Just had my nails done this past friday 7/23/2021 and they look horrible had to tell the lady to clean from under them acrylic was super thick nail shape definitely not what i asked for i will not be back

Good service but VERY EXPENSIVE! they overcharged me and my sister..I got a pedicure ($27) and asked for gel. My total was $52🤔 so you telling me since I want gel that’s 26 dollars extra? you definitely can go somewhere else with the same services for cheaper prices!

They do good on toes but she messed up my nails BAD. I had to just leave, the polish was obviously dirty leaving lumps but she was trying to force it. 55$ 🙃

Great service and they also serve wine while you get pampered. All of the nail techs are nice and does great work.

This was the best pedicure I had in a long time. This was my birthday gift from my sister. I will be back with my daughter.

Don’t bother making an appointment. I’ve done so several times and each time I still have to wait as little as 30 minutes and sometimes up to an hour. Don’t bother just walking in without an appointment because they’ll put you in a chair and tell you they’ll be right with you and then you’re waiting again and usually for much longer. I would suggest letting a two year child do your nails because they have a better chance at knowing how a clock works more so than these people.

I have been receiving services from Gadsden Nails since April 2021! I have received nothing but excellent services everytime!!! Today,, services were no different ...I received services from Cindy!... She did my S&S nail services! She did an awesome job!!! She was also very friendly!!

Ive been here 2 times now. Very clean there and the nail techs are skilled. I got a full set with gel the first time, it was perfect. They also had a lot of regulars come in while I was there. It was warm and pleasant

Don’t even bother making an appointment. The past three times I have come in (with an appointment ) it has taken at least an hour to be seen. The first time I had to leave with only a polish change on my toes because I waited so long for a pedicure and a fill in. Giving bad reviews is something that I do not like to do, but I am currently sitting in one of their pedicure chairs right now, and have not been serviced - it has been an hour over my scheduled time. For reference, it is on a Wednesday and my appointment was for 5:30. I am fed up with this place and will not be back. How they are still in business and manage to get good reviews, I do not know. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend unless you want to waste half of a day.

LAURA IS THE BEST!! 10/10 will def come back and ask for her. My nails are beautiful and the service was amazing. It is a little pricey but the service and quality is worth it.

Made an appointment for a full set and pedicure and waited 30 min just for someone to start on me. Then when the owner finished my pedicure he told me to wait a minute, that minute turned into 20 min. So finally I got up to pay for my service turns out he had started on someone else while I was waiting and had an appointment. Still had to wait another 10 min to pay. I spend way too much money here to be treated like that. I will never go to this establishment ever again. Not worth my money or time.

Waited for over 2 1/2 HOURS ON A MONDAY (which is slow ) just to be skipped, and not even have them try to fix the problem or admit that that messed up first and last time. Only reason I came was because my i said they where good but I’ll pass.0 stars

I’ve been getting gel manicures for years and never had an experience like this... unfortunately, it wasn’t a good one. I had a mani/pedi on Sunday. On my initial visit I was pleased. By Monday, polish on both thumb nails had completely peeled off. I normally go 2-3 weeks before needing to have them done. Tuesday most of the edges on my other nails had started to lift also. I went to the salon and explained what happened. He did repaint my thumbs (the two with no polish at all) BUT he did not do anything to the others. I pointed it out to him that I felt like they would peel just like my thumbs and asked why this happened and he said he didn’t know. He never apologized for the bad service or the inconvenience of having to come back to have it fixed. It’s Wednesday now and 7 others have peeled off. My toe polish has also started chipping, after only 3 days. Sadly, I will not be returning to this salon. Not worth the $95 I paid 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Great place. During covid Ive been afraid of getting my nails done but the people in this establishment all practice safety well. They wear masks as well as have hand sanitizer readily available. Even in the nail stations they have a barrier between themselves and the patron.

Amazing enough for me to drive from Calera twice a month! I love Kelley from day one! Thanks to my bestie, I have found the best nail salon in town! & the prices are amazing to. I get everything, eye was, nails and feet, plus they give you wine with your pedi! Yasss queen!

