Nana and her staff are wonderful. They do the BEST dipping powder manicures in the area and have a great selection of colors. I highly recommend coming here if you want an individualized experience and great conversations. Everything they do here is quality and they have the best customer service. I’ve been coming for a year and they NEVER disappoint. Just got this done today!

I have been to many nail salons in the area and absolutely love it here. Everything is so clean, they do great with nails each time, but most of all - the employees all are so friendly. It really makes the experience extra enjoyable.

My gel or dip manicure peels off right away, it never lasts. I am not coming back again. I went several times and it is always the same. Nice people, but poor work.

I absolutely loved going to this nail salon! I got a gel pedicure and the nail technician was very meticulous and made sure I liked my pedicure. The environment is modern, clean and organized! I cannot wait to go back again. I do think their gel pedicure is pricey as it is $55, I personally think $45 is more reasonable. Nana herself was amazing and friendly! She also made sure my requests were translated correctly to her staff since she seemed more fluent in english, which was absolutely helpful!

Such a great experience! I was late for my appointment but they were so kind about it. My technician did EXACTLY what I wanted and checked with me a few times to make sure the shape and the length were perfect. They also helped me pick out the exact color I was looking for. Plus, the online system is great. I will be returning!

I went here based on the great reviews. I was looking for a salon that specifically does the dip powder and were open earlier hours. I made an appointment online for the first appointment in the morning when they open with the owner.I needed this specific time because of my work schedule and had a anniversary party that weekend.I arrive only to then wait about 20 mins with no ones acknowledgement. They clearly had “regulars” in there before opening time but ran into my scheduled appointment. I then spoke up. And continued to wait.They didn’t start me until about 40 mins into my appointment. Now I’m stressed and pressed for time because I had to leave soon to go to work. The dip powder itself obviously wasn’t a great manicure. She felt rushed and I had to rush her since we were out of time!She then was cashing me out and told me it was normally $60 but would only charge me $55. Lies. Because when I booked online it said $55, not $60.I really wanted to like this place since it was so close and want to support local small business but this was just so unprofessional.I’m a Hair Stylist, so I get running late. But they could have simply gave me a call to have me arrive later or just to give me a heads up. OR better yet, prioritize my scheduled appointment especially as a new customer.I ended having to re-file all my nails to make them look less chunky and a better shape to get me through the weekend.

I had the honor of having Nana herself do my nails today, and for mothers day she even offered to give me a free bro waxing. (Which was long overdue.) Nana and her crew display the utmost respect but while showering you in kindness. Thank you, Nanas nails for making my mothers day weekend.

Nana works so hard to make each time you are there a special experience. I have been going there every 2 weeks since she opened. She does a wonderful job, even mixing colors to get it just right. I cant recommend her enough!

Today was my first time going to Nanas. I easily made my appointment online and she took me 5mins early which was LOVELY! Nana was very sweet, talked TO me not to others and was very professional and GREAT at her job! I will be going back for a pedicure and upkeep on these nails! It was my first tike trying NaNa Nails and Spa yesterday. Overall it was a good experience evebthough I had to wait a little. I got a dip manicure Fullset and a Spa Pedicure. NaNa is very sweet, Personable, And very attentive to details. I love everything about my manicure. They are truly 10/10. The pedicure with the hot stones were also nice and left my feet feeling nice and soft.

I do not even know where to begin as I praise this place. Firstly, my friend and I were served the second that we walked through the door. We did make an appointment but even with appointment I find that to be rare at some nail salons. They treated us like we were the only people in the place and it was very personal. They helped us choose the right pedicure option and explained the pricing very well. Once we sat down they immediately made sure we were comfortable, even accommodating the massage chair to my small stature. Every piece of equipment they used was perfectly clean. The pedicture was not rushed at all and the technician adhered to every detail. My feet were in rough shape and she made sure she took care of everything. The real surprise came when they brought out hot stones for the massage. I could not believe that was included in the $35 dollar pedicure and it was so lovely and so well done. My nails look great, my feet feel great, and I will definitely be returning to this place for another pedicure as well as other services.

Nana has been doing my mani and pedi for well over 6 years. Her knowledge and expertise about the various products, and which products would work for your specific type of nail there is no one better. Regardless of the methodology you choose for your manicure the outcome will be the most natural looking and last. There is no one better at pedicure than Nana, often I get just the pedicure without polish because don’t know anyone who can get out ingrown toes nails without pain and cut cuticles as cleans and effortless as Nana. I would highly recommend.

Once nail salons open up again you must have a mani/pedi from my longtime Nail Technician Nana Taing. I have been getting regular nail care treatment for many years, and have never had as wonderful an experience as with Nana. She is professional, extremely conscious of maintaining sanitary conditions, and provides a very relaxing experience as well. We have lots of options here in Beverly, but once you get the “Nana Treatment” you’ll never go anywhere else!
