Dandi was very knowledgeable in her craft. She also was very friendly and we laughed most of the session until the scalp massage. During and after that, it was sacred. I recommend the Woodhouse Escape!

I just left this place a little after 8pm. My friend and I were the last two clients left. I really do not want to write this review because I had a good experience at Wood House until I got to the register. When I got to the register my money was gone out of my wallet, which my husband gave me $150 when I was getting into the car on my way to my appointment, so I know exactly how much money I had, $20 for the tip and I was going to use my debit card until my husband gave me the $150. When I got to the register after my service, I couldnt find the $150, which is why probably I couldnt get my locker to open with the code I create when it was time to get dressed, so the short blond hair girl tried, but she couldnt either, so she had to call the tall dark hair girl who was at the register when we came for our appointment and she opened it with no problem. I didnt make a fuss because I didnt want to believe this was happening to me. My friend who was with me wanted me to call the police, but what was I going to say, I am African American woman and all that would have been said was that I probably didnt want to pay or Im a angry black woman, so I payed with my debit card and even tipped the guy who performed my service because he did nothing wrong (I dont think), so I hope he gets his tip. My friend looked in the car hoping to find the money, but we both know I put it in my wallet as soon as my husband gave it to me. On my way home I cried like a baby because thats why I came to Wood House because I thought I could relax, get great service and BE SAFE, which I was totally Wrong. Im not even mad, Im just hurt because I would have never thought this would have happened to me there. The person or people that took the money may God bless you and I will be praying for you. Whoever owns this business you need to watch your staff very closely because someone is stealing from clients.My credit cards and social security card was in my wallet and now I am freaking out because I went though identity thief in 2018. This is not to bash Wood House because the service was good and you would have had a loyal customer and wanted to come back next week until this happened. Whoever come to this place PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING CASH. I really loved this place and I will be praying that God get rid of the bad seed in there. I FORGIVE YOU, THANKS.

Coming to the Woodhouse was a birthday surprise for me and I enjoyed EVERY minute! The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was calming. The robes were so soft and plush and the mimosas were refreshing I had the full body sugar scrub massage and it was amazing!! When you book, ask for Daryl........you wont be disappointed😉 I will be booking my next appointment soon.

This was a wonderful place to relax. Brittany M gave the best hot stone massage I have ever had and my roommate in college was a massage theripist. It was so good that I booked another appointment because it is worth the 2hr drive to get pampered for a day.

Oh My! The experience was awesome. I got my gift certificate for Valentines 2020 and was finally able to utilize it.. I needed a stress reliever and this was a a good option. They are COVID aware and practicing guidelines.

This was such a lovely experience from the moment I walked in. This was my first time visiting a spa, and I must say I am impressed with the level of care taken here. Everyone was very thorough in making sure I had everything I needed from the front desk(Gina) to my Therapist - Kristen C. I had the Warm Spice Mud Wrap. KristenC. did a great job explaining what to expect during my visit. I will definitely be back and would recommend to friends and family.

Kristin is amazing! I’m a hairstylist and she had her work cut out for her during my massage. The whole spa is so nice and clean. Great service, and highly recommend.

Took my 94 year old grandmother for a day of pampering. The staff were very sweet to her and doted on her. She had a great and we will be back.

We utilize the services of this spa quite frequently- unfortunately lately it has become increasingly difficult to schedule an appt. By that I mean you book it online and it never gets made! Will be looking for another spa to frequent!

This was hands down, the best massage I’ve ever received. My masseuse was kind, patient and found all of the areas that were bothering me without having to tell her. I felt pampered and zen...exactly what I needed! I’m booking an appointment quarterly because this place is good for the soul!!!

My wife and I did a couples massage and it was Amazing! Darryl was amazing, he is truly gifted. It was like he could literally feel my problem areas. I left feeling light and refreshed.

Near perfection. I never give 5 stars but this place is pretty close. Everyone was so kind, I did not feel rushed and it seemed well organized. Not to mention my facial, massage and pedicure were all fabulous! Can’t wait to go again!

Why don’t any of the spas here have hot tubs, Roman baths or Jacuzzis that you can go in after your service? I’m just so disappointed

Amazing place!! I went with my mother, Darlene, to treat her for her birthday. It has been a long while since I’ve been to a spa. I am definitely returning to this one. Great staff, great atmosphere, and great service. They listen to what is needed and result desired by their clients and beautifully execute those needs, which garner great results. I had Justin and my mother had Daryl. We couldn’t rave enough about both of them, from their demeanor, personality, and expertise. We will definitely continue to see both of them for massages.
