Wonderful pedicure!! One of the best massages I’ve ever received- wish I could have sat there forever.

Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Jimmy for a gel mani/pedi. I have been an avid gel nail fan since they caught on a few years ago and he is the most highly skilled manicurist I have ever experienced. Aside from his skill of meticulously perfecting each and every nail, perfectly shaping he gives the BEST hand and leg/foot massage. I can’t even tell you how perfect my nails are, I get compliments all of the time. They are so perfect I get asked if they are press ons. Would give Qnails- Jimmy in particular a 20 out of 10. Definitely worth the time and money spent.

Sweet staff and they really provide a great service. I’ve sat in a chair for 30+ minutes waiting on a pedicure at other locations on 280. They take time and provide a great service.

Your average experience. Better prices than some places but it shows in the experience. Nice enough people, quick work, but overall not the best job Ive ever had done.they also did not do a good job matching my toe nail polish color to the SNS color I chose (but they did fine on my moms...50%).

My regular nail shop was closed for remodeling so I had to find a quick fix and boy do I regret it. The sns nails didn’t even last two weeks. go to oasis nail spa down the road. Better quality for the same price

This is hands down the best salon in Birmingham. They always do a great job and are insanely helpful, encouraging and fun. Plus....they dont charge an arm and a leg for the services they provide!

They are amazing. I got SNS done and it only cost $35 but stayed perfect for 3 weeks. i only had to get them redone because they had grown out.

Got an SNS manicure, & it was the worst manicure Ive ever gotten. They dipped my nails about 6 times, they were lumpy & smeared. I went somewhere else to get them maintained, & it took a lot of time & filing to get all the SNS material off. Their prices are good & thats why I tried this place, but I wont go back.

I prefer Q Nails over other nail salons. Ive been going to them for years. Ive tried other salons but they just dont compare. I live in Pelham and I dont mind driving the distance for good service.

Friendly and did great job.

Meh. Underwhelmed. Ok staff. I have better experiences other places.theres nothing fancy about it and they charge the same as everyone else. I tried gel nails on their selection and lost every one of them in less than a week. I mentioned it to the owner when I went back to switch back to powder nails and he didnt seem to care at all didnt offer to give me a discount or anything even though it was their suggestion to try gel. I wont be back.

Won’t go back...I got just regular manicure and they didn’t do a good job. The nail polish didn’t last more than 2 days. Worst experience ever!
