Hell on its own ghetto earth, live there and you will get jiffed, jacked (out of your money), vandalized, violated (BECAUSE THEYRE NOT TELLING PEOPLE THAT THE WATER IN EVERY APARTMENT IS POISONOUS!) Hair falling out and infection to the skin!) Heed anyone who decides to stay here, you just may die.

Formerly Dalewood Manor (also included with Royal Orleans) are the most poorly ran apartments that I have ever lived in!! WE HATE IT HERE!! The same water had been draining out of our bathtub for a week!! (This is the 5th issue with the bathtub in the almost 2 years that weve been here)After over 10 phone calls and visits we still cant use our bathtub and have to travel to my parents home with our children to take baths. Our air conditioner has not worked for 2 days, which they consider an emergency here, and no one has come to fix it!! We would not recommend living here to anyone and are moving as soon as our lease is up!! These apartments need to be bulldozed because the service here is PATHETIC!! After all of this, the people in the office have the nerve to be rude!!

Maintenance is sometimes delayed. They do cover a lot of apartments. Management is hard to catch in office at times via phone but normally can catch them via email.
