Was a great place to live. Lived there for two years and never had any problems until I moved out.I had a one hundred dollar deposit when I moved in. After I moved out, I was told my final water bill would be taken out of my deposit. After that, I would receive a check for the difference. I called and emailed several times. Each time I was told the same thing, that there was no damages to my apartment, and that the water bill was taken out. After asking about the difference, each time they told me that they would get back to me. I have to wonder if something shady happened to my money. Its bad business.

My living experience here at the Lexington has been fun. They are great apartments that are located near the biloxi beach and the mall. Most residents here stay to renew there lease. The pool and hot tub here are perfect, and well maintained, also the staff here are very friendly and easy going.

I’ve been living here for 2 years now and everything has been great. The staff has been a dream to work with from the beginning. The location is so convenient! Just minutes to everything (mall, beaches, local restaurants). I could not ask for more in an apartment. Definitely recommend Lexington Apartments!

I have been a resident of the The Lexington Apartments for many years even though the property owners have changed and there have been a turnover in staff over the years. I have enjoyed my stay here. I have been treated with respect and wherever I needed something repaired it was done in a timely manner. I have referred several people to the Lexington when they were seeking housing.

The apartments are nice. I have family that live in a ground floor apartment and Ive noticed that theres mold. Theyre pretty small(2br 2b) but fairly priced. A month ago, I went into the leasing office to arrange a viewing, the lady said shed call me back in a week when the current tenant in a ground floor apartment decides if they want to extend their stay or not. She never called. I will probably end up finding somewhere else to live because of this.I have heard that electricity and water bills are pretty high at these apartments. Im not sure if the collective cost of living here would be worth it.

Management in front office is nice. My issue is maintenance, which will be why I wont renew my lease here. Ive only encountered the same guy and hes always aloof. And Im pretty sure its race driven. It makes me uncomfortable & uneasy to even put in maintenance requests, which is ridiculous.

We’ve been living here for almost 4 years, every issue weather it’s been little or big have been fixed in a timely manner. The office staff Kimberly and Brandy have always been very helpful when ever we’ve come to them with anything. It’s a quiet safe place to live. I love our floor plan, our neighbors on all sides are quiet and friendly, and it’s close to everything. Please take into conserdeation some of the reviews that there’s 2 sides to every story. We love living here!

RACIST!I went into The Lexington to inquire about an apartment. Before they got any information from me the women there both said there is nothing available and they dont have a wait list to keep checking. The next day I asked a buddy of mine from base who was white to check on a place they were quick to get all his info and took about 30 minutes to talk to him the manager Kim even offered to call him if something came up.Serving 5 years in the Air Force and they still cant see someone past the color of their skin!

Beware of Thugs moving Pitt bulls in claiming they are service dogs so they dont have to pay pet fee New laws crack down on fake service dogsBiloxi Ms has turn into the slums neighborhood.. Pet feesIt’s wonderful when you find an apartment that allows pets. But you’ll probably have to pay extra for the privilege (unless your pet is a service animal). Landlords usually require a pet deposit in addition to the security deposit (legal in some states), a nonrefundable pet fee (legal in some states), and pet rent.

I have lived in the Lexington Apartments for 2 years and have had an incredible experience. The management have been punctual, pleasant, and friendly. They treat you more like friends and family instead of tenants. The maintenance crew are very friendly and extreamly helpful.Loacated so close to the shopping mall and the beach, the lexington apartment homes were everything I could have asked for in a cross country move! Im actually sad to be leaving my cute 2 bedroom unit.I definitely recommend the Lexington Apartment Homes to anyone looking for a nice open apartment unit with friendly staff and a nice community!

The manager has a very nasty attitude and will give you the run around about fixing things that are broke inside your apartment. Keep all your payment stub because they cheated my girlfriend out of her money saying she owed for a late fee that was already paid. Please do not rent from them because you will regret it.

Horrible. It had cockroaches & bedbugs when we moved in, parking is an absolute nightmare, they wont hire enough maintenance to fix everything, several months in after finally clearing the place of bugs, now the damned roof leaks. It has turned our 3 bedroom into a 2 bedroom because all they give is is false promises to fix the roof yet... nobody ever comes to do it. Run, run far away and fast DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Ive lived here going on nearly two years now. This is my second lease with them. A little background about my experience here:My first year/lease was amazing. Midway through my first lease here, a company bought over the organization/business that was managing at the time. I knew prior to leasing an apartment here that the water was something Id need to be paying for separately from my rent. As this was my first apartment by myself, I didnt think much of it. (A lot of apartments include the rent at a set price or dont charge for water, but this one does). This was fine, and I asked them while doing my research how much it was costing people on average monthly for water prior to moving here. They said it ranges from 20-40$ bucks per household. This was true for me during my first 6-9 months. Then it gradually got extremely expensive, peaking at close to $100 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Me and my roommate are hardly ever home and we DO NOT use that much water.I brought it to the new management teams attention, where I felt like I got a swift response, but delayed maintenance approach. Over the next few months the price averaged around 60-70$ a month. It is currently December and my water bill was just close to 70$ for November . I explained to Heather, the property manager that this was a deal breaker for me when I first brought this to her attention, and I have not had any resolve with this issue. I asked how this bill was formulated, and they average out water usage, and divide billing based on usage. TLDR: they get a huge bill, and split it by residence.I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with this apartment complex. I loved it very much when I first moved here, the location is great, but the new management team takes a very long time to get back to you about issues. The same phone lines are used, Heather is out of the office, or well get back to you, let me take your number. My experience is that they DO not get back to you, and Heather is ALWAYS out of the office. I did not write this review to be malicious, it is a factual account of what has occurred with my experience here. I did not let one occasion influence my review either, this is explanation of a trend that I have grown to experience here.I want any future residents to be aware of this place. You are going to be paying significantly more than you are bargaining for.Edited: I was at work when I wrote the review, I corrected my review with accurate billing amounts

