I just moved into this apartment community and I love it here. My entire process had to be the most difficult one yet but Paris the Asst. Manager did EVERYTHING in her power to make sure my experience was wonderful . Every step of the way she was there and was happy to assist in anyway that she could. Sarah the manager was great also in helping to make sure that everything happened in a timely matter. Everyone was super professional and I am so grateful to have such a wonderful leasing office staff. Without the support of management an apartment community is nothing. I give The Vue at Crestwood a 5 star rating and I definitely would recommend this community to anyone I come across!
I lived at these apartments for over three years and it’s a quite residence and neighbors pretty much Keep to themselves. I didn’t have any disturbance other then the remodeling that was being done. Just couldn’t do the increase in rent for a 1 bedroom. I was told I was getting a refund for my deposit and never gotten it. But, overall it’s a great place to live.
Update: They put alot of time and money into renovating this place. I lived up by the pool but I ended up moving out after they decided they wanted to build a gym where my apartment was. The pool looks so much better than it did.I just signed my lease and moved in today. I absolutely love my new apartment so far! These apartments are much cheaper than most in the area. They are centrally located and close to the Crestwood Shopping Center.I love how there are cameras in the parking lot and at the pool area.Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews.Rebecca is the assistant manager for the complex and she is absolutely awesome. She is very personable and lives on site. She is also a military brat which leaves me confused as to why there were negative reviews regarding the veterans who had previously posted.I have not spoken much to the other young lady working in the office but she seems nice. This complex is obviously not an upscale place but its a great deal for the price. If you get lucky, youll get an apartment with a great view. So far, I would highly recommend. I will give an update in a few months!
The staff at this complex is amazing! However, we have had a consistent roof leak issue and we are not even on the top floor. It seems ridiculous to me that this is a consistent issue. This complex really needs to fix their roofs!Otherwise, I love it here!
I really have enjoyed my residence here. The management is awesome. Maintenance is courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend these apartment homes to anyone looking for a great atmosphere.
No complaints. Cool place to live, great neighbors, and convenient to everything. Office staff is polite and seems to get things done efficiently.
I moved in before the new management took over because of the location and have stayed though the changes. I could not be any happier with the changes in the property. It is is truly a beautiful place to live, and my neighbors are super friendly! The new office staff is quick to respond and so far they have gone above and beyond to make my time here as enjoyable as possible.I look forward to spending the next few years here!
People in the front office is nothing like the previous management. Our apartment had a leak and the pest control guy completely stop coming after they got brought out. So in 4 months we never seen pest control. Place got roaches you have never seen before. Stayed there two years and they didn’t show any loyalty . The property Was way better when it was own by the other management and the twoLadies that ran the property was awesome.
I love my apartment here! The office staff is super nice! Sarah is by far the best property manager Ive ever met! Defiantly would recommend to move in here!
Having lived at The Vue for several years, I have seen significant improvements in upgrades to the apartments, their maintenance and the professionalism of the staff. These apartments are definitely a great deal for the money.
They recently did renovations throughout the property, its beautiful! I toured with Sarah, she was so helpful & professional. Highly recommend!
Pictures look nice but the housing projects are right around the corner. Proceed with caution
I have lived here for over a year. The front staff have been nothing but kind and extremely helpful. Whenever we have an issue, it is addressed in a timely manner. The view is absolutely gorgeous as well!
Everyone here loves my little bullies, and they all make us feel super at home!
Beautiful apartments and Sarah is awesome. So sweet and caring.
Obsessed with the new renovations! Justin & Sarah were so helpful when i stopped by for a tour.
I absolutely believe the woman at the front desk has a vendetta against vets after reading that other girls post about walking miles to get a spare key and having my own discussion with her. I explained that I was trying to find a place and using my BAH from my GI Bill to pay rent. She clearly had no idea what any of these terms meant, even after I thoroughly explained them all to her in laymans terms a civilian could understand.I was trying to explain that I would have my full time job supplementing my BAH which covered my monthly rent in full and THEN some for utilities. Instead, I think she was under the impression my only form of income was my BAH, so she brushed me off like some vagabond and I found better housing in Glen Iris, a lot better neighborhood than anything Crestwood area has to offer. Big mistake.... HUGE.
They could benefit from good customer service training.
My husband and I adore living here! Its quiet, convenient to UAB and downtown Birmingham, and the apartments are very nice.
Do not rent an apartment here. The staff is rude and very inconsiderate. The apartment was not ready when I signed my lease to move in nor did I get to preview it before I moved in. Every time I have had an issue it always takes 10+ hours for emergency maintanence to even come look into it. During renovations in my apartment I was not home but they left my front door unlocked and my back door completely open. Overall a terrible experience and very over priced.
Horrible experience with this place! Practically NO upkeep of the apartments and the tenants are most unfriendly and leave trash everywhere!
Very unprofessional staff. Horrible place to live.
The property managers are extremely rude and maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks or longer. This used to be a nice place to live, but these people are just slum lords now. What kind of property manager tells a disabled veteran to walk 4 miles to get a key when locked out?The apartments are super outdated and riddled with easy to fix issues that they dont fix. Only move here if you cant afford something else. The only good thing about this place is the view and cost per square foot, but thats not enough to justify moving here.Oh, and make sure you put your rent in their hands because when they get robbed they hold you responsible for their office being broken into. They will treat you like absolute trash over something that is not your fault.
Poor maintenance & management. Live 2 years with a roof leak and not permanent solution to issue. Was given a bucket to deal with roof leak when if rained
My family apartment burned downed some months ago due to an eletrical fire that was never our fault and property management apparently has no access to talk to anyone to try to compensate for the damages.
Its cool
