Seriously one of the best apartment buildings in downtown Birmingham. We got super lucky to be able to move in John helped us through the entire process and was super clear and transparent about everything.The building it crazy friendly we met our neighbors in literally the first day and they invited us out for drinks. We got to know the entire culture and environment and it’s super friendly and professional.Another big plus is the parking followed by all the technological features in the building. The security is on point as well you feel extremely safe with all Built-in feature.Looking forward to growing with this Business.

John was very helpful, informative, and responsive. The building is beautiful with tons of nice amenities. The lofts are very well kept. John answered all of my questions and they helped me see the building twice to make sure I am getting exactly what I want.

Currently a resident at Jemison Flats. Very professional, and friendly customer service. John is the best! Its nice to live somewhere, and have a management company that cares. I cant wait to see what the rooftop looks like when it is finally renovated!

If beautiful industrial chic loft apartments are what you are looking for, then Jemison Flats is the place for you! My unit has an enormous amount of floor space, spectacular views of the city, and excellent appliances. Each unit has its own unique floor plan and character. Amenities include a great workout room, secure parking deck, and the most beautiful courtyard (with large industrial waterfall fountain, grills, and fire pit) that I have ever seen. Many of my neighbors (other tenants) have become close friends, and people in the building are friendly and conscientious. Management and Maintenance are professional, responsive, and continuously working to improve their tenants experience. Nearby restaurants, bars, parks, grocery stores, businesses and attractions are numerous and within a short walking distance of the building. Jemison Flats is a fantastic place to live in the heart of downtown Birmingham!

Gorgeous property, tons of floor plans. Everything updated and super modern. I felt right at home from the initial visit and walk though with Paris. Super friendly & professional staff. Can’t wait to move in!!

Yeah the units are cool and the building is nice, but there is a new company running the Jemison flats (SPM now) and this is what happens:They increase right away everyone’s rent, up to +15%. I meant there is pandemic out there, not that I was expecting a lower rent, but this is too much and makes no sense. I see two answers here:ONE: people at SPM have no sense of reality, and therefore no compassion.TWO: just greed and no much to add here. Greed is one of the seven cardinal sins and it is for a reason.Either way, several tenants, myself and a few friends had to leave.They even use the most fake and hypocritical language to communicate with you as “we’ll be sorry to lose you from our community” while instead all they care is to kick you out and make more money. As you will see, they took my negative review and use it and turn it into an advertisement of their propriety. How low !! Advertisements are lies. No, they are not sorry at all I dont have positive feelings. No, they didnt align with the other communities, because the others communities did not force tenants out during a pandemic to bump up the rents. And no they havent update a thing as I know several tenants who have been waiting for over a year for a dishwasher and similar.SMP, there are better ways to run a business and make money than using your power over who doesnt.

Great customer service throughout the entire process. Andrew was just extraordinary. He took time to find lofts that would accommodate my lifestyle and pet. He sent several videos, pictures and information to help me make the best rental decision.

Couldnt say enough about how thrilled I am to be living at Jemison Flats - best property I have ever lived!

Have lived here part time for one year. Love it! Great location and great parking. Not the most glamorous baths and kitchens, but works for us.
