I love this community!! The staff do a phenomenal job. They are professional, kind, and go out of their way to help me. I enjoy chatting with them for a minute whenever I go into the office. They are enthusiastic I about making this beautiful place to live and taking care of the community. Recently the office staff got the pool refinished and then threw a fun little party for everyone to celebrate! I am disappointed to see a couple negative reviews because that is not my experience at all, Grand Byscaine’s staff are excellent.The apartments are also nice: I enjoy the huge bathtub, walk in closet, and how spacious my one bedroom feels. I have a wonderful little garden (pictured bellow) that people always chat with me about! It’s so nice to feel appreciated by friendly neighbors. The amenities are nice, especially like the pool!I would highly recommend living here!

I moved in right on the third floor before the pandemic and it was fine. Until….the poorly renovated apartment I was staying at was falling apart. The “hard wood floor” was peeling off because when they renovated they just put new ones on the old ones. Our dishwasher was falling out because it wasn’t placed right. The patio had nails sticking out it. The walls are paper thin. The parking is ridiculous. We had issues with our roof leaking. And the management was not nice… only on occasion. Just because I’m young, the office would talk to me in an unprofessional manner. Anytime someone leaves a bad review they come back saying “we don’t have any records of you staying here”.

This entire apartment complex is completely bogus! The staff is absolutely terrible to deal with, it is like pulling teeth to get anything done in the apartments. They say that they put being respectful to the highest level. That simply is not the case. Also, the rent is over priced and outrageous. They also place crazy fees, is the only thing I can come up with when base rent for a two bedroom is 900 and something and your rent slowly increases each month. They give no regards to personal struggles. They basically say anything to you to get you in here and when you’re here you do not matter anymore unless you’re friends with the staff. Which, they care more about their specific few rather than everyone. If you have a problem and bring it to them you’re no longer even looked at the same. You receive rude, and disrespectful conversations from then forward. I lived here for years the first two were great, than it changed rent increased, and then the favoritism to certain others happened. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, save yourself the trouble and money. The staff is shameful. Do not be fooled.Edit to add that this is indeed the property I lived on.It’s been two years but definitely the same people in office I can insure by the smart comment given.

The Grand Biscayne leasing staff has been wonderful in all regards to their professionalism and reasonability. This is ultimately the only pro to living here besides their amenities. The rent is far too high for the quality of apartment they offer. For instance they look nice at first glance, then soon after the cover-ups and previous easy fixes begin to show through and become quite aparent. With this being stated, its also a long drawn out affair with every single maintenance need and its understood they are understaffed and have a great deal of work they need done. At the end of the day its a shelter over the familys head and for this were grateful.It is only by the Grace of God in Christ Jesus that we made it through all safely and so to is it for all that we come to receive the Savior for His Love surpasses all understanding. May we repent of all wickedness and come to know the LORD in all things, that He cares for us and is the only means of salvation! Jesus died for our sins that surely as He is risen we all can be born again into the Kingdom of God and be citizens of Heaven. He has defeated death and sin, they no longer have a sting, let us rejoice over this victory and choose Christ this day by inviting Him into our hearts so He can transform them and renew our minds by His Spirit of Holiness and Truth which sets all men free!Hallelujah!Amen

So far, we have been extremely happy with our experience at Grand Biscayne. the staff is super nice and very helpful, the check-in process was fast and efficient and the units are exactly as advertised! they’re beautiful!

Still love living here! Great place to live. Beautiful apartments. Great staff! Only complaint is no assigned parking spots. In our complex there was an understanding that the 2 spots on the right were for bottom apt. and the 2 on the left for the top apt. Then we got new upstairs neighbors. First week they moved in they had 5 cars and took the whole front parking row. Second week they narrowed it down to 4 cars so we got one spot back. I parked in the handicap spot a couple of rainy days getting the kid out of the car after work but felt guilty and didnt want to get a ticket so I have given up and moved across the street. Bright side is I will get more exercise! And I promise to only use the handicap spot to unload groceries :-)

We have lived here for over a year and just recently signed another lease. This place is truly an amazing place to live. The apartments are good size and service here is truly AMAZING. Robin is truly the bomb....HANDS DOWN!!!!!!

Amazing staff, clean environment, maintenance is always fast. I love the splash pad for the kids and the playground area. They always keep it looking nice and up to date. The new office and pool Reno’s are going to be an awesome addition too! Definitely recommend Grand Biscayne!

Great place to live! We’ve been here four years and love it. The managers are very nice and along with maintenance they get things done in a timely manner. And there is always something for the residents to be involved in!

