Theresa did my pedicure. She was very polite and listened to my requests. It was a great experience.

This salon was not worth the money spent. The pedicure I received was poor quality. After being looked over twice while my name was on the list and being patient, I wish that I could’ve received great quality. As a first impression, this was not good service. For future recommendations on pedicures ask for Devin. All of his clients were very pleased with their nail quality.

Amazing friendly place, neat and clean. My pedicure was professionally done well. Carol has done my manicure for the past ten years. Carol is a lovely person very and professional. Carol always makes sure her customers are satisfied with their services. Come in you’ll keep coming back.

Listen overall i have to say the lady was super sweet she seems like the boss, her job was amazing I love my nails, BUT she did what she wanted or suggested that would look cute on me and not what I wanted done on my nails . The more I kept telling her I didn’t want white tips she kept insisting. So I can’t go back to a place that won’t do what i Pay for .

Got a pedicure but because I didnt want the deluxe I was given a man who appear to not know what he was.doing and had no conversation...Everyone should be treated equal whether they get the Deluxe or not.I WONT BE RETURNING!!!!!

I got a pedicure and my eyebrows done. I went there to relax and take a break from my school work. The tech was in a rush the whole time. When I had my eyebrows done, the lady was in a hurry too. I thought getting a pedicure was supposed to be relaxing. They totally ruined it for me.

Nancy is great as usual HOWEVER for my last 3 visits Carol the owner tells me shell do my nails but by the time my feet are done she wants to push me to another day...Sweetheart you want these dollars are ya dont! I guess I like designer nails and thats too complex IF SO, just state that.

Overall was good as far as clean and nice they tried to make it right but they seemed to be in a hurry and that caused her to cut my cuticle to far back and so I bled some but everything else was ok

The tech did a good job on my full set and pedicure but they charged me way too much for the service. I asked twice for sandals after I got my pedi but she acted like she couldnt understand me. They were friendly but they reemed me with the price. I wont be returning

The owner is rude!! I stated getting my pedicure at 10am and was also getting a fill-in on a Saturday and didnt leave until after 1. They put you in water to hold you and they take there regulars first!!! Over priced poor work on nails and toes!!!

My husband and I both got pedicures. It was his first and he had a good experience. I also got a manicure with a parafin treatment. I have never had a manicure last this long. One full week to the day and my nails and cuticles are still perfect. I wish I could remember the ladys name so that I could give her the credit. We will definitely be back the next time were in Birminghan. Good prices and thorough staff. Clean and friendly.

My nails are legit bumpy, super thick, and she got the acrylic under my nail and didn’t try to file it out. they look so ugly. the workers are nice but it’s a waste of money don’t go here

I just moved to the area and have been looking for my go to salon. This was the second place Ive tried and my search is over! I was immediately greeted upon entering and was told there would be a short wait for my fill-in. The wait was maybe 5 minutes came and got me settled at her station. We chatted a bit about the current set I had on and my concerns and what I really wanted out of my salon experience. After deciding to go a different route than the fill-in I came in for, she handed me a basket of over 500 gel nail color options! While I was looking she went and got a hot rice bag and placed it around my shoulders. Then she got started with my nails. Everything about my experience here was amazing. My nails turned out perfectly and the price was right. I will definitely be back!

They were nice, but I got my nails done on Saturday and here I am on Tuesday with chipped and lifting polish. My nails werent shaped evenly either. Definitely do not feel like I received the quality in which I paid for.

Its a nice place but it cost me $40 to have my nails done. Thats a little too much if you ask me.They do great work though. My nails lasted around three weeks. I got to pick the color I wanted as well.

This is my new go to spot to get my nails done! I came in today with an acrylic french manicure from another salon that was too pink and not natural looking. Teresa graciously took me in and fixed them to my liking. She patiently tried to find a solution to make them more natural and to remove the previous gel that got all over my cuticles. They turned out wonderfully! I appreciate how much time and effort she put in. Talking me through everything and was very cautious/thorough.Teresa and Andy was super nice and welcoming, as if we were friends chatting about whatever came to mind. Came in an hour and 10 minutes before closing. Told them what services I needed. They proceeded to do my pedicure. After they finished the manager told one of the workers that I would have to come back tomorrow. I explained to the nail tech I have to work the next day and wont be able to come back. If I wouldve known that I wouldnt be able to get a gel fillin which is pretty quick I would have never gotten anything done. The way the manager treated me was so unprofessional and she wasnt sincere. I will never do business with these guys ever again!

