Dropped off two leathers in January to be cleaned for $105 and after 2+ weeks later, I received both back DAMAGED, BURNED, SMELLY AND STAINED. In person, I was initially told I would be refunded by check from an employee who spoke to the owner by phone. After another visit, I was told the owner was still out and someone will give me a call. Since I never heard back nor received a refund, I disputed the charge with my bank. 3 months later, this business tells the bank that the clothes were inspected and there was no clause for the claim yet I am still waiting to hear back from the owner in regards to a refund by check.COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLEDO NOT BRING ANYTHING YOU LOVE HERE!

We’ve always had a great experience with Mark’s - having my husbands shirts dry cleaned and our comforters. They are good about returning any items they find in pockets. Once they returned a bunch of my son’s guitar picks, but the best time was when they attached a thicker envelope after cleaning my husbands suit. They had found a bunch of r gift cards that were over $100 in value. They could have easily kept those and we would have never known, but they were honest enough to return all of them. That speaks volumes on what kind of company this is and how much they value their customers. We’ve been loyal to them because they are loyal to us.

New to the area and used this establishment 3 times and my first transaction was flawless and I dropped off on week day and had my clothes delivered the next day it was awesome. Although when dropping off my clothes no one took my card info and they had to call the next day after my clothes had been delivered for my card info not really a issue but the next times were much different. The following two times my clothes were not delivered next day and there routs are for Monday and Thursday only I was not informed of this at any point until I called asking about my clothes. After having my clothes delivered 4 days later I decided to give it a 3rd try and the fallowing week as I had more understanding of there process but they picked up on a Monday and had my clothes ready to pick up the fallowing business day. They did however charge me twice the same week as I guess they forgot to charge me for the previous week. Definitely not terrible service but just not expectation I had after my first visit. I unfortunately will not return after this 3 and final hiccup in the service I received.

This is the only place I trust to do it right!

My apartment complex is served by Marks cleaners and it’s pretty convenient. They have installed lockers on the site and all I have to do is drop off my clothes and wait for locker code when they drop the clothes back to my apartment. Overall, I think once you setup the account, the process is smooth. I also like how they’re good at communicating. Josh replies to all the emails and question within hours and it makes my job easy.I’d recommend to anyone.

Customer Service is not their specialty.I dropped off clothes on Wednesday morning through the drive through window. The lady said it would be done on Friday. I asked for delivery service so I had to go inside and fill out a form. Then there John or Jason said it would not be ready until Friday, which was fine since I will be out of town but there will be someone at home. On Thursday night I received an automated voicemail at 9PM; that they would be delivering and picking up clothes on Friday. Friday comes and goes with no delivery so I called at about 3:00 trying to find out what the problem was. I was informed by an employee named Katie, that my clothes was ready but there would be no further delivery because everyone left for a family graduation the graduation for the owners son. She said that she would leave a note to see about delivering on Saturday, that, it shouldnt be a problem. On Saturday we called to find what time they would deliver and no one was ever informed and that they dont deliver on Saturday. My husband had to go to pick up the clothes and was told there was a shirt not ready. He was told that they would deliver the missing shirt on Monday. On Monday we called about the shirt and was now told that they do not deliver to our location until Tuesday. We got the shirt on Tuesday and John (or Jason) called my husband to say the shirt was delivered, trying to apologize. Unfortunately I had to call him back because he told my husband things that were totally wrong.The bottom line is that this business has a very long way to go to on customer service. Family companies are great but there is no reason that one order should have so many untruths told in order to cover up for the fact that they left on Friday. Additionally, all employees need to be able to talk to the companies policies, even if they are only part-time employees. Because of these problems, we will definitely not be returning and everyone who asks (and some that dont) will hear about our experience.

Marks does a consistently excellent job with my clothes. They always look great, and my clothes are ready when they are supposed to be. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will continue to send my clothes to Marks Quality Cleaners and recommend Marks to friends. I have had no complains from my many friends who also use Marks.

Pretty disappointed. Asked if they could remove 2 easy stains from 2 shirts, same day. They said no problem. Picked up shirts with the same 2 stains later that afternoon. Owner offered a tiny discount but otherwise didnt seem to care that the shirts were still in the same unwearable condition they were left in.
