The sinks there always leak. Water from the other apartment on top of mine leaked and somehow wet up my hallway. My bathroom sink was leaking as well as my kitchen sink. The neighbors across on the other side of had their music up loud everyday. It was so loud that I could hear it in my room then when I would go to my bathroom you hear it even louder. The folks above me stayed keeping up noise, running, and throwing stuff down above my head. They busted my car windows out as they were cutting grass while I was out of town visiting with my family. They came back and replaced the windows but did NOT clean the glass up from inside my car; neither did they clean up the shattered glass that was all over the ground where I parked. When you move out they will make up a reason not to give you your deposit back no matter how hard you clean it.

Horrible place to live. Only reason people writing good reviews is to get a $15 gift card. Paying your rent on time for almost three years doesn’t get you nothing... my car has been towed twice. The building is infested with roaches, don’t have a girlfriend/boyfriend come over too many days in a row or they will have to sign the lease, nothing has been properly fixed since I’ve lived here. I moved in paying 535 I now pay 753 for the same raggedy apartment but my neighbor pays 400. Trust me I wouldn’t advise anyone to live here!!!

Michelle and Cheryl were extremely helpful in getting me in when I needed them! The community is nice and I cant wait to try the fitness center that has recently been reopen with limited capacity

Highly recommended for family n friend live here for almost three years now its peaceful zero noise lol which is surprising knowing its a apartment complex love i can send my kids outside and not worry thats a plus for me.