The Pedicure Techs are good but the Nail techs are unprofessional, I been going to them on and off almost a year. WOULDNT RECOMMEND. They try to overcharge you for simple things and things they cannot do well. It’s a different price for the same type of nail style, every time I go, it’s higher and higher, they are very argumentative . Every time I go get my nails done there it break the next day or two and they still try to charge. The owner takes her time to get to you and she wants to do your nails her way. I miss when Chris was there he was THE ONLY ONE who could do them right and he’s back to ATL . So it’s a no!

I wasnt going to write a review but I decided to because I felt like others should know my experience. I have been going to this place for years. But obviously they got too big and the respect is gone. I got a pedicure for myself and a full set for my niece. They dont have the right prices on the board so dont go by it always ask, I always double check anyway. But my pedicure was fine until the guy couldnt put on my shoes and threw it down. I said never again let that side, so I made sure my niece was getting regular polish instead of gel. The guy said it was still $35 because of the size.. So I asked the owner about this isnt a $35 length shes 13 we cut them any lower she wont have any nails. So she said $30, now mind you everything was fine until I questioned the price. Then they told me to pay for my niece and he had just put her nails on. She wasnt even close to washing her hands. I said Im wait until hes done to pay. He stops doing my niece nails to write up the ticket. Note now he is nowhere near done and its pack. Still trying make me pay now. I said no can I wait until you done, he even was being rude to my niece after this.. Never have I had to pay as soon as the nail was formed. They kept saying it I kept saying Im not paying until he done with my niece hands. Because at this point if a mistake is made you will fix it. Then on top of this it took him an hour to do the full set because he kept getting up leaving. So after he was done he gets up runs over to me with an attitude and say Im done now go pay. When he was just supposed to take it over to the owner. Nobody corrected him for running in my face and I said you can take that paper to her Im pay. Never go to this place again and to the lady who said this is just how they do. No you dont do business like that because you mad I question the price and nobody else was asked to pay like I was at least get to the part where its time to wash your hands. Not as soon as you form the nail with the material. NEVER AGAIN THEY GOT TOO COMFORTABLE AND ARE VERY RUDE AND RACIST. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US OR IF WE LEAVE HAPPY ANYMORE.

I read all of the reviews....had to make a tough decision, with the benefit of no doubt I decided to take a chance.....a nice place and friendly staffs, the guy helped me and did my nails....asian long hair...I think he might be the owner. Anyway, had finger nails, toes and eyebrow done...in the process of getting my nails done I asked him how much was everything going to be....he said $81....I spent just that....but did not get $81 worth of things done. I asked for French style with gel powder since it last longer and cost a little it more....the older lady put white polish....instead. so just be careful you get what you ask for. I didnt say anything because I know myself I just want go back to them.

The staff is so rude! My sister and I went to have our nails done.. acrylic full set.. she paid $30 and they charged me $45!!!!! For the exact same service. Not to mention the lady is so rude.. acting like she was too good to be doing my nails. Not going back !

Don’t visit this business! I took my teenage daughter to get a pedi for a school dance. First time customer. Instead of offering all of their prices only offered the highest packages. Never again! I don’t like to be taken advantage of. The owner was also extremely rude!

I stumbled upon Luxury Nails & spa! The staff is very nice and did a perfect job on my pedicure. They are open until 8pm every week day which is super convenient!

It was a relaxing mother/daughters day, (with my 2 adult daughters) out for pedicures. The techs were so friendly. The best part was getting my legs and feet massaged after the pedi was done. And oooo wee the hot towel wrapped around each leg was really nice. Not too many people can stand the hot towels though. They are really, really hot.

It has taken me a long time to find a place to do my nails,pedicure& eyebrow wax. I love this place& this is where Ive been going for a while now.They are even open on Sundays as well. Its hard to find a nail shop thats open on Sundays.