The apartments are priced well and the layouts have great potential at the price. The problem I have is they do not appear to do any background checks on renters. Bugs are everywhere and it leaks in the apartment when it rain. You have to constantly call them to get anything done. Sometimes they dont answer the phone for hours. Please dont rent from here.

Horrible apartments. Where to begin? The buildings shake from the train close by, the gates are left open and the neighborhood has a less than savory element walking the streets at all hours, there is never enough parking and when you do find it you have to walk a long ways. Speaking of walking a long ways to get to your apartment the parking lot floods like a lake so not only do you have to hike to your apartment but you have to slog through ankle high water. I keep a very clean house and there are still bugs. The dog walk is a joke with a small strip of grass next to the fence where it floods. Not only that but most people just let their animals poop where ever. People there are not exactly what i would call courteous. My husband goes to work early on the base and people play loud music and movies til 1 in the morning. Ive complained about it but nothing is done. There are people cooking on their patios, hello fire hazard. They rarely clean the hot tub and Ive seen little kids in diapers in there. Can you spell disgusting? All of this while paying premium prices? No thank you. Second lease hello Arbor apartments. Stay away from this place.

Not a good place to live. Fence is falling down, security gates always stuck or totally broke, dog poop everywhere, broke down cars and motorcycles fill the parking lot so there is no parking, always noisy with yelling or someones damn car alarm going off for an hour. Damn I can go on for hours.Update. Not only is everything listed above still going on, if not worse, we have gutters falling/ hanging from the roofs, grass is over 12 inches tall, no landscape maintenance being done at all, couches, mattresses, and other large furniture peaces sitting under stair wells, and pool is always dirty. Yep time to move out.

ALL KINDS OF SHADY RESIDENTS DRUG DEALERS AND PROSTITUTION JUST TO NAME A FEW. MANAGEMENT IS INCOMPETENT AND LAZY . THE MANAGEMENT WILL EXPECT YOU TO PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME BUT THEY WILL NEVER FIX ANYTHING IN YOUR APARTMENT. I BELIEVE THESE ARE INCOME BASED APARTMENTS FOR LOW INCOME TENTANTS. Brandy and kim are the worse i spoke to in that area on renting apartments. They run ads like move in same day but of course dont have non. And the big kicker first month free if you move in before a time frame but cant tell you when one may be available and dont have them available. Apartments look pretty good. But no thanks for dealing with such.Even if they offer 6 months free. Bait and switch adverting on craigslist.

Our microwave blew and we called thursday morning while they were open. (I should know when theyre at work because they park DIRECTLY in front of my building so that all of the tenants have to park further away) they did not answer, so we left a voice mail. They were open for another 6 hours and no one returned my call. Friday night, most of the power outlets just stopped. Anytime we tried to cut on anything, the breaker flip. Called AGAIN and left another voice mail. it is now wednesday morning, and we called AGAIN a few minutes after they opened. (They hadnt even listened to the voicemails) DO NOT MOVE HERE. ITS IS NOT WORTH THE HIGH RENT. THE GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN. people use the entrance as an exit and have almost hit us several times. they expect you to pay your rent on time, but will IGNORE you for a week. the only spot they gave us to walk our dogs is a ditch filled with water that is bordering someone elses back yard fence so their dog will constantly bark at my dog. we have to walk in the street to avoid the dog feces because the ONLY area they made for us, is completely unsafe for dogs. I have to pull thorns from my puppies feet every time we come back inside because the grass is nothing but stickers, so it isnt good for children either. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You are charged for pest control (i use that term VERY loosely) monthly when they just walk through your living room and spray water once a year. it is NOT worth the money!! other than that, jennifer is very, very nice. so are the men that do maintenance

My husband and I moved here for a military training for 4 months. The price was better than living on base, even with the extra $50/month to have a washer/dryer included, the pool was awesome to have through the Fall, we didnt have a single problems with the neighbors and at no point did either of us feel unsafe. We really enjoyed living here! The management could have been more timely on some things, but we got along with the maintenance and management staff real well, which made for a better living environment. The location was THE BEST in our opinion, we were a 10 minute walk to the beach and the mall, 15 minute drive to Keesler, 5 minute walk to Walmart and near one of the cheapest gas stations and right off of an easy access road (Pass Rd.) to get to Diiberville and Gulfport for some fun times. Overall we really loved our time spent in Biloxi, and are very grateful that we found this apartment.
