Fast service. Didnt wait long. Gel nails look very nice.

I had not been there since 2019 and the service was great then. However, my last visit June 2021 was awful. The young lady started texting on her phone then she started talking about her boyfriend to someone on the phone. She went into detail about everything which is very unprofessional. She did not remove the acrylic from under my nails which made the skin stick . I had to peel the acrylic later and my fingers hurt for a week. My nails were cute but she was very very unprofessional. Did not pay attention to the customer

Unprofessional. Do not take appointments. Service who they want. Say they’re closing early every other day. Gave me a run around for a week straight. Used to be a loyal customer. Not anymore

I love getting a pedicure because they massage your leg and feet. Also I love the massage chair because it give your back a real workout. You be filling relaxed when you leave.

I first visit another nail shop sat in about 28 -30 mins without the service started I left there went cross the way to Nail Palace...excellent service beginning to end Thank Yall

I just started going to nail palace... I have long nails and they kept charging different prices... and the quality was trash...I still have them a chance...I came in the shop at 945 the nail tech did not show up until 10... but she got there she still took her time... I did leave thus nail shop until 1230... I still let that pass then she puts nail polish on my nails know it was a bad polish... I leave out the shop I talk a look at my nails and it’s coming up on the sides... u know that I pay d for gel right... I was livid...I go back on wait another 20 mins to correct the polish... I had to get my nail redone in less then a week...I go back nail palace to let her know about the polish... she’s says Oh that was the polish... I like I know that...I end up walking out took my business to somebody else...No acknowledgement of what was going onNo apologyAnd nevered tried to make it rightWe as black peoples should not support businesses that can’t acknowledge when they do something wrong...These businesses make money off our neighborhoodThey would not be here without our hard earned moneyTrash customers service!

The workers sometime have attitudes out of this world......but nails are cute

They could clean the place up a little you could use a good thorough cleaning. Also they could use new or sterilized materials for mani and pedicures they use the same stuff for everybody

Do not get SNS dipped nail service here. My nails were big and lumpy and the top coat came off leaving them discolored.

See Tom or Mee mee they be hookn it up! Decent prices. If youre pressed for time you might want to rethink it. Tom is fast though. They just always have a wait. Once in the chair out in 12-18 min for just nails. I hope this helps!

Came in to get one nail fixed at 6:44 and they told me they were closed. Hours online say 730 and the door said 8 was the closing time

Nails on fleet. But the massage chairs dont work. If u get a pedi get the massage... No good when u still whin up

I asked the person for a pedi i advised her i would like to soak. She told me she didnt have time.. Anytime you put volume over quality its not going to turn out right.. I wont be back.

Never been to a nail salon that doesnt ask u what u want before cutting ur length i went in wanting long rainbow nails but when he cut my nails they was too short so i had to switch up what i wanted and showed him a pic and he still got it wrong i wont be going back

I went to go get my nails done and they were super rough and the tech cut my toe nail so low to where it’s irritated now🌚. However, they are good at what they do my toes are super cut lol

I walked in and wasnt greeted at all, there was one nail tech on duty and he was rude.

Took a friend and was told one price by the nail tech. When she got ready to pay, she was charged almost double. Very bad business. I think Ill take my business elsewhere.
