What a great place to live, it’s like being in a resort with top notch entertainment areas that are clean. The management team is friendly and very helpful. The maintenance here is amazing, they show up the same day for low priority calls and clean up any mess from the repair. I’ve lived in apartments for over 20 years, never have I found a place like this, I call it home.

This place was incredible! They put me in a newly renovated apartment, you are close to everything and far enough away there is zero noise pollution. The pool is perfect, the deck was great when the sun was going down (pretty hot). The office sets up social events which are always fun. Its nice to meet new people and hear their stories.

I had an awesome experience living here. The whole management team is amazing. Huge shoutout to Ashton, Abril, and Ashley! Highly recommend to everyone!

Lived here while attending Tech School with the Air Force and very much enjoyed living in this community, the apartments were spacious and modern. The staff was very kind and helpful, thank you Lagniappe Staff for all the help, recommend living here if youre looking for a place to stay in the Biloxi/Diberville area.

My time there was great. However, once I moved out, I left my account open with autopay for an additional month in case there was any expenses needing to be paid. Apparently, autopay doesnt triggers on your last month. Instead, the expense was removed and labeled as a bad debt write off. So when I check my balance it shows $0.00 Balance and thought everything was good. No one tried to reach out to me and I never received a phone call during this time. Three months later, I received a letter in the mail and a phone call from collections informing me that in 10 days my credit was about to get hit. It takes 7 years for this discrepancy to go away along with years of tanked credit. Initially, I thought it was a scam. Three months had gone by and not a single phone call from Lagniappe. This didnt make sense.... I was taken back since I was always in good standing and never missed a payment.

RUN – don’t move here, looks nice but my experience with their leasing staff makes me glad I never moved in. I was approved for an apartment in Feb for a late march move in. First, somehow in the couple hours between choosing a unit and finishing an application i was told the unit i requested was not going to be available. I had to choose another less desirable unit but moved forward. I then was told by the leasing agent Abril had to pay the bond for the security to their partner company LeaseTerm right away to get a lease made. I did this, but no lease was ever made. Well i had a change in plans and canceled my move in a couple weeks later (never getting a lease to sign anyway) and requested the security bond be refunded as i wasn’t moving in. Told that couldn’t happen, as LeaseTerm cant do refunds. So i spent 3 weeks trying to email and call that grimy company with no response, finally reached a person who said they would gladly refund the fee if the apartment management signed off on me not moving in. Called Abril, explained what they said, spoke to the property manager who said that they shouldn’t have asked for that fee so soon anyway, its usually collected about a week before move in and shed call and sort it out with LeaseTerm. She then went on vacation for a week without calling. She gets back and somehow cant get a hold of the sketchy LeaseTerm company (neither can BBB who I filed a complaint through - wow). Finally, after another week of trying they manage to but get mixed messages, the companys rep will allow a refund but not their general manager? Ok...well they wont do any more, say theyll give me their regional managers contact info. Sat on that until i hounded them for it. Emailed her, no response in 10 days. So, I’m out a fee i paid for a service never rendered (never given a lease and never moved in but paid security). I have never dealt with such disfunction, poor communication, lack of understanding of general procedures, and an apartment partnering with such a sketchy security bond company in my life. Dodged a bullet not living in this place but I’m out hundreds due to their incompetence. They’re now ignoring me and BBB. Such a mess, been going on for two months this way.

I have lived at the Lagniappe for almost a year now and all I have to say is that we live in the Best Community on the coast!! The beautiful newly renovated upscale renovations makes our apartment feel like a home! Our apartment manager Rhea and her staff go above and Beyond to make our community enjoyable for everyone!!

I wont live anywhere else. We love it here. The managers are awesome and cater to anything my kids and I might need. The updates to all the apartments are so nice ... its not your average apartment, I promise. Definitely the nicest apartments on the coast.

I have just moved into a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment at this secluded property. I have to be honest and say that I LOVE IT. The office staff is extremely caring, personable, and makes me feel like more than a mere resident. This was especially important to me seeing as I moved down here from NC knowing no one. They made moving a breeze and gave me an awesome special on my rent. Affordability, great location, and management who cares. Need I say more?

Under no circumstances should any military member on TDY stay here. If your orders change or get cut short they will not waive any fees associated with being unable to give 30 days notice and will cost you a lot of money.

