but they were booked. I looked this place up and saw the reviews and decided that me and my daugter would go. The place was tight and not clean looking at all! The lady sitting by the door was not nice at all! Im waiting for my daughter to pick her color the lady is rushing me to leave her. I wanted black nail polish but the nail polish they had was old and hard, i asked her if she had a another black nail polish and she answered me nasty saying no! I just took my daughter and walked out! Never again!

I used to come here years ago when I lived at Troy towers.... my nails always were done well. Ive since moved away from Jersey and was back in town and decided to hit up my old spot.... well neither person was new because I remembered them from years prior but I guess I wasnt a high profile customer as no one remembered me... my Pedi was smudged and my cuticles bleeding amidst repeated owe owe owe and me specifically asking not to use the drill ... they did anyway