The staff here is so great!!! They are quick to answer any questions you have and are very knowledgeable about the property. I love my new home. Its feels so good being welcomed by such friendly nice people!

I have lived at this place quite a while (multiple years). The only reason I have stayed is the price and reluctance to change. During the past few months, I have had two bad encounters with the office staff. The property manager (Kait) has generally always been best to deal with but Serena (Front Desk) and Robin (Leasing Agent) are rude and unprofessional to put it mildly. Neither are good at dealing with the public. I feel confident in saying none of the 3 are qualified to find a decent job elsewhere so they work here. None of them excel at dealing with the public and any complaints about them brings about quite the confrontational attitude.The maintenance staff tries and they are friendly.After multiple owner and management group changes, the place has gotten progressively worse.Shame on me for thinking a few instances would eventually blow over. This mindset made me feel comfortable signing a new lease. If I could undo that new lease without paying the early termination fees, I definitely would at this point.The walls and floors are typical for most complexes so if you have noisy neighbors, good luck.If you plan to live here, be aware that once you sign the lease, you are no longer valued because you owe them 3 months lease pretty much to break your lease.

I have lived here for over a year and I absolutely love this place. The staff is always friendly and helpful! The maintenance staff actually do their jobs and well I might add! They are constantly renovating to make the apartments the ideal place to live! Every month they host activities and breakfast on the go which is very thoughtful and unheard of for an apartment complex to do!!!

Ive lived here for a bit over 2 months now and have had no issues with any of the staff nor maintenance. Ms. Robin was especially helpful in helping me transition to living on my own. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, they are always there same day. The apartment is very spacious and the walls are not thin. My neighbors tend to keep to themselves and Ive had no problems with them either. My only complaint is that the parking is pretty bad the closer to the middle of the complex you live. This really hasnt been bad enough to bother me. Despite the short time I have lived here, I will most likely be renewing my lease when the time comes.

I have been living here for a little over a year now and it really is like home. . My children and grand daughter are only about 15 minutes away, which is great. The office staff is very helpful and ready to answer all my questions. The maintenance crew is nearly always here within 15 minutes; very friendly, and efficient, always. I love the layout of my apartment, one bedroom, and on the ground floor, and easy to clean--so you can tell I am very happy to be here..

Ive lived here from August 2016 through November 2017. The staff is accommodating, the apartments are in good condition, and maintenance is helpful. There is a gym and pool. Very reasonable rental rates.

This property is going DOWN! I have NEVER been in an apartment complex that does nothing pertaining to complaints. Writing a letter is all they do. No follow-up of concerns for the residents. The attitude of the front desk lady is so unprofessional. She does not like her job at all and her actions show it. If you never report an kind of misconduct within the complex, you will not experience that side of the employees in the office. But if you do or have done, you know exactly what Im talking about. I DO NOT recommend any FAMILY to stay on this property. IT IS GOING DOWN QUICK. When we first moved here it was good, but for the last six months it has changed for the worst. Grand Biscayne are allowing ANYBODY to reside in an apartment now because the turnover rate is HIGH. I cant wait to leave this place after my lease is up. PLEASE stay away from this place. You have been warned. Far better places and people then this unprofessional staff at the Grand Biscayne. Thanks in advance for reading.P.S. The walls in the apartments are VERY VERY thin. I have only loved here for 2 months just my 6 year old daughter and I, and our AC has went out 6 or 7 times!! Every time I call and report my maintenance emergency that my AC is broken and its 83 degrees in my house, I never talk to one person or see one person. They recharge it dont let u know and half of the time it doesnt work. And I have to call again. And when It does a few days later it goes out again!!

It was pretty nice when we just move here for 1st year but its starting to get bad here. Its unbelievable the people they let move in here. The place is getting ghetto. Dont even call it Grand Biscayne anymore call it Ghetto Biscayne.

My husband and I lived in a two bedroom apartment here for a year, and it did not take long for us to start counting down the days until our lease was up. The Kitchen is way too small, and layed out terribly and with next to no storage, so if you like to cook as my husband and I do keep looking. The walls are as thin as they can possibly be, we could literally hear our neighbors conversations word for word, and every step our upstairs neighbors took sounded as though someone was trying tp break through the ceiling, I cannot even count the number of times this kept us awake at night and woke up my 7 month old. There was never any available parking spaces, you will be lucky to park close to your appartment. And lastly, the gardener there shattered our car window, refused to pay to fix it, so the manager of the appartmemt complex said they would cover it, she gave us a run around about it for 6 months and then suddenly decided that they werent going to pay to have it fixed as it says in their contract that they are not responsible for private property. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

I did like living here. Dont get me wrong the staff is friendly but they do noting about rude neighbors even after you complain A LOT about how they are so LOUD at all hours of the day and night. They say you are gonna hear your neighbors. And do nothing. Plus they only half way fix a/cds. Ive been here 4 months and I have had it filled with Freon or whatever cause it keeps getting hot in my apt every month or maybe missed a month. I wanted to make this a permanent place but not sure anymore. Just because the staff is friendly doesnt make up for not doing your job.

