Lets see how that goes, well she started doing my feet, I have an ingrowing nail I asked her to cut it, she stopped me to say this is my job dont tell what to do I was a bit shocked cause obviously she doesnt know what she was doing, than to make matter worst by the time I sat down I was done. Words can’t describe how morally unethical the customer service in this establishment is.Does anyone care about customer service and retention anymore? I guess not .. I moved back to Bloomfield and had to switch nail salons.I wanted to start getting gel nails to spice things up and live a little but my expectations sadly came to an end.Let me tell you that man in there is one of the rudest people I ever met in my life.He rushes me, degrades me in every way and treats me as if I’m not human. On numerous occasions he insulted me to my face! You would think that a client who had been loyal for 8 months and tips generously (15-20) dollars would be treated with some type of respect. Nope WRONG 😑 The nail quality is horrible as soon as I get home my nails chip.If you care about quality service and love to Tip generously I repeat DO NOT COME HERE! -

I love it here.. found them during the pandemic and I REFUSE TO GO ANYWHERE. MY TOES AND EYEBROWS ARE ALWAYS ON POINT. I DONT GET MY NAILS DONE.. THEY ARE NICE, RESPECTFUL, AND THEY CHECK YOUR TEMPERATURE.

The worst nail salon I ever been to!. I got gel nails because it usually last longer but my nails popped off after a week. The lady that dad my feet was really rude and did not fix HER mistake the way I liked it. I will never go back here.

He did my nails quickly and they look natural, not thick. I love the way they look. My only problem was that he didnt have me wash my hands when I came in or before he painted my nails. He handled money while doing my nails and the bottle of hand sanitizer on his station was broken. Thats a recipe for disaster during this pandemic. Had they been more (far more) conscientious about assuring everyones safety I would definitely go back.

For me, I had a great experience. Today is Valentines day, and I went in and had my nails, eyebrows and lips done. The waiting time was only thirty minutes. I had great service, they did an excellent job with my nails especially. Im definitely going there again. Kimmys nails thank you for giving me great service. 🥰

The older guy did a great job on my nails. Every time I go I’m seen right away and its fast service. Reasonable prices.

They do a great job on eyebrows but nails and feet NO! Gel chips the same day, is bumpy, and always feels rushed. Im looking for a new nail tech til this day. Any suggestions???

I like simple!!

I had a great experience here. I went there at 7pm when they had already closed. The agent, Tony, took his sweet time and did a fantastic job on my nails. The person who did my eye brown was also fanatic. Dont remember her name but she was wearing a unique silver pendent around her neck. I took my friend 2 weeks later and she was very pleased.

All of the nail techs are pretty good. I never have a problem leaving satisfied. It is not a spa type of salon. However, they get the job done and the prices for gel polish are reasonable. I get it on my nails and toes.

My 3 year old paints nails better

The first gel color I picked was dried up and crusty, but the owner insisted it was fine until he couldnt get the color out of the bottle (even turning it and shaking it upside down) and then told me to pick another color. I chose another color, and he rushed through the job. I should have left because the gel color is chipping only a few days later. You pay for what you get, the prices and the services are cheap.

They need all new nail techs...after a week my nails start lifting...and they dont know how to shape nails...but they are nice people...the lady did do a good job on my brows...but nails i think they need more training...i wish Tony would come back..he was the best

The lady was rude!!!!! I went in there on Memorial Day she said can I help you, I said a pedicure. I sat down she never said ok 2 min, 5 min nothing. So I said excuse me is anyone doing pedicure. She rudely says no just two of us if you want to wait you wait if not. EXCUSE ME!!!! She said it so rudely another customer looked back at me. I kindly got out my chair and said no I dont want to wait and I left. They will never ever get my money!!1

This place is the worst... I got gel and I chip the same day I got my nails done. The guy rush my nail left my hands dry and looking a mess I will never go back .... if I could put no stars I would ..... you will waist your money if you go here

I started going to this place since last summer it’s a great place they are gentle with my nails and others my nails always turn out great!

They are horrible. I only went there because my nail salon across the street was closed on the day I went and I didn’t know. I was apprehensive about going but I went and got a gel pedicure. It was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. They don’t clean the grooves of your nails really well. After the pedicure, there were areas of my toenail where you could still see the old nail polish. They Didn’t brush the nail polish all the way to the end of toenail. They were no nail polish on the edge of a lot of my toenails. They put 3 layers which made the nail lumpy. They don’t know what they’re doing at all. Please do not go here. Go across the street to hot nails, they do a way better job. These people suck!! Waste of money

TERRIBLE, PLACE IS DISGUSTING, WORKERS ARE RUDE, OLD MAN IN THE FRONT HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE, WAS RUSHING AND FILING IN ALL SHAPES, HE ENDED UP LEAVING HAVING ANOTHER PERSON FINISH MY NALS, WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO HER POLISHING IT WAS A COMPLETE MESS. POLISH ALL AROUND MY CUTICLES AND SHE DIDNT EVEN CLEAN IT UP. ONE NAIL BROKE THE SAME NIGHT AND 2 DAYS LATER ANOTHER BROKE. FIRST AND LAST TIME. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER WHEN THAT IS THE ONLY ONE IN THAT AREA THAT IS EMPTY.

Do not waste your money. This place has been open for a while. Im not sure if it the same owner as years ago. This old guy there rushed and did my nails. Two days later all my gel nails srat chipping. He had giving me fresh acylic nails. There is no reason for gel nail polish two start coming off aftee two days. I called and the lady said come back. I came back and they lady told me to pick a new color. I picked color and she started filing the color off. While filing the color off she removed alot of the acrylic the guy putv2 days ago. Instead of refiling it she told me I had to pay for it. Why would I pay for it was their mistake 2 days ago? I told her no and she did not want to give me my money back after the took the nails back. That ok I went accross the street and got excellent service. Also across the street has healthier nail options.

I used to love going to Kimmy Nail. Until recently I had poor services provided to me. The owner had his 17 yrs old son to do my pedicure which I am very unhappy with.

They are terrible, rude, rough, they rush, they don’t know how to shape. They don’t even know what soak off’s are. They are super over priced for bad business. Unsanitary. They should be closed down.

I am a college student at Bloomfield College which is around the corner from the nail establishment. I went there on January 17th and got a full set. At the moment my nails were fine . As days progressed my nails began to lift and I went back on Friday January 20th and 2 of nails have broken from me getting dressed in the morning. I returned later that afternoon and was charged $10 to get them fixed. Today is now the 21st and my thumb nail has broken off. I went there around 2:00 pm and the manager/owner was so rude. He demanded me to sit down and tried to charge me $5 for my thumb to get fixed. This establishment is unprofessional and NOT GOOD! I AM NOT THE ONE TO BE DOING BAD REVIEWS BUT THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Please if you come to Bloomfield do not DO NOT go to Kimmy Nail Shop next to At&t.

The prices listed are not the same as what I was charged. Supposedly, the gel color prices are not listed. The last time I questioned the prices, the nail technician became rude. I went there three times and each time the prices kept going up. Im not going back and I do NOT recommend this nail salon.

The service was horrible! Three of my nails are off and it has not been a week. The older guy especially rushes through. Save yourself the headache & DO NOT get your nails done here.

Prices are cheaper than others. I was immediately served when I arrived but it was a weekday afternoon.