I go during the week so I dont have to wait long and the service is way better because they really take their time. My pedicures are always nice and the massages are great!

Absolutely by far the worst experience I have ever had. They could not understand anything that I requested. Didnt get my finger nails done the way I requested. Had to redo my toe nails because he used the wrong kind of polish, at least that is what the manager said. They offered to redo my nails too, but I had already been there for three hours. I will never go back to this establishment.

I will NEVER step foot in this location again! Saturday, I went for a mani and pedicure, I explained to the male technician that I did not want gel polish being used on my nails because it chips easily. He insisted that he would secure the polish on my nails to avoid chipping. Today is Wednesday and my finger nail polish has chipped off. My nails looks as if I received this mani for weeks, I went to the location and showed the owner. Of course, she didnt listen to what my complaints were. YOUR TECH SAID THE POLISH WOULD NOT CHIP!!! To avoid any confusion, I left the location and WILL NEVER RETURN!!!

Went in to get a nail repair for the SAME nails that I had done here 1 week ago; Chris did them for me (guy in back with long hair) in short, they repaired my nail and all of a sudden couldn’t find the gel nail color that matched my nails!!!!! Keep in mind I got them done LAST WEEK! They proceed to tell me that they haven’t had the color in a long time..... HOW?!?!!!?!!! No help at all trying to find the matching color or anything. Needless to say I just walked out. Will be finding a new nail salon to go to!!!

I have been going to this place for years . i felt sorry for the lady because her and her husband were going thur divorce the place changed (looks, staff also dont offer drinks unless you mention it ) sometimes act like they dont hear you ! I got more upset this last time i was asked if i wanted a new color that they had just started doing .I asked several times about the price was told its the same so i agreed when it was time to pay it was 25 more dollars than usual. If anyone is like me i budget to get nails done . i was very upset !!! And nothing you can do about it cause then they act like they dont understand!!! Also all additudes changed when the owner came in . He comes in before they close .

The spa closes at 8pm on Saturdays. I took my daughter just to get her toe nails painted and I was told they closed early due to being short of staff. It only takes 5 min to paint toe nails. Since going here the past 10 years Ive noticed tremendous changes in staff, attitudes, and treatment. A tremendous change in a negative way.

Loved the entertainment they treat everyone like there close friends . I felt so happy when I left with great new nail design.

My wife went here to get her Toes and Finger nails done, French acrylic tips. They originally told her the cost will be $43. After everything was said and done my wife gave the lady $43 and she said $59. When she questioned why so much the lady became hard to understand and confusing. My wife paid the $59. It is a very nice and clean business. They will fix a mistake or poor job.

Never Disappointed!

I have always went here and I loved the service but this last time I went, the man completely butchered my nails. One hand is a completely different length then the other and they look awful. I am afraid to say that I wont be coming back in.

I go here on a regular and normally I see Chris and the staff is always nice. I came in today and Chris wasnt able to assist me right away and the fat Asian guy with the glasses told me he wasnt my hands and that I could wait on Chris to assist me and he had an attitude about it. The other guest were suprised and so was I so I made sure I recorded the entire thing he was rude for no reason and didnt want to touch me for some reason which was never stated . I will be reporting the business to the better business Bureau because thats no way to treat anyone although the rest of the staff is nice. One bad apple will ruin the entire bunch.

Scheduled appointment with Chris Saturday 01/19/19 for Sunday 01/20/19 @ 12noon got to shop at 11:30 got eyebrows waxed Chris doing someone else nails, they asked me to get my toes polished first did that its after 12 he still doing nails I paid for wax, toe polish and left. The service is horrible everytime I go I have a issue with these people. Whats the point in having appointment and still have to wait. Ill NEVER do business with them again NEVER I hate this place. Carol nasty as hell she did my bikini wax did not wash her hands afterwards she didnt even wear gloves touching me with her hands and soon as she was done she went and did a customer nails I did observe that. She did not change the sheet she did my wax on she just shook the hair off and did the same with the towel thats on the table how nasty.. In my book they get a zero nothing about this place is professional its all about the money... They are RACIST as well they show it often..