Its a nice quiet and safe place to live my daughter got an apartment there n they are very nice and affordable and the neighborhood is a very nice place I feel better knowing my baby is in a safe friendly environment

I would avoid this place like the plague. Not only are the floors and walls paper thin (I can hear my downstairs neighbor burping), but the management here is incredibly rude. The property manager Kait in specific (most of the office employees are sweet but when it comes to the head management does it really matter?). Every interaction with this woman comes with an extra serving of nasty attitude. Simply unpleasant. You have people letting off AR-15s in the parking lot. I would not feel comfortable raising children in a place like this. If youre in the Biloxi area...keep looking. The price is outrageous for what you actually get. Check out Arbor Properties, the difference in management style is apparent.

Do not move here for what they are charging. My 3 bedroom (loft syle,which we loved) was nice, but also the model apartment..(you could tell by the painting in rooms and half the wall plugs did not work.Oh and maintence told us as well.) I was paying 930 month. The place is not even gated,let alone not even a on site laundry mat. We did get evicted after some finacial issues in November.. our paperwork said the 12th for court, and the office said that is the same day they usually change our locks..wrong. we had another 2 weeks after court, which would of been helpful and less stress on us thinking we only had 2 weeks to move to begin with. Now maybe this next part is normal, but i feel its not.they charged us the new rate of 950 for Dec rent with the 95$ late fee. Even tho we were already evicted. Keep looking, they have cheaper and nicer apartments in the area.

This has to be the worst place Ive EVER lived! It is poorly managed with nothing but trash working in the office who obviously thinks that tenants come second to a selfie😂 I had to wait for her to finish posting before she could address my issues...wow!!! I would strongly suggest that one stays far far away from this place if u can. If this is all u can afford,I understand. GHETTO FABULOUS would be a GREAT name for it. Arbor properties have great apartment homes. They may be a lil pricey but well worth it!

I want to start by saying that I am really surprised to find any negative reviews aboit this apartment complex. I am always very critical in my reviews but am finding it hard to point out any negative issues.My husband and I have three children and have never lived in an apartment. We were quite nervous when we began looking because we were used to our privacy and square footage of a large home. We moved in 6 months ago with hopes of finding a new home to buy. We just signed our renewal lease this week for another 6 months. We never thought we would actually enjoy apartment life and were dreading the 6 month lease when we first signed. We have been pleasantly surprised at how much we have enjoyed living here.We still have our interior privacy as the kids are on the other side of the apartment. The split floorplan of the 3 bedroom is really nice and allows my husband and I to have more privacy. The apartment is surprisingly spacious and feels like a small house. The bedrooms are a nice size and I am able to fit my king size bed, two night stands, dresser, and chest, with plenty of room to move around. The master bath has a garden tub and roomy bathroom.I love the modern look of the kitchen with dark countertops and cabinets. The kitchen and dining floor is done in wooden looking panels which looks nice. We are in an upstairs apartment but our stairs are unique. They are inside the apartment and not shared. It also gives us a little foyer area at the foot of the stairs to store a rack for shoes.We are located in the back of the property and it is very quiet and peaceful. My older children have made good friends here and we have made absort of family friendly community between us.The pool area is very nice and even has a splash pad for little ones. It is always kept very clean and well maintained.The staff is wonderful. I cannot imagine any of them not being helpful in any way they are able. I have had minor maintenance issues (garbage disposal, sink) and they were taken care of efficiently and promptly. The maintenance staff is always kind and respectful.I have not found the walls to be too thin and have never had an issue with neighbors being loud.Now, I will list the cons. They are few and minor.The potholes in the drive are an issue but I was happy to hear that they are actually in the works of redoing the drive.The apartments landscaping is lacking much color. I would love to see more colorful flowers. The staff did inform us that the buildings would be painted soon so I will update my report then.The rrash receptacle near the playground is pretty close to it and obviously has a strong odor at times.I would love to see activities for the older children to have such as a basketball hoop, tetherball post, etc.I am still surprised at how much I actually enjoy apartment living sonce moving here. If you are considering an apartment, I strongly suggest checking this place out.(I apologize for typos. I am using my phone for this review :/)

No parking, had to park across the complex just to get to park. Super thin floors and walls and impossible to put up curtains.
