Excellent service! I’ve been going from shop to shop for years and I can truly say this is the best nail salon in Birmingham. Everyone here is super welcoming and friendly to speak with. This is now my new favorite nail salon. Holly, Sam, and Quinn are great. Naomi is very gentle when she does pedicures. No nicks, bleeding, or burning. Very professional and very neat.

I came in pretty late. The online booking was not as effective however because they treated my walk in at my appointment time efficiently, I was very happy. This was my first visit and I tell you, from start to finish, completely professional. Very clean. Calm atmosphere. My nail tech, Naomi, was Amazing!!! Did both my Seasonal Pedicure and SNS Manicure. I live in a different city, but whenever I am back home…I will be back!

First time getting manicure and it was great, I also got dip w/tips. Eric did an excellent job. I highly recommend and I will be back. I got SNS w/mani plus tips is was $60 and well worth it. Thanks y’all.

These nails. Absolutely the worst set of nails that Ive unfortunately paid for. Had to correct him right off the bat, which cost me more time than it was worth in the end. The thickness of the acrylic was pure disrespect (so messy had to pick it off and from out under my nails). The mismatched lengths couldnt have been anything but rude. Then to have the audacity to place these heinous things on crooked was an insult to my entirity as a person. All in all these nails were a crime against all things beautiful, esthetic and professional. A sin that Jesus couldnt even forgive.. Ill spare you the details on the payment transaction and just tell you it was not much better than the nails themselves. 60 dollars thats what it cost to disappoint and bring tears to my daughters face. No star, period.

I arrived around 2:10 for a 2:00 appointment. I called to let them know I was running late. Around 2:15, I was seated and given colors to choose from. Maybe 15 minutes later someone wrapped my fingertips in acetate soaked cotton balls and aluminin foil. The technician didnt start on my nails until after 3:30. I was satisfied with the manicure at first but that night, some of the polish on my thumb chipped (?) off. I tried to file it down so it wouldnt show. It continued to chip and I continued filing. Now my thumb nail is much shorter than my other nails and still has a chip in it. I decided to write this review when I noticed that the tips of two other nails seemed to be chipping off at the top of the nail. The SNS dip was applied 11 days ago. In the many years I have had SNSs I have never had to get another SNS any sooner than 3 1/2 - 4 weeks. Im now looking for a salon that is reliable and competent.

My first time being at this establishment was a good experience and not only that my original nail tech which is Holly she new there is amazing. Holly, her brother (Sam) & daughter been doing my nail for about 2+ years they work is awesome please check them out when visiting u could not go wrong with anyone at this shop…

The pedicure and service was great. However, The manicure was a painful experience. I was cut twice on two different nails and the shape of the nails was crooked and slanted. I asked for coffin and got square nails. Maybe it was my nail tech but I would NOT recommend at this time.

I HAVE NEVER FELT AS BAD AS I DID UNTIL I CAME ACROSS HERE. Ok so I came in on Saturday the young lady who’s name I think was (Kim) not sure, but anyway I asked her how long was the wait she said maybe an hour which was fine, I just told her I will come back tomorrow. So I called and a lady answered and I book an appointment to come in on today which is Sunday 6/22/2021 @3:30pm I arrive 15min early I let her know I’m the 3:30 appointment she says nothing I have a seat, there were two other young lady’s waiting also (not sure if they had an appointment or just walk-ins ) so about 15 min later she comes to me and ask that I pick a color. I’m then seated again only for her to take the two young ladies to tables to get their nails done(which was fine I’m understanding) so time goes on it’s now 3:40pm I know because I’ve been doing school work on my phone, another young lady comes in and says she’s a 3:30pm appointment they tell here to have a seat at the table, now I’M LIVID because I cant believe this so again Im trying to understand, Now they realize Im still here and she takes me back to get a pedicure Im like no ma’am I came to get a manicure not a pedicure so she takes me to another chair to sit in now its 4:20 pm I sit another couple of minutes then I politely leave. I said that to say this I HAVE NEVER HAD MY FEELINGS HURT AS BAD AS THEY HAVE BEEN HURT TODAY, I know it can get overwhelming sometimes but you should not BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER THEN WAIT ALMOST TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN, I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

I enjoyed the full experience! Quality work. I was not disappointed ! I really love my nails! I will be going back !

My daughter and I just got our feet and hands done and they were awesome. Tee, Quin, and Mercedes had some of the best attitudes and their customer service was excellent.

I’ve lived in Homewood for more than 30 years and have religiously used the same nail spa for 20 of those years... I just visited Lakeshore Nails & Spa for the first time and am HOOKED for life! Fabulous work, very relaxing, very clean, sweet owner and nail technicians. I highly recommend!

I had a fabulous experience here! I booked an appointment online for which they offered a 10% discount. I only booked an hour ahead of time and they were ready for me. I got a gel manicure with an accent nail. Anna did such a beautiful job giving me perfectly shaped and painted nails with a cute valentines touch. They were so kind too! Highly recommend.

My girls and I visited this nail shop today for a fill in with nail repair and full set. We have had our nails done on many occasions at this shop. Our charges were more than they have ever been and we were not informed of the additional prices for custom nails. Eric is great but Quin did not do a good job. I was there a week ago where I waited for two hours to have sns nails removed and I was the third person in the shop when it opened. I figured it was just a bad day for Quin but obviously this is who she is.. slow with no sense of urgency. I wont be visiting again.

