I love Orange Nail Studio! They are nice and friendly and do a great gel manicure, repairs and nail art. The manicurists are very professional. I like the music, it’s not your usual elevator tunes. I don’t understand the negative reviews, I have never had any complaints. They even repaired a nail gratis! I highly recommend Orange Nail Studio.

My best friend and I went to get our nails done yesterday because we both wanted to relax. The people there were obnoxious, fake and disturbing. One of the ladies was nasty to my best friend telling her that her nails were too thin and her rude/fake personality towards her. The place was so bad to the point there was a picture displayed of someone getting an injection and a yapping Chihuahua. The music was too loud (not spa music). It felt it was a circus in there rather than a relaxing spa place. We’re never going there again and we’re going to take our business elsewhere.

The Orange Nail Studio has always been good to my mom and I. We went today for the first time in 5 years and they remember us like we are family!The girls AND guys who work here are amazing! I recommend them!! 💅🏻

Stay away! Literally the worst pedicure Ive ever had. The chairs were all broken. The nail tech was hardly even filing my nails. Absolutely no sanitation whatsoever. Horrible color selection. Everything is run down and old. Im very surprised this place is still in business especially in this location.

So nice to be able to converse--or not--with the technician. There was not a lot of chatter between the technicians, and it made it all the more relaxing to get the pedicure after a hectic work day.

I went to this place for the first time about a week ago. I got a spa pedicure which is the add on from the basic. The girl who gave me the pedicure was very informative about everything she was doing and using which is great to know. I def enjoyed my hour of luxurious pedicure for its value. They use everything brand new on each customer. Its nice to know that they are very clean and dont reuse products on other people. The cost is somewhat high to me but your paying for the great customer service and product quality. They do really great nail designs too! I would def come back to this place for another pedi.

They try to market themselves as Eco-Friendly yet when I called to ask about this, the man who answered the phone, was uneducated about what this means and sounded as if he was actually mocking my question. They clearly arent actually eco-friendly and are just tagging this word to lure people in. If you arent eco-friendly, fine, but then dont try to market yourself that way.

Terrible! Went for a mani/pedi, massage chairs were broken, cold water in the spa. They soaked my fingernails in acetone the whole time I was getting my pedi and weakened my nails. I couldnt relax during any part of the pedi because I had another technician trying to prep my fingernails. They scraped my nail polish off with their fingernails! To top it off they over charged. The reviews on here arent even close to the actual experience I had. Go to US Nails in Danvers!

The chairs were all broken, the water in the foot spa was cold.
