This place is nothn but a slum and should be torn down..awful place..I cant belive this place is not condemed

This was a nightmare they swindled me out of my deposit! Promised a unit that they did not deliver was very rude and nasty! The unit that the property attendant tried to make me settle for was missing closet doors and had a rat outside don’t waste your time!

I wouldn’t even rate a 1 need to be a 0 ! This apartment agency is Pathetic ! Been here two months and Had a water leak since day 1 and no one have Came yet to fix the leaks I currently have electrical problems and every thing is stopped up from the kitchen sink to the bathtub and bathroom sinks ! I have triplets and one have been bitten by a spider, my apt is infested with roaches as well and they told me they would send pest control ; that never happened ! I ’ve called and also went in to complain about them not coming to fix anything and nothing has been done so far! No rent will be paid and I’m sure I’ll be evicted but I refuse to pay them a dime with the condition I’m in with these kids and yes I do have a lawsuit and the health dept have also came out as well there have been four fires since I’ve been here and mainly due to electrical issues so I was told by the neighbors the office workers sit and don’t answer the phone and they are just plain lazY! I also had my apt broken into and tv stolen and went to the office and did a police report and they still haven’t replaced my locks . The outside of the Apts is not kept up at all it’s always trash on the ground and the dumpster stays full of trash and running over onto the ground attracting rats and all kinds of bugs ! Ive been at this complex for over 5 years now...have seen managers come and go...the first two managers I had were awesome: they evicted the troublemakers and made sure things got fixed. Now, the management SUCKS!! This place has turned from a quiet complex to the ghetto, ever since the Section 8 tenants have come around. People with kids that dont respect your space (playing and gathering all over your porch), managers that dont care about the safety of their tenants (they have an attitude of we dont live here, so we dont have to deal with the situation), the same managers that take FOREVER to send maintenance to fix a problem (when black water started rising in my sink, it took repeated phone messages and OUR DAYS before the problem was solved, and even now, theres a hole dripping water in my hall, in my bathroom ceiling above my shower, and an EXTREMELY wet carpet in those areas). The managers we have now are just too nonchalant about certain things going on (theres multiple groups of prostitutes that come to this complex for some of their clients that we spoke to the office about (we even showed a picture of a couple of the girls and were able to describe one of their vehicles), and all they said was We know who they are, call the police if there are any problems). I normally dont write reviews but PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE...IT IS A COMPLETE SLUM. Were actually trying to save money so we can leave.

I applied for a apartment got aproved they told me it would be a week i called every week for 3 weeks they told me oh it will be another week then finally they said we will call you...the apartments caught on fire and they never bothered to call and tell me that they gave our apartment to fire victums nor bothered to mention me getting my deposit back 🙅🤦😠

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star if I had the choice, I put in an application on 1/8/18 with the 50.00 app fee and I had to wait 2 hours for this woman to tell me she NEVER ran my application. My cashiers check didnt have my signature on it or who it was made out to as it was my first time dealing with a cashiers check. But I left her voicemails throughout the month of January and through most of February. Now I have to see if my bank will let me get my 50.00 back because I cant find my receipt. If property management is this neglectful and purposefully inconsiderate then they did me a favor!

Maintenance is awful, management is just as bad, I have contacted bbb and dhr, as well as fox on your side, cant get anything fixed, hvac will not cool or heat, and of course the water keeps getting shut off, have 3 children in the house, management has no concern for anything except collecting rent, takes forever after you move in to even get a lease, no one ever answers the office phone, when you do find maintenance guy he says he will be at your apartment asap, usually takes 3 days to a week before he comes if he even shows up then, so just saving up money to move somewhere else asap, rats and roaches everywhere, nothing but thugs, prostitutes and worthless druggies in this apartment complex, please rethink moving here, especially if you have children, this is not a good environment for a child, especially a young girl, drug deals going on daily and all through the night, people have no respect for the others living around them, they party all night... 8-3-16 water off again...

I would give this place 0 stars if i could ! My fiancé has been asking for two months straight if they could come fix our bathroom that’s clogged up and they have not done nothing they keep saying oh someone is coming, just making dumb excuses ! Doesn’t take that long to fit something or go check it out ! It’s ridiculous we have a 4 month baby and we can’t even take him a good bath cause it fills up fast then have to take the water out with a big trash can 😒 everytime we have to take a bath / shower !