I was a little nervous at the beginning when finding out that we would be living in an apartment part time due to our work schedule. I can’t lie about that! But since day one walking in the managers door to discuss a few things and sign our paperwork all my fears went away! I have never once felt so at home before in an apartment complex. From the friendly office staff greeting you with smiles as soon as you enter the door to the absolutely amazing smell of the office you can smell before entering the door. The manager, asst. manager, leasing agent and all 4 maintenance guys that are on site will help you with anything at the drop of a penny and service with a smile. I kept receiving news letters but was so busy I never really had a chance to actually fully read one and pay attention, after doing so I realized not only do I live in such an amazing apartment but I live somewhere I can call home. The events that are put on are so fun and thoughtful and bring all of the residents together to make sure you don’t just look at your neighbor as oh my neighbor next door you can actually have relationships with them know there names, etc. bc there are no strangers. I love my community and am proud to call it home🏡 !!

We moved in here at the beginning of August, very friendly and professional staff. In fact we were the first residents to get the renovated apartments and they are BEAUTIFUL!The only reason they get 3 stars over 4 or 5 is well because I don’t ever give anyone 5 stars, that’s just me. But they are not always true to their word.When we got here in August, we were told our apartment would be ready. when we got in to look at the apartment our floors were not finished, and the carpet in the bedrooms were still old, with MULTIPLE stains. (They replace.)They are VERY prompt at getting back with when you call or email them, but this is when their word comes in to play. We have had multiple issues with some of our appliances, and told that they would come in and fix it, or look at it the following day...NOTHING.... after hurricane Nate we had some damage to our deck area and they stated someone would be out there to fix it with in 2 Days. 2 weeks later it was fixed with a mess for us to clean up on the deck.We have also had some pest control issues, and told someone would come out and spray, still nothing.Kandi and the staff in the office are great and very friendly, I just wish things would get done when we are told they are gonna be done.

I love it here! The ladies are super friendly and were very accommodating. The apartments are newly renovated and spacious-the kitchens themselves are absolutely gorgeous. I will be recommending this complex to everyone!

I honestly do love living here, maintenance is quick to fix issues, staff is very nice and accommodating, apartments are updated and modern. My two issues are 1. the pavement at the main entrance needs to be fixed, the complex looks great other than that and it can be annoying to drive over the bumps/cracks and 2. the birds/animals in the woodland area between the mailboxes and apartment 19 are very loud and distracting especially for someone in school studying.

First and foremost the minute you step into the office you feel a sense of welcome, the girls are quick to answer all questions and help you in anyway they can. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and spacious. When we first moved in Kandi was so sweet and knowledgeable of the area and all things Lagniappe. We are a military family and were looking for a family oriented place, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you Lagniappe for making our Mississippi experience so amazing.

I have been there 2007-2008. Am still remember that beautiful time we spent together❤. It was a perfect experience. Very beautiful staff and helpful same time❤. Very nice and clean place and location is perfect too👍. I wish I can visit and stay there again.God bless you all ❤

This is a wonderful place to live! The Pool is always beautiful and grounds are kept really well. I love all the space in my 3 bedroom, Its perfect for my family! Plus the people in the office are really personable and helpful.

Ive lived at Lagniappe of Biloxi for 3 years. Its a wonderful place to live. The community is gated and secure. There is 24-hour courtesy officers and the staff in the office was so kind. Matthew was honest, polite and spoke directly to us when we were talking. The apartments are all beautiful and the maintenance crew keeps the landscape very tidy. The fitness center is small, but has everything youd need to work out (treadmill, elliptical, free weights, bench) and the kids have a separate, private playground towards the back of the property. I honestly have no bad things to say. People complaining about neighbors being loud is ridiculous. Neighbors are loud everywhere. Id give them A+. -MB