My name is Cece, I really appreciate this location. We have been traveling/driving RV life vacation around USA for last two months and needed a break to replenish and refresh our selves with a great spa day of pedicure and manicure and they did a fantastic job. They were nice, professional and the space was clean and had a great vibration. They had complementary wine in which was a nice surprise. The chairs were great it felt good to take a break from driving and indulge ourself. Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming. I would definitely come back again if in the area. Thanks

IT WAS GREAT! My sister and I went in after going to a different salon with rather horrific nails and they made them BEAUTIFUL!!! Everyone was so polite. It was so relaxing and quiet I almost fell asleep getting my pedicure. I HIGHLY recommend coming here. We did wait a bit, but the salon was FULL so the wait was completely understandable. 10/10. Loved it! Be prepared to leave fully satisfied!!!!

What a beautiful place! I went in the middle of the week and that’s probably the best time to go. But the owner immediately greeted me and confirmed my appointment. They were already getting the water ready for my pedi! Asked me if I wanted something to drink as well. I loved Anna she’s so quiet but very detail oriented. The owner gave me a few dollars off for using their appointment system. Would def go again when I’m back in town!

Eric was superior in my fill in. Very attentive to details and shaped my nails like I requested. Anna is the best in doing pedicures. Her scubs, nail shapes and leg massage was on point. Customers service is very professional. Business is clean and close to my home. Maria was awesome, and patience with me for my Brazilian wax. I am a new client and will be returning.

Phenomenal nail salon! I have been there three times since moving to Birmingham and have always left beyond satisfied with their services!

It was ok pedicure ok still had a little dead skin on my heel paid 40 for that.. And paid 65 for matte nails and two was uneven i caught one before i left but didnt catch the other one. And by uneven i meaned he filed to much on one side of my nail. Overall nails look decent, i like good customer service and great quality... Someone who takes pride in their work. And i made an appointment online..They had good reviews but they didnt impress me. Maybe it wasnt a good day i dont know

Quynh was incredible. She was very meticulous with trimming my cuticles, shaping my nails, scrubbing my feet, and OH MY GOODNESS... that foot massage was the best I’ve ever had. I had an excellent experience at Lakeshore Nails and Spa. The manicurists were professional and wanted you pleasee.... I had two manicurist work on me and both did a great job in not a lot of time. I also had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. Great job as well. I am very pleased and I hope to go back there soon enough

I love love love this place. I take pride in my nails and I love having a relationship with the staff. It’s very hard for me to find nail techs who can do long nails...they usually mess up the shape or drill too thin. At Lakeshore Nails and Spa,Quinn the owner is a BEAST with nails. I have had my current set on for 3 weeks now and no breaks at all.Quinn and the rest of the staff are so amazing,quick and friendly...and they definitely have a loyal customer when it comes to me. ❤️

I have known the new owner of this shop, Quynh, for years. She is kind and cares for her customers and friends. She does quality work, takes the time to make sure you get a great experience, and will cater to what you need. Every time I leave my nails look and feel wonderful! As the owner, she makes sure you are pleased with your nails before and even after you leave. Quynh and her nail salon are highly recommended!

I just got my nails/hands done for the first time in years for my daughters wedding. As a truck driver, they were in terrible condition. The new owner did them. She also removed the callouses from both hands. I knew how good she did by my daughters reaction. I will be going back . They were wonderful and even made an old truck driver feel comfortable and welcome.

Today my husband and I visited Lakeshore Nails & Spa and once again, Lena was amazing. I missed seeing her handsome and sweet baby Neil, he is adorable. I was a little jealous because l know how well Lena takes care of her client. Lenas nephew worked on me and it was just as amazing. Lena is such a beautiful person inside and out. She fussed at me today because I had been away for so long, but thats what family is supposed to do and I love her for being true to her game. My girlfriend and I came to get pedicures done today. We thoroughly enjoyed Lenas company! She was very nice and funny and really made the experience for us. Her nephew did my girlfriends pedicure and she was very happy with her experience with him. This was my first pedicure but I think that Lena did a great job. Between the massage chairs, excellent pedicures, and a complimentary drink.. we didnt want to leave! We will definitely be coming back.

My pedicure was relaxing but I didn’t enjoy being forced to get gel or the constant question if I wanted my nails done ! I just simply wanted to relax the whole pedicure was me being questioned about getting nails done on tile of that there was not enough scrubbing on me feet my feet still appeared to have dead skin on them and I don’t have bad feet at all ! Recently moved back to the area, damaged my real nails when the tips broke off under my gloves while moving, my nail tech Quynh was AWESOME!!!!! she took the time to ensure no further damage was done while removing the leftover tips and SNS off my nails. She able to add tips back on my nails & make them look natural and at a length that would not prevent me from breaking them when im at work or out playing at the park. The facility is VERY CLEAN & easy to access off the busy road

Lena is great she does natural nails. She has a variety of gel polish and SNS polish. She has a great personality that keeps me coming back! She is bu appointment only but totally worth it and sticks to her scheduled times. Just give her a call and arrange a great appointment!

Visiting here in Alabama...found this Gem! Owner was not here upon arrival...but called the number listed. She answered & in about 20mins she arrived... instantly felt comfortable & relaxed. Her hospitality & professional manner was calming and inviting. Enjoyed talking to her...will return!

I absolutely loved my first time experience with Lena! Although it was late and I was last minute, she still greeted me with a welcoming spirit and my choice of beverage! Being fairly new to Birmingham This place had good reviews so I chose to go. Pedicure was done..feet felt the same and looked the same, besides the toe polish. When getting a pedicure, I was always given a leg massage, dead skin & callouses carefully removed to my satisfaction etc.

Lakeshore Nail is a great place to get a pedicure, manicure and waxing services. Lena does a wonderful job and Candace is a good addition to the shop. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Lena continues to make improvements to the shop in order to make her clients happy. I enjoy going there as a getaway for a few hours. Pampering at its finest!!