Overpriced and rude considering the number of shops in the area. The door says walk-ins are welcome, but on Saturday when I went people were rudely shouted a time to come back and basically dismissed. I called for an appointment and still waited at a dry pedi station for about 30 minutes. Received ugly looks when I didnt select to upgrade services this particular time. Also when requesting to use my own gel polish, was told I couldnt use the lamp for curing... huh, why? They dont do designs, the tech could only do square shaping I was told, then quoted an upcharge for what Id asked. I agreed, but should have taken her at the first word because the final work was shoddy and disappointing. The first time I went pre-COVID I thought it was nice, but service since (and I gave it a fair three strikes) has only been downhill. I wont be back.

Called and asked if they accepted walk ins or if an appointment was needed. After being told they accepted walk ins, I told them I was heading that way. When I got there, I was turned away and told to make an appointment.

First of all my nail tech was extremely rude and didn’t make any conversation with me, or reply when I tried to start one. Second I really loved my nails to begin with but is soon as they were done drying they started to smudge everywhere they were completely dry but if I touched anything there were dents all in them

This was my first time going in and I will probably never go anywhere else! Kay did my nails and every time I go from now on I want her to do them. I did not even have to tell her what I wanted, she just knew! Plus picked out an amazing color!! Definitely recommend this place and most definitely recommend using Kay!

I have been getting my nails done here for over 3 years and have NEVER had less than a 5 star experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and talented and their services are well worth every penny. Like any business, they have their peak times and they actually have several loyal repeat clients (I know by the way they greet them by name upon entrance and inquire about the wellbeing of their family) so I do recommend making an appointment if you arent patient enough to wait for the next available technician during those peak times.

I have been going here for months now. They are very friendly. I get fill in and gel polish for 35$. They have a huge variety of regular, gel and nail powder colours! If you have the chance to splurge get the Gadsden pedicure. Oh its so good. ❤️😍Also, they do stilleto nails really well!

Love the service, staff, selection and quality! The staff is always very entertaining and engaging which makes your wait breeze by! Other salons never have the color I want but Gadsden Nails mixes the perfect shade for me! Highly recommend!!!

I used to come here all the time but recently they have become rude, slow, and not quality. They take a long time and if you get one of the owners, they do a good job, but others do not do a quality job. I used to come here faithfully but after I was told that they do not do appointments on the weekends, only M-F and I responded that I couldnt because I work and was told so does 99.9% of everyone by Son. I will NOT be going back.

I love this salon. Yes Ive had to wait sometimes, but the service and the professionalism cant be beat. Ive learned to time it and pick the best time when its not so busy. Or I simply limit what I want done to what I actually have time for. I highly recommend them. LOVE IT

I love Gadsen Nails! I go here often for a manicure/pedicure. My favorite nail tech is Jenny. The staff is so friendly, respectful, and out going. I was offered a courtesy water and peppermint. My nails are always pretty and what I expect them to be. The service is amazing and I would recommend the shop to family and friends.

Im a very loyal customer when I find a place I like. I left my nail shop of years to start coming here because of the incredible service, atmosphere, and color selection. The technicians are friendly and great. Yes, there may be a wait at times but this is because they are new and from Atlanta. They wont hire just anyone to earn a buck so I suggest an appointment if you know youll have a rare afternoon off. I always leave with QUALITY on my hand and feet. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

If I could leave no stars, I would. For the amount of money I paid to have my nails done, the end result was less than stellar. I showed the lady the idea I had for my nails, and while she assured me she could do it, they came out awful. The acrylic was caked on and uneven, and she even forgot to do my accent nail, which resulted in her going over it with the glitter dip powder without removing the color she originally placed down. The process took forever and not even two weeks later, I had my accent nail peeling off due to being caked on so heavily. And the peeling caused me to have to remove the nail which was extremely painful and left a almost complete hole in my nail where it was so thickly caked on. Overall it was definitely more pain and more money than it was worth. I will never come back to this place. Not to mention their customer service is horrendous. There was an elderly woman whom you could tell she had had a stroke and had a hard time speaking that was getting her nails and feet done next to me. When she was getting ready to leave she noticed that they hadnt done the same color on both her fingers and toes. She requested that they change her toes to match her nails as she had previously asked. And the nail tech she had huffed loudly and rolled her eyes in this woman’s face. How rude and disrespectful. Just an awful experience all the way around.