Do not move here! Over the last 16 months this place has gone downhill fast! They have you sign an agreement that you will abide by their rules and regulations and yet, they dont uphold their end of the agreement by enforcing rules or regulations. This complex is nothing more than fancy, section 8 housing. I have had to call the police half a dozen times on domestic disputes, people breaking into cars and people parking in fire zones and handicap spaces. It took 13 months for them to finally have an abandoned car towed away. While the apartments were recently renovated, the atmosphere is less than desirable. This summer I contacted the front office to tell them there was infestation of water moccasins in the creek that runs through the complex. I was told there was nothing they could do and they refused to call an animal removal company. I personally killed four next to where small children were playing. The front offices inability to enforce tenants to pick up after their dogs is beyond me, considering they have warning signs placed throughout the complex, yet nobody heeds their threat of a fine because they know the front office will not do anything about it. I was told today that they plan on conducting DNA tests on dog poop to determine who the violators are. Instead of wasting money on that, fix the parking lots and street.If you like peace and quiet, not stepping in dog waste, a street and parking lots that dont resemble a street in Baghdad, then DO NOT live here. The front office staff will act concerned but not act on legitimate complaints. Perhaps there is a reason why there has been a mass exodus as of late. There are better apartments in the area that offer the same amenities that are of higher quality. We will be leaving as soon as our lease is up, if not sooner.

This property is absoelutely hands down the greatest place to be a resident at, with a professional staff who will go out their way to do anything for you, always throwing events for the residents and being fully involved like they are makes this place so awesome to live at. The apartments great floorplan and beautiful amenities is just the cherry on top when taking in everything else this great place has to offer.Thank you, Lagniappe

The apartment itself is nice with the newly renovations, I’ve lived here a few years now and even referred co workers to move here which several of them do, I use to think management cared about the tenants until I got the neighbors from hell living above me with unruly kids and piss poor parents who has no control over them and no respect or courtesy for someone living below them. Sending him letters didn’t help and the regional manager floored me talking to her, no help at all, that lying courtesy officer needs to be fired. I see why people move out so much if they had to put up with what I’m dealing with. It’s truly disappointing the lack of concern that I’ve been shown lately. So in response to your response, there is no 3rd party validation when the so called courtesy officer shows up a hour and half later and never enters my apartment and goes back and lies saying it’s normal walking. The noise is always excessive and management could care less as they’ve clearly shown, the only happy tenants here are the dirt bags that get away with whatever because they know nothing will happen.

Best apartment I have lived at this apartment in 2015 love the entire stuff and best apartment in biloxi.

Reccomend this apartment community to anyone. Its very well kept. The grounds always look good and the staff is friendly. Theyre doing a lot of construction and upgrading. Very exciting!

The leasing agents are very nice. The maintenance men are handy and very prompt. Overall good experience so far. I like living her .

This apartment complex along with Heritage Properties are under new REGIONAL management and it is TERRIBLE!! There are no longer any incentives on signing a new 6 or 12 month lease like in the past. Many resident are moving out because of things as simple as getting a couple extra hundred dollars off of rent for renewing their lease.

I love this place. I lived here from 2011-2012. Perfect place to live. The office staff is also great.

I live here, and i could be happier with how well they take care of the apartments, the outside areas of the apartments, as well as the residents.

I have been a resident from the beginning and I must say what yall are saying about these apartments are VERY untrue!!!! Yes you are entitled to your own opinon BUT make it an honest one just because your filthy or you were evicted doesnt mean you have to make up lies.. Here is my experience, If i have an issue, within 24 hours its fixed unless they have to order a part and I must say the communication rocks, Tally has amazing people skills for being in maintenance they go above and beyond to make sure that we as residents are happy!!! I have lived in other places and do not get catered to as much as I do here maybe your stay wasnt as pleasant because you didnt pay your bills on time or even at all... The office staff WELL i could go on for hours at how professional and sweet they are i had a family issue and they supported me and helped me anyway they could to make it easier for me.. They have 24 hour courtesy reps & emergency maintenance they also a beautiful pool and large playground area thats private and in the back for the kids, they give the kids a treat every Friday. And they have LARGE floor plans for a reasonable amount. Arbor i mean really they are old, their staff is all snobs and well i will just leave that alone. Anyone who shops the two properties Im sure will feel more at home at Lagniappe.. Think that about sums it up pay your bills and you wont have everyone after you and rude to you so you say.. In the words of Joseph Get a life the world doesnt revolve around you!!!

Decent rooms, phenomenal pool and TERRIBLE staff. Multiple encounters with unprofessional staff. Our washer and others broke frequently. Maintenance took forever no matter what it was.

100% trash overall from being overcharged and charged for utilities doubled, when lease price was set at $1050.00 charged a month for over $1400, horrible uncooperative staff!👍🏼 would strongly suggest elsewhere.
