The lady V rushed to do my daughter nails and my daughter nails looked as if it was done two weeks ago.

My nails were done last week here and I asked what the cost was for them to use 2 shades and the guy that was about to do my nails said “ that’s called a hombre style and it’s $60 just so you know” which automatically had me like, um okay and? I’m paying you don’t assume I’m poor when I’m coming in here for your business I’ve never been to this one particularly before. Then does my nails and they’re so think I had one break within 3 days and the others have followed. Can I post pictures on here? Cause I’ve NEVER HAD ACRYLIC NAILS FALL OFF FOR NO REASON IN UNDER 2 WEEKS! They also are NOT EVEN! THATS PROBABLY WHY THEY ARE COMING OFF. You can see they have barely grown. And the nail polish is coming off so bad! It’s not like they were busy either I was in there alone with two employees. I’m not even going to bother going up there and try to get them to replace them cause I already know that won’t happen without me having to pay more money for the same service. And I did leave a tip I’m not that kind of person. No thank you from them when I left or have a good day. HOW DO I INSERT PHOTOS?

**UPDATED**Horrible experience! The gentleman put two THICK coats of polish on my nails without giving them sufficient time to dry and then applied a thick top coat. I went to the drying table and, thanks to a clock right in front of me, sat for 30 minutes waiting for my nails to dry. After that time I asked Vi if she had some drying spray. She said no, felt my nails and said I was good to go. I picked up a few things from Walmart and noticed that 3 of my nails had places in them now despite being super careful. (And 30 minutes of dry time) I went back and asked if they could be fixed. Vi stood over me as she put acetone on her fingers and rubbed away the bag spots. She then put yet another THICK coat of polish on and immediately followed it with a top coat with no time to dry in between. Again to the dryer. After 10 minutes I noticed that there were brush strokes in my polish and the new coat doesnt cover the edges of the former coats. I asked her to come over and showed her the problem. By this time I was pretty done with this whole nail salon. I asked for my $14 to be refunded so I could go somewhere else. I was given a hard NO. She offered to take off the polish and reapply and take her time this time. Quote is hers, not mine. I told her that I would rather just have my money back so I could go somewhere else. She then called over the guy that originally painted them and told him I was complaining. I asked him again for my money back. No! She then proceeded to start recording me asking for a refund. I asked if she was recording me, told her that she did NOT have my permission to do so and then asked if they were owned by a parent company. She said no. (They are, in fact. They are a franchise of the Regal Nails umbrella company.) She started recording me again and asked for a picture of my nails. I told her no this time and stated again that she did not have my permission to record me. I informed her that I would be talking to authorities about the illegal recording and she said You dont have any proof. She offered a refund AFTER she got a picture. I asked for my money first and she refused again. I called the parent company and I was told that they dont handle refunds and I would have to wait for their Vietnamese translator to call the shop and call me back. Horrible experience. Needless to say, I will not be back and I hope that anyone reading this avoids the same kind of hassle I had.Update. After talking to the home office of the parent company and also sending pictures of my nails, Vi and Tony still refuse to grant my refund. Their claim is that they fixed them once and thats good enough. As you can see in the pictures, it really isnt. Please, please avoid at all cost!!

This review is specifically for Tony. Wow! He truly takes pride in his work and always accommodates my custom requests. The man can do regular, acrylic and dipping so well. He never rushes or skips corners. I have been to many nail salons (all of them high-end and highly rated) and nobody does it like Tony. I am never disappointed with him. He also has a kind personality and will make an effort to get to know his clients. I am not much of the talking type and he also accommodates to my shy personality and I feel comfortably peaceful sitting in silence watching him do my nails (when I do not feel like talking). He truly has a talent.

My favorite nail salon! They have dipping powder as well as others. So far his my favorite with so many colors to choose from. This is number girls rule. I had my manicure done by ! I really like how does manicures I usually book with her, but she does a great job as well. Its and well worth it! 10/10 recommend !

Ive never gotten this great of an experience at a nail salon. Tony did an amazing job on my gel mani! He was meticulous and provided great customer service. I will definitely be going to him from now on!Overall I had a wonderful experience. The place is super cute and clean!

I have been going to see Vi and her husband for the 10 years I have lived off of 280 they are so sweet, always do a great job, and go the extra mile to make you comfortable instead of pushing you out the door like so many others salons. I always recommend their salon over any other and anytime have family in town or a special occasion we all do manicures and pedicures with Vi at Regal. I myself go every other month and always will.....love you guys.

This was my first time here and Im so mad that I didnt try this place sooner! Vy is the best! I got a pedicure and an acrylic fill-in for my fingernails and she did an awesome job! She took her time and even recommended a better polish and service option than I thought I needed!I love my nails and Ill definitely be returning to let her take care of my hands and feet from now on!

Where to start....Waited forever to get nails done, small color gel selection, trimmed my nails super short, tech took a phone call while he was doing my nails, used the same bowl that the previous customers hands were in with washing it, and he had to redo nails at the end because he went too fast. A few days later I am already seeing the polish peel away because he didnt use a gel top coat.... horrible

Im new to the area and trying different places for services. I needed a manicure today, and forgot to make a reservation somewhere. Vy slipped me in and I really enjoyed hearing from her clients about how much they love her and her venue. She did an awesome job on my no chip and Im loving it!

Great experience as a walk in. Im looking for a nail salon since Im new to town and Ive been trying a few places. This is one of the best places Ive been to. The prices are manageable and the service is great! I will come back for another mani.

Im here in Birmingham for vacation and wanted to get my acrylic off and get a shellac mani. Vy worked on my nails and did an excellent job! I like that she was considerate of my comfort and asked me to stop her if the sander started to burn my fingers. I would definitely come back when Im in Birmingham!

I went Monday to get a fill- in. I end of getting gel polish cause it supposed to last longer. My polish is coming off and it hasnt been a week yet.

Vi and her husband own the salon and have been at the location for 15 years. I was referred to them by a colleagues. I wasnt interested at first because my expectations were not high for using a service such at that, from Wal-Mart. (bad hair experience years ago). I have rough heals and have never received such a wonderful and perfect job as Ms. Vi did. My heals have never (not since I was a baby) been so smooth. She did a great job with the entire pedicure. I will be using them every time!!

The staff is very nice and willing to make your experience as pleasant as possible. The nails are great!

I was here with my mom today, it looks like they changed the new owner and the salon space was so beautiful. Its been a long time since Ive been here

I went to get a fill-in and it took forever! The nail tech literally took 40 mins to do my nails and I didnt even get color! He sat his phone and watched a movie while he did my nails, so I finally decided to leave. He got up to get his phone, walked around for a minute and everything.

They dont have enough help.

I have been using Regal Nails here for 10 years or linger....my momma too.....I wont go anywhere else!