Today was the most horrible experience upon receiving service for my nails.. my pedicure was mediocre not great at all... When it came time for my nails to be done.... I felt things weren’t going right and I was correct it went horribly down hill... it was so bad I didn’t want her to finish or touch me. I was holding back tears of frustration and anger... I let her know I wasn’t pleased with my services as well as another male in the salon they offered to fix it but I explained it was wrong from the start... I was still charged $95 for horrible unfinished nails.... by far the worse customer service I have received in my life... I went to my car and just cried. I will never recommend this place nor dare go back. Also the wait time was an hour... and their hours on the door are false. They say 9 pm but if you come to the door at 7:45 pm you will be told they are closed. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!

They are always great. Ive tried a lot of places and always end up disappointed eventually. After roughly 6 months Ive had no bad experiences with Gadsden Nail. They are my new go to for sure. 😊

Went in tonight with my friend and was told that they had already closed for the day. I let them know that I searched Google and saw their hours were until 9pm. A worker immediately came back with We stop taking customers at 8pm. It was 7:53pm. If you arent taking customers past 8pm, then you should close at 8pm and not 9pm. This place will never see any business from me!

Came to get a mani and pedi at 4 PM on Sunday. Was told there is a 2.5 hour wait. I decided to go somewhere else. After I walked out the door...they locked it. They do not close until 6 PM. Horrible customer service.

Very large and very clean salon, with reasonable prices, however, my husband and I waited almost one hour for someone to prepare the tubs and a tech to start our pedicures.With all that said, I will go again.

Terrible customer service. Theyll allow you to wait only to tell you they dont have time to do your service. And they lock the doors over an hour before the closing time printed on their door.

Great place and quality work but they are too slow. Need a front end receptionist and some structure. Otherwise good shop.

Sat down & was the ONLY person sitting in the salon, a lady walks in about 15 mins after me & was told to come sit down then very rudely I was told that it would be an hour to 2 hours wait for me to get my nails done. I ask the lady how come because I was there waiting before the other lady & she wouldnt say anything, there were plenty of workers there & all seats but 1 were empty there wasnt anyone even in any pedicure chairs, I politely told her its not very often I get an afternoon off & It would be about 3 weeks before I got another afternoon off & handed her the water i was given back. She kept pushing it into my hands saying HERE MAM TAKE THIS WITH YOU, I didnt come in for a water I came in to get my nails filled in & my toes done & was talked down to like I wasnt nothing, if the other lady had an appointment I understand but the sign also says walk in welcome, well I didnt feel that way and I certainly wont be back. I was prepared to spend a lot of money in there I was getting my nails done and also buying gift certificates for my mom and my daughter, but its ok I went down the road and was treated very nicely

These people are so expensive. They are very nice though. I got SNS powder and one of my nails is broken after 3 days, and their is no polish on either of my pinky toes and I paid for gel polish on my toes, it already came off.

Read the reviews on this place and decided to try it. This will be my 2nd time trying a nail salon in this area. The prices were a little steeper than the others, but well worth it. I made an appointment and was immediately serviced when I walked through the door. Was asked to pick my color out with no rush and was escorted back to the pedi area. A different man did my nails and I explained to him I worked in an office and I wanted my nails short, but still cute and trendy. He shook his head as if he knew exactly what I wanted. He cut and filed them round with a slight point to them. EXACTLY what I wanted. They were both professional, courteous, thorough and I didnt feel rushed I was even offered a glass of wine while getting my pedi done. I will be returning in 2 weeks. Thanks Ken and Sun!!!!

Very very poor service. She cut my nails without asking. Then got an attitude because I didnt want them cut. Since she already did it I wanted them even and she decided to cut them extra short and uneven. She also over charged me just to take off the polish and cut them which I didint want anyway. I did not let her paint my nails.

They used dirty towels on my legs and 3 days later, I had the worst breakout all around my legs from my knees to my ankles...yes, in the very areas that they wrap the towels. I went back to show them and they said I must have been allergic to the scrub (the same scrub that they used on my feet and the same type of scrub I got every visit). My feet did not break out. I could not walk for a week and had to be wheeled into the doctor for a series of steroid shots and blood work.
