LOVED COMING HERE!!! I received great service and they were super professional. I usually feel super nervous going into nail salons but it was a great atmosphere and I felt really comfortable. My nails look amazing and my pedicure felt great. I checked reviews before I came, and they were 100% spot on! 5 Star Experience! I will definitely come back regularly (:

AMAZING service! I think I have found my new nail spa. I tried this shop on a whim because my nail tech moved. The pedicure was awesome and so was the SNS application. They were also clean and sanitized everything.

Very dissapointed in Jay Nails. They usually do a good job and I wont deny that but only when they are slow. I asked for a specific tech because I found someone I like and who took there time. Im not picky or anything. Ill use someone else but that was not an option. I called before arriving to see if she was available and got a dry answer and was told they didnt take appointments which was new to me. Then he hung up before I even finished asking any questions. He couldnt tell me if it was busy or wasnt a good time or anything. So I go, why does a lady and her kids walk in and they have an appointment that they were over 15 min late for. They get taken care of and im still sitting quietly. Then who I asked for I didnt get. It was just rude and I will not recommend anyone if they will be treated like me. I showed the tech a picture of what I was going for. He ignored me and said he cant do anything with that. In the 20 years I have gotten my nails done I h most time they are happy you agave a picture or an idea because they can help.with picking the color on the card.. have NEVER heard that.they are usually happy you have an idea and can help you with the color card. Then when the picture showed it was 3 colors he said it would be extra and I said that was fine. He came off as if I didnt have money for $5. Very rude and very unprofessional. I never leave but I left. I will Not be mistreated and pay someone who doesnt care about my money or time and the. To lie about the appointments, rush me, get up, wif they wont treat you right.. and walk off, get up, walk off. I will not recommend and no its not all the techs. There are some sweet people there. I wanted to bring my mom and glad I didnt.

If I could give a 10/10 I totally would. Jay nails is by far my favorite place to go get my nails done! They always do such a great job and are so kind! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! By far one of my favorite places in bham to get my nails done at!!!!

I got a mani/pedi yesterday and the color on my toes messed up HOURS after application when I put shoes on and my fingernail got messed up opening a can and they refused to fix their mistakes without charging me. I will not return.

They do a fantastic job, and are always so friendly!

Had a wonderful time! It was my first time there and I actually enjoyed not only the manicure but the talk we had with the workers! Everyone was so kind and fun. Totally recommend. Price was worth it too because they really took care of my nails

Jay did a dip powder on my nails. 2 days later my nail broke. This place is a joke. Jays nail spa is a joke. Jay dont need to do nails and just work the desk and leave the nails to Vicky.

Its really hard to find a good nail salon until i founed Jay Nail ! Theyre so friendly and welcoming. I got me a Mani/pedi and the service was excellent. My nails and toes looking fabulous and Im very pleased with the outcome. Go check them pout you wont be disappointed!

One of my friends told me this place was amazing and I can safely say that they were completely correct! The staff was so sweet and the were all very knowledgeable about their craft!

The nail techs who did my nails was so nice! She was very honest in letting me know I didnt really need to do a full set and I highly appreciated that. I was beyond pleased and didnt feel like I was being upsold to get more done. My nails came out amazing.

Their nail staff is so professional and they did an amazing job on my nails! I got my acrylics done here and they lasted over a month long! I recommended this salon to a lot offerings and family already!

I LOVE this place! Everyone is so nice. You’re immediately greeted upon opening the door and in my case, first name basis 😊 Jessie, Sierra, & Cindy never disappoint. They do THE BEST job. From start to finish it’s never less than perfect. The environment alone is extremely welcoming & I wouldn’t trust anyone else with a mani/pedi since finding them. So grateful & highly recommend! 👍🏼
